技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑木加工工装，尤其是涉及一种移动式切割塑木的固定工装。
背景技术
目前，圆柱状的塑木在经过电锯切割后；成为工件塑形胚模。而在切割成型的过程中由于切割使用的夹具夹紧度不高，常常出现塑木滑动的现象。这样导致切割不精准，甚至出现扭断电锯锯条的现象。
同时以往的切割方式是切完后人工往前送料，由于整个塑木重量较大，使得操作人员搬动不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种移动式切割塑木的固定工装，解决整根塑目切割成型方便的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种移动式切割塑木的固定工装，其特征在于：该固定工装包括上压紧结构、下压紧结构以及连接在上压紧结构与下压紧结构之间的移动架体，所述的上压紧结构包括压紧气缸，压紧气缸固定在压紧气缸固定座上，在压紧气缸的输出端连接上压紧夹具，所述的上压紧夹具呈弧形；
所述的下压紧结构包括下固定板，设置在下固定板上部的下夹紧连接座，设置下夹紧连接座上设置下压紧夹具，所述的下压紧夹具形状与上压紧夹具相同；并与上压紧夹具相对设置；
所述的移动架体包括一组压紧结构连接架、每个压紧结构连接架的上部设有一个滑动杆，每个压紧结构连接架的下部设有滑轮，所述的滑轮设置在装备内滑道的固定底架中，所述的滑动杆与固定底架的前、后端还设置支撑杆；
所述的上压紧结构的压紧气缸固定座与压紧结构连接架之间设置滑动套，所述的下压紧结构的下固定板的压紧结构连接架之间设置固定连接块。
为了切割方便，所述的滑动杆上设置塑木吊具。
本发明的有益效果：该移动式切割塑木的固定工装结构简单、使用方便，适合整个塑木的切割。

实施例1，如图1、2所示，一种移动式切割塑木的固定工装，其特征在于：该固定工装包括上压紧结构、下压紧结构以及连接在上压紧结构与下压紧结构之间的移动架体，所述的上压紧结构包括压紧气缸1，压紧气缸1固定在压紧气缸固定座2上，在压紧气缸1的输出端连接上压紧夹具3，所述的上压紧夹具3呈弧形；
所述的下压紧结构包括下固定板4，设置在下固定板4上部的下夹紧连接座5，设置下夹紧连接座5上设置下压紧夹具6，所述的下压紧夹具6形状与上压紧夹具3相同；并与上压紧夹具3相对设置；
所述的移动架体包括一组压紧结构连接架7、每个压紧结构连接架7的上部设有一个滑动杆8，每个压紧结构连接架7的下部设有滑轮9，所述的滑轮9设置在装备内滑道11的固定底架12中，所述的滑动杆8与固定底架12的前、后端还设置支撑杆13；
所述的上压紧结构的压紧气缸固定座2与压紧结构连接架7之间设置滑动套14，所述的下压紧结构的下固定板4的压紧结构连接架7之间设置固定连接块15。
为了切割方便，所述的滑动杆8上设置塑木吊具10。
本发明的有益效果：该移动式切割塑木的固定工装结构简单、使用方便，适合整个塑木的切割。

所述的下压紧结构包括下固定板，设置在下固定板上部的下夹紧连接座，设置下夹紧连接座上设置下压紧夹具，所述的下压紧夹具形状与上压紧夹具相同；并与上压紧夹具相对设置；
所述的移动架体包括一组压紧结构连接架、每个压紧结构连接架的上部设有一个滑动杆，每个压紧结构连接架的下部设有滑轮，所述的滑轮设置在装备内滑道的固定底架中，所述的滑动杆与固定底架的前、后端还设置支撑杆；
所述的上压紧结构的压紧气缸固定座与压紧结构连接架之间设置滑动套，所述的下压紧结构的下固定板的压紧结构连接架之间设置固定连接块。
