Abstract

本发明公开了一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机,包括机架、固定于所述机架上的平行间隔排列的多组输送带动力滚筒、输送带、压蔗轮、蔗芽检测装置、控制系统、切割机构;每组所述输送带动力滚筒上分别安装有所述输送带并驱动其前进,每个所述输送带上方安装有至少一个所述压蔗轮用于压紧甘蔗;至少一个所述蔗芽检测装置安装于所述输送带上方用于检测甘蔗芽,所述控制系统根据检测到的甘蔗芽来调整各组所述输送带动力滚筒的转速和行程,以使各个所述输送带上的甘蔗进入所述切割机构时避开芽苗位置。本发明可高效地获得健康的种苗,用种可减少30%以上,经济效益显著;而且工作效率高,使用成本低;还可减少在使用甘蔗种植机时,由于人机不同步而造成的断垄。

一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机
技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械技术领域,特别是指一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机。
背景技术
目前,对于甘蔗的种植主要还是通过人工方式进行,目前投入使用的甘蔗种植机,还是通过人插甘蔗,机器盲割等流程实现的,常常因为割到甘蔗芽,和没有对甘蔗割口进行一定的消毒保护,使出苗率降低,严重影响了亩产量,因此急需一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机,以配合甘蔗种植机的应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机,以解决现有技术中甘蔗种切割机因为割到甘蔗芽,和没有对甘蔗割口进行一定的消毒保护,使出苗率降低,严重影响了亩产量的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机,其特征在于,包括机架、固定于所述机架上的平行间隔排列的多组输送带动力滚筒、输送带、压蔗轮、蔗芽检测装置、控制系统、切割机构;
每组所述输送带动力滚筒上分别安装有所述输送带并驱动其前进,每个所述输送带上方安装有至少一个所述压蔗轮用于压紧甘蔗;
至少一个所述蔗芽检测装置安装于所述输送带上方用于检测甘蔗芽,所述控制系统根据检测到的甘蔗芽来调整各组所述输送带动力滚筒的转速和行程,以使各个所述输送带上的甘蔗进入所述切割机构时避开芽苗位置。
其中,所述切割机构包括固定于所述机架上的切割架、安装于所述切割架上的至少一个切割升降马达、安装于每个所述切割升降马达输出轴上的锯动力滚筒,所述锯动力滚筒上安装有带锯或圆锯用于切割甘蔗。
其中,所述蔗芽检测装置包括检测轮和电位器,所述检测轮通过弹簧力或重力压在输送带上的甘蔗,所述电位器与检测轮联动用于感知甘蔗直径的变化并转化为电信号传输给所述控制系统。
其中,所述切割机构下方设有甘蔗料箱用以存放甘蔗。
其中,所述甘蔗料箱内设有消毒池。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
1、本发明可高效地获得健康的种苗,用种可减少30%以上,经济效益显著;
2、本发明通过机械自动化的设计,一机工作相当于10多熟练操作工人的工作量,工作效率高,使用成本低;
3、本发明可减少在使用甘蔗种植机时,由于人机不同步而造成的断垄(即车在行走而人没有插甘蔗,地里没有放进甘蔗苗),提高了安全性,节约了成本。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明针对现有技术中甘蔗种切割机因为割到甘蔗芽,和没有对甘蔗割口进行一定的消毒保护,使出苗率降低,严重影响了亩产量的技术问题,提供一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机,包括机架1、固定于所述机架1上的平行间隔排列的多组输送带动力滚筒2、输送带3、压蔗轮10、蔗芽检测装置、控制系统9、切割机构;
每组所述输送带动力滚筒2上分别安装有所述输送带3并驱动其前进,每个所述输送带3上方安装有至少一个所述压蔗轮10用于压紧甘蔗;
至少一个所述蔗芽检测装置安装于所述输送带3上方用于动态地检测甘蔗芽,判断甘蔗芽的位置,所述控制系统根据检测到的甘蔗芽来调整各组所述输送带动力滚筒2的转速和行程,以使各个所述输送带3上的甘蔗同时进入所述切割机构时避开芽苗位置,使每根甘蔗达到切割机构的刀口时,不在芽的位置,是在两芽的中间位置;所述蔗芽检测装置包括检测轮12和电位器11,所述电位器11可以替换成角度传感器或距离传感器,所述检测轮12通过弹簧力或重力压在输送带3上的甘蔗,所述电位器11与检测轮12联动用于感知甘蔗直径的变化并转化为电信号传输给所述控制系统。
甘蔗通过时,甘蔗的直径大小,会让检测轮12产生上下随动,使支撑它的轴也跟着转动并带动电位器11也转动,从而能检测出甘蔗直径的变化,利用甘蔗芽处直径跳变大的特点,分析出甘蔗芽的位置,最后控制系统9控制输送带3的传送长度,使甘蔗传送到刀口时,刚好在两芽的中间。所述控制系统包括cpu、通信、执行等部件,可采样蔗芽检测装置的数据处理后控制输送带的速度和传送距离以及控制切割机构的上下运动,以垂直切割甘蔗。
所述切割机构包括固定于所述机架1上的切割架4、安装于所述切割架4上的至少二个切割升降马达5、安装于每个所述切割升降马达5输出轴上的锯动力滚筒7,所述锯动力滚筒7上安装有带锯61或圆锯62用于切割甘蔗。
所述切割机构下方设有甘蔗料箱8用以存放甘蔗。所述甘蔗料箱8内设有消毒池。甘蔗切断后,长的符合自定标准的将掉入甘蔗料箱8内,箱内可事先投放杀毒药水,对甘蔗种进行杀毒,以使甘蔗种健康。最后尾巴不够长的甘蔗,因够不着,将自动掉入箱外。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
1、本发明可高效地获得健康的种苗,用种可减少30%以上,经济效益显著;
2、本发明通过机械自动化的设计,一机工作相当于10多熟练操作工人的工作量,工作效率高,使用成本低;
3、本发明可减少在使用甘蔗种植机时,由于人机不同步而造成的断垄(即车在行走而人没有插甘蔗,地里没有放进甘蔗苗),提高了安全性,节约了成本。

Claims (5)

1.一种高效智能甘蔗种切割机,其特征在于,包括机架、固定于所述机架上的平行间隔排列的多组输送带动力滚筒、输送带、压蔗轮、蔗芽检测装置、控制系统、切割机构;
每组所述输送带动力滚筒上分别安装有所述输送带并驱动其前进,每个所述输送带上方安装有至少一个所述压蔗轮用于压紧甘蔗;
至少一个所述蔗芽检测装置安装于所述输送带上方用于检测甘蔗芽,所述控制系统根据检测到的甘蔗芽来调整各组所述输送带动力滚筒的转速和行程,以使各个所述输送带上的甘蔗同时进入所述切割机构时避开芽苗位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效智能甘蔗种切割机,其特征在于,所述切割机构包括固定于所述机架上的切割架、安装于所述切割架上的至少一个切割升降马达、安装于每个所述切割升降马达输出轴上的锯动力滚筒,所述锯动力滚筒上安装有带锯或圆锯用于切割甘蔗。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效智能甘蔗种切割机,其特征在于,所述蔗芽检测装置包括检测轮和电位器,所述检测轮通过弹簧力或重力压在输送带上的甘蔗,所述电位器与检测轮联动用于感知甘蔗直径的变化并转化为电信号传输给所述控制系统。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效智能甘蔗种切割机,其特征在于,所述切割机构下方设有甘蔗料箱用以存放甘蔗。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高效智能甘蔗种切割机,其特征在于,所述甘蔗料箱内设有消毒池。
