Abstract
本发明公开了一种含多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维改性丙烯酸树脂乳液涂层的墙纸,该墙纸使用的涂层浆料中采用的树脂粘接剂为醋酸纤维素共聚改性水性丙烯酸树脂乳液,这种乳液性能稳定,不含甲醛等慢性挥发性有毒化合物,所形成的涂层爽滑有弹性,具备抗水、防污、抗菌等功能,且较之传统的PVC糊料塑化温度可低至120-150℃,加入的多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维可赋予涂层优良的透气性,涂层的力学强度也得到有效改善,在耐磨损方面表现出极大的优势,表面不易出现刮痕,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种含多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维改性丙烯酸树脂乳液涂层的墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸又名壁纸,因其具有色彩多样,图案丰富,豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等优势在家装中应用越来越广泛,常见墙纸大是以纯纸、无纺布等材料作为基材,在其表面涂覆树脂浆料,经高温塑化、印制压花等工序制成。
目前市场上最常见的涂层浆料主要是由PVC树脂及填料组成,这种涂层材料虽然具有美观耐用防水等优点,然而其透气性差,且含有有机类溶剂,长时间使用会污染室内空气,随着人们环保意识的提高,对壁纸的环保性要求也越来越高,这无疑需要使用新的涂层材料取代PVC树脂。近年来市场上涌现出一批环保的水性树脂涂层材料,这类材料虽然不含挥发性有机溶剂,然而其在透气性、塑化温度、附加功能性以及与基材的贴合性等方面仍存在不足。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维改性丙烯酸树脂乳液涂层的墙纸。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维改性丙烯酸树脂乳液涂层的墙纸,该墙纸是由无纺布基材和涂覆于基材表面的涂层浆料经过干燥、塑化、压花后制成,所述的涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料制成:复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液80-100、聚乳酸切片8-10、多孔碳化硅微粉4-5、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺0.1-0.2、硅烷偶联剂kh5500.1-0.2。
所述的涂层浆料制备方法为:
(1)多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维制备:先将多孔碳化硅微粉、聚乳酸切片、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺、硅烷偶联剂kh550搅拌混合均匀后进行熔融纺丝,制成长度为60-100μm,直径为30-50μm的多孔短纤维;
(2)将多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维投入复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液中,搅拌混合30-50min后加入其它剩余物料,强力搅拌混合4-5h,随后静置放置30-40min后即得。
所述的复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8、醋酸纤维素4-5、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺12-15、丙烯酸丁酯18-25、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15-20、丙烯酸10-15、过硫酸铵5-8、乳化剂OP-102-3、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3、氨水适量、去离子水50-60,制备方法为:
(1)先将醋酸纤维素投入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌至其完全溶解,随后将纳米二氧化硅投入溶液中,密闭超声搅拌分散3-4h,得掺混纳米二氧化硅的醋酸纤维素溶液备用;
(2)将乳化剂OP-10、十二烷基硫酸钠投入反应釜中,随后加入10-15重量份的去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解后,投入步骤(1)制备的物料及丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸,升温至70-75℃,搅拌混合2-3h,得预乳化液备用;
(3)种子乳液制备:将过硫酸铵和适量的氨水溶于余量的去离子水中,调节溶液pH值为6.0-7.5,并加热至65-75℃,然后分别取2/3重量份的该溶液与1/4重量份步骤(2)制备的预乳化液,同时滴加到反应容器中,滴加速度为45-60滴/min,待反应体系呈蓝色荧光时停止滴加,得种子乳液;
(4)所得种子乳液静置15-20min后重新滴加剩余量的过硫酸铵溶液及预乳化液,滴加结束后在70-75℃条件下恒温50-60min,随后加热至75-80℃,恒温条件下强力搅拌混合1.5-2h,随后停止搅拌,待乳液自然冷却至50℃以下时用氨水调节溶液pH值为7.0,随后过滤出料即得。
本发明墙纸使用的涂层浆料中采用的树脂粘接剂为醋酸纤维素共聚改性水性丙烯酸树脂乳液,这种乳液性能稳定,不含甲醛等慢性挥发性有毒化合物,所形成的涂层爽滑有弹性,具备抗水、防污、抗菌等功能,且较之传统的PVC糊料塑化温度可低至120-150℃,加入的多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维可赋予涂层优良的透气性,涂层的力学强度也得到有效改善,在耐磨损方面表现出极大的优势,表面不易出现刮痕,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
该实施例墙纸是由无纺布基材和涂覆于基材表面的涂层浆料经过干燥、塑化、压花后制成,其中涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料制成:复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液80、聚乳酸切片8、多孔碳化硅微粉4、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺0.1、硅烷偶联剂kh5500.1。
该涂层浆料制备方法为:
