本发明公开了一种酸性皂洗剂制作方法,包括原料按重量计的组分:马丙共聚物17份、木质素磺酸钠9份、生物酸1份、表面活性剂5份、消泡剂0.5份、余量为水,制作时:先在搅拌机中加入规定水量的2/3,升温到30℃,打开搅拌机,边搅拌边慢慢加入原料,待将除水之外的原料全部加入搅拌机后,继续搅拌30-40分钟,在排料口放25KG配制液倒回搅拌机中,搅拌30分钟,随后加入余下的1/3水到搅拌机中冲淡配制液并降温到30℃以下,继续搅拌30分钟,最后用糖量计测量一下搅拌机内的制剂浓度即可;该种酸性皂洗剂制作方法,使用绿色环保、低污染的原料,对于环境的污染较小,同时在制作过程中,产品能很好的去除沾附在纤维上的水解染料、未固着染料和其他杂质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种酸性皂洗剂制作方法。
背景技术
在纺织品印染领域经常运用到皂洗工序,皂洗的主要目的就是为了去除沾附在纤维上的水解染料、未固着染料和其他杂质。通常用碱性皂洗剂,皂洗时浴中布面pH值为10-11,呈碱性,在高温皂洗时活性染料易发生断键,因此活性染料碱固色后,必须经三次水洗,使布面pH值接近中性后才能进入皂洗浴进行皂煮。即便如此也不能保证染色成品在近中性条件下接受皂洗。
现在市面上也存在一定量的酸性皂,但现有的酸性皂制作工艺较为简单,且配方中含有较高的毒性,对环境造成很大的伤害,因此在现有的纺织品印刷领域亟需一种无毒害、高性能的酸性皂,及其制作方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种酸性皂洗剂制作方法,可以有效的解决背景技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种酸性皂洗剂制作方法,包括原料按重量计的组分:马丙共聚物17份、木质素磺酸钠9份、生物酸1份、表面活性剂5份、消泡剂0.5份、余量为水,制作步骤为:先在搅拌机中加入规定水量的2/3,升温到30℃,打开搅拌机,边搅拌边慢慢加入原料,待将除水之外的原料全部加入搅拌机后,继续搅拌30-40分钟,在排料口放25KG配制液倒回搅拌机中,搅拌30分钟,随后加入余下的1/3水到搅拌机中冲淡配制液并降温到30℃以下,继续搅拌30分钟,最后用糖量计测量一下搅拌机内的制剂浓度即可。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,成品出料时,出料温度要在40℃以下,出料口必须用过滤网过滤到桶内。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,当天化得助剂不能当天使用,同时每桶助剂上必须注明化助剂的时间。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:该种酸性皂洗剂制作方法,使用绿色环保、低污染的原料,对于环境的污染较小,减少对使用者的身体伤害,同时在制作过程中,工艺考究,制作精细,对于每一项程序的要求较高,产品能很好的去除沾附在纤维上的水解染料、未固着染料和其他杂质,且不会使染料发生断键。

实施例1

1.一种酸性皂洗剂制作方法,其特征在于,包括原料按重量计的组分:马丙共聚物17份、木质素磺酸钠9份、生物酸1份、表面活性剂5份、消泡剂0.5份、余量为水,制作步骤为:先在搅拌机中加入规定水量的2/3,升温到30℃,打开搅拌机,边搅拌边慢慢加入原料,待将除水之外的原料全部加入搅拌机后,继续搅拌30-40分钟,在排料口放25KG配制液倒回搅拌机中,搅拌30分钟,随后加入余下的1/3水到搅拌机中冲淡配制液并降温到30℃以下,继续搅拌30分钟,最后用糖量计测量一下搅拌机内的制剂浓度即可。
