Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于确定在模具闭合单元的不同的模具压板(1)上压紧的并且能相对运动的工具部件的相对的间距和/或定向的方法,这些工具部件相互一起形成型腔,其中,使所述工具部件进入贴靠;在施加到所述工具部件上的闭合力的至少两个不同值的情况下,确定模具闭合单元和工具部件的由于闭合力引起的变形的测量值;针对闭合力的不同的值,由所确定的测量值计算出模具闭合单元和工具部件的变形;在后续针对分别存在的闭合力确定工具部件的间距和/或定向时考虑所述模具闭合单元和工具部件的所计算出的变形。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1或2的前序部分特征的方法、一种具有权利要求3的前序部分特征的成型机的模具闭合单元和一种具有这样的模具闭合单元的成型机。
背景技术
借助于同类型的模具闭合单元制成的成形件的质量很大程度上取决于工具部件的精确的平行度(必要时同时维持在工具部件之间的间距、例如铸造间隙)。也已知同类型的方法(例如DE029811214U1),在该方法中必须维持工具部件与精确的平行度的所期望的偏差,在此工具部件相互间的定向也是重要的。
同类型的解决方案借助多个(典型地四个)行程测量传感器工作,这些行程测量传感器要么安置在注塑压缩成型工具上(例如AT007859U1)要么安置在成型机上(例如AT008902U1和DE029811214U1)。传感器直接或间隙地检测注塑压缩成型工具的平行度。
传感器在成型机上的设置选择成,使得这些传感器直接安置到模具压板上或者安置到与工具部件不同的并且仅间接地与工具部件连接的承载件上。这样的机器元件例如是贯穿模具压板的边缘区域的杆(尤其是拉杆,这些拉杆用于施加所需的闭合力)。
也已知如下解决方案,其中,除了行程测量传感器以外,每个杆还具有力传感器并且所测得的力被换算为杆的应变,该应变又在平行度调节时被考虑。
所描述的解决方案分别具有一定的缺点:
行程测量传感器在工具部件上的应用例如同时导致,每个工具产生附加的成本,装配过程是耗时的以及由于错误连接的传感器产生附加的误差来源。
行程测量传感器直接在模具压板上的应用同样产生附加的成本。此外,由于传感器必须尽可能靠近工具区域地设置,所述区域的可接近性变得困难。
行程测量传感器在附加的机器元件(这些机器元件因此用作用于行程测量传感器的承载件)上的应用具有下述缺点:由于机器元件和工具部件在拉伸或压力负荷下的变形,通过间接地检测平行度会产生测量误差。至今的在同时考虑杆的应变时的解决方案仅不充分地消除该问题,因为除了杆,其它的机器元件例如模具压板亦或工具本身也遭受变形。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供同类型的方法、同类型的模具闭合单元和具有这样的模具闭合单元的成型机,在其中避免了上述的缺点。
该任务通过具有权利要求1或权利要求2的特征的方法、具有权利要求3的特征的模具闭合单元和具有这样的模具闭合单元的成型机得以解决。本发明的有利的实施形式在从属权利要求中限定。
附图说明
下面根据附图1至3借助构成为注塑机的成型机和构成为注塑压缩成型工具的工具示例性地讨论本发明。
具体实施方式
图1和2示出注塑机的两板式模具闭合单元的结构,该两板式模具闭合单元在其结构方面对应于现有技术并且因而无需详述。可见的是:
-固定的模具压板1;
-可移动的模具压板8;
-由分别与一个模具压板相配的两个工具半部构成的注塑压缩成型工具9;
-杆2,这些杆构成为拉杆;
-用于将闭合力施加到注塑压缩成型工具9上的、呈压力垫块5和锁止装置10形式的装置;
-行程测量传感器3,它们与杆2相配;
-呈压力传感器形式的力传感器6;
-调节阀7;和
-机器控制或调节装置4。
以已知的形式,各工具部件相互一起构成型腔并且能够在假想的模具分离面(严格来说该模具分离面不必须是平面)中进入贴靠。
注塑机不具有在模具压板1上的或在注塑压缩成型工具上的行程测量传感器3。但是给每个拉杆配设一个行程测量传感器3(使得拉杆用作行程测量传感器3的承载件),例如这本身由AT008902U1已知(也见图1)。如已提及地,在此存在如下缺点:由于间接检测和由于变形产生测量误差。
本发明通过下述方式解决该问题:通过特定的测量过程来确定变形并且在控制或调节算法中考虑所测得的变形。
对变形的确定例如通过下述步骤实现:
1.使各工具部件进入贴靠并且施加小的闭合力。这是测量过程的出发点。该步骤确保:注塑压缩成型工具完全闭合并且通过提高闭合力在模具分离面的区域中不发生进一步的运动。
