本发明公开了一种电动车用电池管理系统,包括主控模块和采样模块,其中主控模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路,采样模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路、单体采样电路、电池温度检测电路,其中采样模块可作为主控模块使用,采样模块作为主控模块使用时不启用单体采样电路、电池温度检测电路的功能,同时写入对应的主控模块的软件程序,用采样模块来实现主控模块的功能,通过写入不同的软件程序,实现不同的模块功能,实现了硬件的统一,简化了开发、生产备货、售后维护等工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种广泛应用于电动汽车领域的锂离子动力电池管理系统。
背景技术
目前电动汽车行业由于电池串数比较多,电池管理系统都采用主从式的系统架构(如图1),分为主控模块和采样模块两部分,其中采样模块负责采集所有电芯的单体电压、温度等信息,并将这些信息通过CAN(控制器局域网总线)通讯上传到上级系统;主控模块负责收集下面所有采样模块的最高最低单体电压、温度信息等信息,控制系统主继电器,与整车控制器通讯等功能。每台车都是一个主控模块加多个采样模块的结构。采样模块通常要十倍于主控模块,而主控模块每台车就用一个,数量少,备料、生产加工很不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:电池管理系统的主控模块用量很少,生产备货不方便。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种电动车用电池管理系统,包括主控模块和采样模块,其中主控模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路,采样模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路、单体采样电路、电池温度检测电路,其中采样模块可作为主控模块使用,采样模块作为主控模块使用时不启用单体采样电路、电池温度检测电路的功能,同时写入对应的主控模块的软件程序。
其中,采样模块作为主控模块使用时不焊接单体采样电路与电池温度检测电路。
用采样模块来实现主控模块的功能,通过写入不同的软件程序,实现不同的模块功能,实现了硬件的统一,简化了开发、生产备货、售后维护等工作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种电动车用电池管理系统,包括主控模块和采样模块。
如图2所示,主控模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路。
如图3所示,采样模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路、单体采样电路、电池温度检测电路。
采样模块包含主控模块的所有硬件功能,多出了用来采集单体电压的单体采样电路和用来采集单体温度的电池温度检测电路,这两部分在作为主控模块使用时可以不启用或者不焊接这些功能。在采样模块硬件基础上烧录主控模块对应程序,对继电器控制、CAN通讯等功能通过软件配置成主控模块的模式,通过这些措施来实现主控模块功能。

1.一种电动车用电池管理系统,其特征在于:该系统包括主控模块和采样模块,主控模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路,采样模块的硬件电路包括电源部分、主芯片及外围电路、继电器控制电路、CAN通讯电路、单体采样电路、电池温度检测电路,该采样模块可作为主控模块使用,采样模块作为主控模块使用时不启用单体采样电路、电池温度检测电路的功能,同时写入对应的主控模块的软件程序。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电动车用电池管理系统,其特征在于:所述采样模块作为主控模块使用时不焊接单体采样电路与电池温度检测电路。
