技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健米酒，尤其涉及一种治疗脑鸣的保健米酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代医学认为，脑鸣一般是由于脑供血不足、紧张压力等精神因素引起的，病人主要表现为脑鸣、头晕、记忆下降、焦虑症状、烦躁不安、心慌、气急、胸闷等症状，有的患者颈部僵硬不适，或肩背部不适。病人多数缺乏体育锻炼，导致头颈部肌肉痉挛不能放松，压迫颈部的血管，致使脑供血不足，或病人体质差，血压低，导致血液循环不良，影响脑部供血而引起头鸣，头晕等症状。
中医认为脑鸣是多因脑髓空虚，或因火郁、痰湿阻滞所致，以自觉脑内如虫蛀鸣响为主要表现的脑神疾病。
目前，对于脑鸣还没有针对性的根治方法，一般用谷维素、维生素B1、维生素E或安定等进行治疗，但是往往起到缓解的作用，治疗效果不理想。
米酒营养丰富，一般以糯米为原料酿造而成，能够帮助消化、改善血液循环、活气养血、补血养颜、舒筋活络、滋阴补肾、解渴消暑、强身健体。目前，已有多种杂粮米酒，一般采用多种杂粮或其他粮食与糯米混合进行酿造，酿造方法比较单一，米酒的口感和风味也比较单一。
目前，还没有含有中药成分的可有效治疗脑鸣的保健米酒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗脑鸣的保健米酒，能够提高米酒的营养价值及保健效果，并有效治疗脑鸣。
本发明的另一个目的是，提供一种治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法，简便易行，且能够使米酒呈现透明琥珀色，口感好。
为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗脑鸣的保健米酒，包含以下重量份的组分：
糯米400-600、牡丹花10-20、牡丹籽5-8以及复配米60-80；
其中，所述复配米由以下重量份的组分经粉碎并挤压成型得到：马铃薯80-120、熟地10-15、黄精10-15、菟丝子8-12、续断8-12、鹿角胶5-8、百合8-12、龟板8-12、青皮3-5、乌药4-6、九香虫4-6、五味子8-12、牡蛎8-12、萝摩子8-12、紫河车1-3、石斛8-12、柴胡4-6、秦艽4-6、薄荷4-6、合欢皮8-12、夜交藤8-12、炒酸枣仁8-12以及蜂蜜40-60。
优选的是，所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒中，所述复配米由以下重量份的组分经粉碎并挤压成型得到：马铃薯100、熟地12、黄精12、菟丝子10、续断10、鹿角胶6、百合10、龟板10、青皮4、乌药5、九香虫5、五味子10、牡蛎10、萝摩子10、紫河车2、石斛10、柴胡5、秦艽5、薄荷5、合欢皮10、夜交藤10、炒酸枣仁10以及蜂蜜50。
一种治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将马铃薯、熟地、黄精、菟丝子、续断、鹿角胶、百合、龟板、青皮、乌药、九香虫、五味子、牡蛎、萝摩子、紫河车、石斛、柴胡、秦艽、薄荷、合欢皮、夜交藤以及炒酸枣仁粉碎，与蜂蜜混合均匀后送入双螺旋挤压成型设备中进行挤压成型，得到复配米；
步骤二、将糯米、复配米、牡丹籽及牡丹花装入经过消毒的密封罐体内，装量为罐体容量的65-75％，并加入酒曲，合盖密封后发酵15-30天，即得所述保健米酒。
优选的是，所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法中，步骤二中的发酵温度为28-35℃。

具体药理为：熟地，补精益髓、通血脉、利耳目；黄精，补诸虚、填精髓；菟丝子，添精益髓、明目；续断，补益肝肾、行血脉、补而不滞；鹿角胶，益精血；百合，清心安神；龟板，益肾健骨、养血补心；青皮、乌药，导逆引气；九香虫，温肾助阳；五味子，补虚明目、宁心安神；牡蛎，益精收涩；萝摩子，含有蛋白质、碳水化物、矿物质、维生素等营养成分，性味甘辛温，具有补益精气、解毒的功效；紫河车，益气补精；石斛，滋肾阴、清虚热；柴胡、秦艽、薄荷，配伍在一起能加强解虚热；合欢皮，补心安神；夜交藤，养心安神；炒酸枣仁，养心安神。牡丹花不仅具有清火、安神的功效，而且营养价值高，含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉和糖类，此外还含钙、磷、铁等矿物质及维生素A、B、C、E。特别是所含的多种游离氨基酸，更易为人体所吸收。牡丹籽中的牡丹籽油不仅营养丰富，还含有丰富而独特的生物活性物质，具有提神健脑、增强注意力、记忆力以及预防心脑血管疾病等多重功效。