2.将模具闭合单元的状态(以位置值和力实际值的形式表示)保存在注塑机的机器控制装置4的存储器中。
3.将闭合力提高确定的值。
4.将模具闭合单元的状态的变化再次保存在机器控制或调节装置4的存储器中。
5.可以以任意的次数重复步骤3和4,以便获得所期望的数量的数据组。
所述方法的结果是例如呈表格形式的多个数据组,该表格示出在不同的闭合力时模具闭合单元的不同状态。
随后由所述数据组计算出在确定的状态中的相应变形,使得在确定过程结束时得到一个特征曲线,该特征曲线与闭合力相关地示出整个系统的变形。表格1和图3示出这样的特征曲线的示例。
当然无关紧要的是,将数据组以特征曲线的形式存储在机器控制或调节装置中。重要的是通过数据组表示的在闭合力和模具闭合单元的状态之间的函数关系。
如由图3可见的是,在此通过大量数据组获得的特征曲线可以良好地通过一个直线逼近,使得根据应用情况两个数据组就足以确定特征曲线。
在注塑压缩成型过程期间,在考虑变形值的确定表格的情况下根据通过同样存在的力传感器6检测到的力值对通过行程测量传感器3检测到的位置值进行校正。结果是在不依靠附加的传感器的情况下非常精确地了解关于在注塑压缩成型工具上的铸造间隙的实际平行度(或者必要时关于各工具部件相互间的不平行定向)(参见表格2)。
替选地,为了确定变形,可以在在闭合力负荷下遭受变形的机器元件上安置适宜的传感器、例如应变片等。
机器元件的相应变形再次用于校正所检测到的位置值。

下面的示例直观地示出本发明如何作用。该示例示出了当在1.00mm的恒定的工具间隙的情况下提高闭合力时的测量值。在此,出于简化原因假设在模具分离面上的工具间隙应是恒定的,即不期望在不同的模具压板上压紧的工具部件存在不平行的定向。
当然,本发明也可以在工具部件相互间的要遵循的预设的不平行定向的情况下起作用(该不平行定向必要时在注塑压缩成型方法过程中应以预设的方式改变)。在此,针对整个模具分离面给出唯一的、所谓全局的数据组当然是不够,而是要针对模具分离面的不同的点(例如针对每个杆)给出数据组。

可见的是,在不考虑系统变形的情况下所确定的工具间隙与实际的工具间隙明显不同。
通过本发明确保:所确定的工具间隙等于实际的工具间隙。由此在没有附加的传感装置的情况下能够实现改进的注塑压缩成型方法。
Claims (7)
1.用于确定在模具闭合单元的不同的模具压板(1)上压紧的并且能相对运动的工具部件的相对的间距和/或定向的方法,这些工具部件相互一起形成型腔,其特征在于,
-使所述工具部件进入贴靠;
-在施加到所述工具部件上的闭合力的至少两个不同值的情况下,确定模具闭合单元和工具部件的由于闭合力引起的变形的测量值;
-针对闭合力的不同的值,由所确定的测量值计算出模具闭合单元和工具部件的变形;
-在后续针对相应存在的闭合力确定工具部件的间距和/或定向时考虑所述模具闭合单元和工具部件的所计算出的变形。
2.用于在成型机的模具闭合单元中制造成形件的方法,尤其是用于在注塑机的模具闭合单元中注塑压缩成型塑料成形件的方法,其特征在于,借助于根据权利要求1的方法来控制或调节在模具闭合单元的不同模具压板(1)上压紧的并且能相互运动的工具部件的相对的间距和/或相对的定向,这些工具部件相互一起形成型腔。
3.用于成型机、尤其是注塑机的模具闭合单元,该模具闭合单元具有两个模具压板(1),模具工具的至少一个工具部件分别在这些模具压板上压紧,使得各工具部件能够相对运动,其中,各工具部件相互一起形成型腔,并且在不同的模具压板(1)上压紧的工具部件的相对的间隙和/或定向能够通过行程测量传感器(3)进行测量,这些行程测量传感器设置在与所述工具部件不同的并且仅间接地与所述工具部件连接的承载件上,并且设有用于将闭合力施加到工具部件上的装置,其特征在于,设有控制或调节装置(4),该控制或调节装置在针对相应存在的闭合力确定各工具部件的相对的间距和/或定向时考虑模具闭合单元和工具部件的变形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的模具闭合单元,其中,两个模具压板(1)在其边缘区域中被杆(2)贯穿。
5.根据权利要求4所述的模具闭合单元,其中,所述杆(2)构成为拉杆,闭合力能够通过用于施加闭合力的装置被施加到所述拉杆上。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的模具闭合单元,其中,为每个杆(2)配设一个行程测量传感器(3)。
7.成型机、尤其注塑机,该成型机具有根据上述权利要求中至少一项所述的模具闭合单元。