(1)多孔碳化硅聚乳酸多孔纤维制备:先将多孔碳化硅微粉、聚乳酸切片、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺、硅烷偶联剂kh550搅拌混合均匀后进行熔融纺丝,制成长度为60μm,直径为30μm的多孔短纤维;
(2)将多孔碳化硅聚乳酸多孔纤维投入复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液中,搅拌混合30min后加入其它剩余物料,强力搅拌混合4h,随后静置放置30min后即得。
其中复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米二氧化硅0.5、醋酸纤维素4、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺12、丙烯酸丁酯18、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15、丙烯酸10、过硫酸铵5、乳化剂OP2、十二烷基硫酸钠1、氨水适量、去离子水50,制备方法为:
(1)先将醋酸纤维素投入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌至其完全溶解,随后将纳米二氧化硅投入溶液中,密闭超声搅拌分散3h,得掺混纳米二氧化硅的醋酸纤维素溶液备用;
(2)将乳化剂OP、十二烷基硫酸钠投入反应釜中,随后加入10重量份的去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解后,投入步骤(1)制备的物料及丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸,升温至70℃,搅拌混合2h,得预乳化液备用;
(3)种子乳液制备:将过硫酸铵和适量的氨水溶于余量的去离子水中,调节溶液pH值为6.0,并加热至65℃,然后分别取2/3重量份的该溶液与1/4重量份步骤(2)制备的预乳化液,同时滴加到反应容器中,滴加速度为45滴/min,待反应体系呈蓝色荧光时停止滴加,得种子乳液;
(4)所得种子乳液静置15min后重新滴加剩余量的过硫酸铵溶液及预乳化液,滴加结束后在70℃条件下恒温50min,随后加热至75℃,恒温条件下强力搅拌混合1.5h,随后停止搅拌,待乳液自然冷却至50℃以下时用氨水调节溶液pH值为7.0,随后过滤出料即得。
将涂层浆料涂覆在无纺布基纸表面,控制涂布量为15g/m2,待其干燥后在135℃条件下塑化压花,冷却成型后对产品依据相关标准进行性能测试,测试结果为:
回潮率:0.64%;透气度:9.6L/(m2s);抗张强度:3875N/m,耐破度:205KPa。
抗菌防霉性:对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率可达95.0%;对大肠杆菌抑菌率可达96.5%;对黑曲霉、球毛壳菌、绿粘帚菌的抑菌等级为0级。
该实施例制备的墙纸符合GB18585-2001的规定,不含有国家规定的禁止使用的重金属锑、砷、钡、镉、铬、铅、汞、硒,不含有甲醛、不含有氯乙烯单体。
Claims (3)
1.一种含多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维改性丙烯酸树脂乳液涂层的墙纸,该墙纸是由无纺布基材和涂覆于基材表面的涂层浆料经过干燥、塑化、压花后制成,其特征在于,所述的涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料制成:复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液80-100、聚乳酸切片8-10、多孔碳化硅微粉4-5、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺0.1-0.2、硅烷偶联剂kh5500.1-0.2。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维改性丙烯酸树脂乳液涂层的墙纸,其特征在于,所述的涂层浆料制备方法为:
(1)多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维制备:先将多孔碳化硅微粉、聚乳酸切片、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺、硅烷偶联剂kh550搅拌混合均匀后进行熔融纺丝,制成长度为60-100μm,直径为30-50μm的多孔短纤维;
(2)将多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维投入复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液中,搅拌混合30-50min后加入其它剩余物料,强力搅拌混合4-5h,随后静置放置30-40min后即得。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种含多孔碳化硅-聚乳酸多孔纤维改性丙烯酸树脂乳液涂层的墙纸,其特征在于,所述的复合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8、醋酸纤维素4-5、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺12-15、丙烯酸丁酯18-25、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15-20、丙烯酸10-15、过硫酸铵5-8、乳化剂OP-102-3、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3、氨水适量、去离子水50-60,制备方法为:
(1)先将醋酸纤维素投入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌至其完全溶解,随后将纳米二氧化硅投入溶液中,密闭超声搅拌分散3-4h,得掺混纳米二氧化硅的醋酸纤维素溶液备用;
(2)将乳化剂OP-10、十二烷基硫酸钠投入反应釜中,随后加入10-15重量份的去离子水,搅拌至完全溶解后,投入步骤(1)制备的物料及丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸,升温至70-75℃,搅拌混合2-3h,得预乳化液备用;
(3)种子乳液制备:将过硫酸铵和适量的氨水溶于余量的去离子水中,调节溶液pH值为6.0-7.5,并加热至65-75℃,然后分别取2/3重量份的该溶液与1/4重量份步骤(2)制备的预乳化液,同时滴加到反应容器中,滴加速度为45-60滴/min,待反应体系呈蓝色荧光时停止滴加,得种子乳液;
(4)所得种子乳液静置15-20min后重新滴加剩余量的过硫酸铵溶液及预乳化液,滴加结束后在70-75℃条件下恒温50-60min,随后加热至75-80℃,恒温条件下强力搅拌混合1.5-2h,随后停止搅拌,待乳液自然冷却至50℃以下时用氨水调节溶液pH值为7.0,随后过滤出料即得。
