本发明提供一种球磨机，包括电机、机架、筒体、设置在筒体中的钢球，所述筒体通过设置在其两端的旋转轴与机架转动配合,所述电机的输出轴通过联轴器与筒体一端的旋转轴连接,筒体设有进料口和出料口，所述筒体沿其长度方向均匀地设置有三个环形的空腔，所述筒体外壁上设有铲水斗，所述铲水斗内对应三个空腔的位置设有三个连通所述空腔的进水口，所述筒体在与铲水斗相对的一侧设有连通所述空腔的出水口，所述筒体下方设有与所述铲水斗相配合的水箱。该球磨机能在球磨作业的同时进行被加工物料的降温,从而能保证物料的加工效率和加工质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球磨机。
背景技术
球磨机在进行球磨作业的过程中,钢球与物料的撞击摩擦会产生大量的热量,而被球磨的物料受热容易粘附在滚筒的内壁上,而且容易因受热而发生质变,进而影响物料的加工质量。现有的球磨机降温多是在停机之后进行,不能实现球磨作业与降温同步进行。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种球磨机，该球磨机能在球磨作业的同时进行被加工物料的降温,从而能保证物料的加工效率和加工质量。
本发明提供一种球磨机，包括电机、机架、筒体、设置在筒体中的钢球，所述筒体通过设置在其两端的旋转轴与机架转动配合,所述电机的输出轴通过联轴器与筒体一端的旋转轴连接,筒体设有进料口和出料口，所述筒体沿其长度方向均匀地设置有三个环形的空腔，所述筒体外壁上设有铲水斗，所述铲水斗内对应三个空腔的位置设有三个连通所述空腔的进水口，所述筒体在与铲水斗相对的一侧设有连通所述空腔的出水口，所述筒体下方设有与所述铲水斗相配合的水箱。
为了使降温效果更均匀，所述铲水斗内沿其长度方向设置有两个挡板，两个挡板将铲水斗分成与三个空腔相对应的三个容置空间。
为了便于对水箱中的水进行更换，所述水箱设有进水管路和出水管路。
本发明通过使筒体上设有三个环形空腔和铲水斗，随着筒体旋转的过程中铲水斗从水箱中铲满水，在铲水斗随着筒体旋转的过程中上升时，铲水斗中的水经进水口进入空腔中对筒体进行降温，当铲水斗上升到筒体最高点时，空腔的出水口将铲水斗铲入的水排入水箱中，该球磨机在进行球磨作业的同时能进行降温作业，进而能保证物料的加工效率和加工质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示，一种球磨机，包括电机2、机架3、筒体1、设置在筒体1中的钢球7，所述筒体1通过设置在其两端的旋转轴4与机架3转动配合,所述电机2的输出轴通过联轴器与筒体1一端的旋转轴4连接,筒体1设有进料口和出料口(进料口和出料口未在图中示出)，所述筒体1沿其长度方向均匀地设置有三个环形的空腔8，所述筒体1外壁上设有铲水斗6，所述铲水斗6内对应三个空腔8的位置设有三个连通所述空腔8的进水口10，所述筒体1在与铲水斗6相对的一侧设有连通所述空腔8的出水口5，所述筒体1下方设有与所述铲水斗6相配合的水箱13。
为了使降温效果更均匀，所述铲水斗6内沿其长度方向设置有两个挡板9，两个挡板9将铲水斗6分成与三个空腔8相对应的三个容置空间。
为了便于对水箱中的水进行更换，所述水箱13设有进水管路11和出水管路12。
通过使筒体1上设有三个环形空腔8和铲水斗6，随着筒体1旋转的过程中铲水斗6从水箱13中铲满水，在铲水斗6随着筒体1旋转的过程中上升时，铲水斗6中的水经进水口10进入空腔8中对筒体1进行降温，当铲水斗6上升到筒体1最高点时，空腔8的出水口5将铲水斗6铲入的水排入水箱13中，为了实现更好的降温效率，可以同时打开进水管路11和出水管路12，在使水箱13中保证满水的情况下，对水箱13进行供水。该球磨机在进行球磨作业的同时能进行降温作业，进而能保证物料的加工效率和加工质量。

1.一种球磨机，包括电机(2)、机架(3)、筒体(1)、设置在筒体(1)中的钢球(7)，所述筒体(1)通过设置在其两端的旋转轴(4)与机架(3)转动配合,所述电机(2)的输出轴通过联轴器与筒体(1)一端的旋转轴(4)连接,筒体(1)设有进料口和出料口,其特征在于，所述筒体(1)沿其长度方向均匀地设置有三个环形的空腔(8)，所述筒体(1)外壁上设有铲水斗(6)，所述铲水斗(6)内对应三个空腔(8)的位置设有三个连通所述空腔(8)的进水口(10)，所述筒体(1)在与铲水斗(6)相对的一侧设有连通所述空腔(8)的出水口(5)，所述筒体(1)下方设有与所述铲水斗(6)相配合的水箱(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球磨机，其特征在于，所述铲水斗(6)内沿其长度方向设置有两个挡板(9)，两个挡板(9)将铲水斗(6)分成与三个空腔(8)相对应的三个容置空间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种球磨机，其特征在于，所述水箱(13)设有进水管路(11)和出水管路(12)。