本发明通过将多种中药材与马铃薯挤压后制备为复配米，然后再和糯米混合酿造，不仅能够简化酿造工艺，而且使米酒清澈，固液分明，大大提高米酒的品质，提升了米酒的口感。
所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒中，所述复配米由以下重量份的组分经粉碎并挤压成型得到：马铃薯100、熟地12、黄精12、菟丝子10、续断10、鹿角胶6、百合10、龟板10、青皮4、乌药5、九香虫5、五味子10、牡蛎10、萝摩子10、紫河车2、石斛10、柴胡5、秦艽5、薄荷5、合欢皮10、夜交藤10、炒酸枣仁10以及蜂蜜50。
一种治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将马铃薯、熟地、黄精、菟丝子、续断、鹿角胶、百合、龟板、青皮、乌药、九香虫、五味子、牡蛎、萝摩子、紫河车、石斛、柴胡、秦艽、薄荷、合欢皮、夜交藤以及炒酸枣仁粉碎，与蜂蜜混合均匀后送入双螺旋挤压成型设备中进行挤压成型，得到复配米；经过双螺旋挤压过程的挤压研磨，产生一定的热度，使所得复配米已经基本熟制，并起到一定的消毒作用，不必再进行蒸煮即可直接应用。
步骤二、将糯米、复配米、牡丹籽及牧丹花装入经过消毒的密封罐体内，装量为罐体容量的65-75％，并加入酒曲，合盖密封后发酵15-30天，即得所述保健米酒。
所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法中，步骤二中的发酵温度为28-35℃。
所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法中，步骤一中，将复配米进行低温干燥2-4小时，干燥温度为60-80℃。
实施例1
1、称取马铃薯80克切丁，得到马铃薯丁；熟地10克、黄精10克、菟丝子8克、续断8克、鹿角胶5克、百合8克、龟板8克、青皮3克、乌药4克、九香虫4克、五味子8克、牡蛎8克、萝摩子8克、紫河车1克、石斛8克、柴胡4克、秦艽4克、薄荷4克、合欢皮8克、夜交藤8克以及炒酸枣仁8克，干燥，粉碎，得到药粉；将马铃薯丁、药粉与50克蜂蜜混合后，送入双螺旋挤压设备挤压成型，得到复配米；
2、糯米500克浸泡2-5小时、牡丹花15克、牡丹籽6克以及复配米60克，混合发酵20天，即得所述保健米酒。
每日饮用所述保健米酒10-50毫升，可有效预防并治疗脑鸣。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗脑鸣的保健米酒，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的组分：
糯米400-600、牡丹花10-20、牡丹籽5-8以及复配米60-80；
其中，所述复配米由以下重量份的组分经粉碎并挤压成型得到：马铃薯80-120、熟地10-15、黄精10-15、菟丝子8-12、续断8-12、鹿角胶5-8、百合8-12、龟板8-12、青皮3-5、乌药4-6、九香虫4-6、五味子8-12、牡蛎8-12、萝摩子8-12、紫河车1-3、石斛8-12、柴胡4-6、秦艽4-6、薄荷4-6、合欢皮8-12、夜交藤8-12、炒酸枣仁8-12以及蜂蜜40-60。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒，其特征在于，所述复配米由以下重量份的组分经粉碎并挤压成型得到：马铃薯100、熟地12、黄精12、菟丝子10、续断10、鹿角胶6、百合10、龟板10、青皮4、乌药5、九香虫5、五味子10、牡蛎10、萝摩子10、紫河车2、石斛10、柴胡5、秦艽5、薄荷5、合欢皮10、夜交藤10、炒酸枣仁10以及蜂蜜50。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将马铃薯、熟地、黄精、菟丝子、续断、鹿角胶、百合、龟板、青皮、乌药、九香虫、五味子、牡蛎、萝摩子、紫河车、石斛、柴胡、秦艽、薄荷、合欢皮、夜交藤以及炒酸枣仁粉碎，与蜂蜜混合均匀后送入双螺旋挤压成型设备中进行挤压成型，得到复配米；
步骤二、将糯米、复配米、牡丹花以及牡丹籽装入经过消毒的密封罐体内，装量为罐体容量的65-75％，并加入酒曲，合盖密封后发酵15-30天，即得所述保健米酒。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤二中的发酵温度为28-35℃。
5.如权利要求3所述的治疗脑鸣的保健米酒的制备方法，其特征在于，
