Abstract
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸酰胺2-4、十八烷基三氯硅烷2-3、乙丙橡胶20-28、PVC树脂40-50、聚丙烯10-12、石蜡油5-8、废树皮25-34、硬脂酸锌3-5、轻质碳酸钙20-30、磷酸铈4-6、聚异氰酸酯3-6、KH-560硅烷偶联剂1-2、偏苯三酸三辛酯16-20、色母料8-10、助剂2-3;该电缆料将乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯与PVC树脂复混使用,改进了单一PVC树脂的机械性能,经过改性处理后的废树皮粉,不易吸湿,与树脂基材的相容性得到提高,达到良好的补强效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆料是电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料的统称,以橡胶、塑料、尼龙等材质作为基料,结合增塑剂、填料、色母料、抗氧剂等辅助成分制成,不同电缆种类和使用环境对电缆料的性能有不同的要求,市售电缆料大都存在不耐划伤折叠、易腐蚀氧化内部金属导线、阻燃性能较差、硬度与韧性不能兼顾、燃烧时毒性较大、不耐潮湿寒热等缺点,制约着电缆的安全性和使用寿命,因此,急需研发新型的性能均衡、环保安全、实用性强的电缆料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,改进了传统PVC电缆料的使用性能,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸酰胺2-4、十八烷基三氯硅烷2-3、乙丙橡胶20-28、PVC树脂40-50、聚丙烯10-12、石蜡油5-8、废树皮25-34、硬脂酸锌3-5、轻质碳酸钙20-30、磷酸铈4-6、聚异氰酸酯3-6、KH-560硅烷偶联剂1-2、偏苯三酸三辛酯16-20、色母料8-10、助剂2-3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6-8、氧化石墨烯2-3、聚天冬氨酸2-3、磷酸铁锂1-3、无水乙醇8-10、600-800目白炭黑15-18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散20-30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将废树皮除杂后粉碎成细粉,干燥处理后,加入十八烷基三氯硅烷,搅拌混合均匀,随后不断翻动细粉,同时均匀喷洒石蜡油,喷洒结束后,将所得的粉体研磨分散30-40min,得改性废树皮粉备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯混合均匀后加入偏苯三酸三辛酯,搅拌20-30min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得改性废树皮粉,继续搅拌分散30-40min,最后再加入其它剩余物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
所述的双螺杆挤出机各段的温度为:加料段:60-70℃、压缩段:150-180℃、均化段140-150℃、机头温度:120-130℃。
有益效果:将乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯与PVC树脂复混使用,改进了单一PVC树脂的机械性能,原料中经过改性处理后的废树皮粉,不易吸湿,与树脂基材的相容性得到提高,从而能达到良好的补强效果,再结合具有阻燃、促稳等功效的助剂和其它辅助物料,使得本发明电缆料具有优良的耐候、耐腐、耐热特性,成型高效稳定,且使用废弃的废树皮作为补强填料,更为经济环保。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸酰胺3、十八烷基三氯硅烷2、乙丙橡胶28、PVC树脂45、聚丙烯12、石蜡油6、废树皮28、硬脂酸锌4、轻质碳酸钙30、磷酸铈6、聚异氰酸酯5、KH-560硅烷偶联剂2、偏苯三酸三辛酯20、色母料10、助剂3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6、氧化石墨烯3、聚天冬氨酸2、磷酸铁锂2、无水乙醇10、800目白炭黑18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将废树皮除杂后粉碎成细粉,干燥处理后,加入十八烷基三氯硅烷,搅拌混合均匀,随后不断翻动细粉,同时均匀喷洒石蜡油,喷洒结束后,将所得的粉体研磨分散40min,得改性废树皮粉备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯混合均匀后加入偏苯三酸三辛酯,搅拌30min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得改性废树皮粉,继续搅拌分散40min,最后再加入其它剩余物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
其中双螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:加料段:70℃、压缩段:180℃、均化段150℃、机头温度:130℃。
本实施例电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸酰胺2-4、十八烷基三氯硅烷2-3、乙丙橡胶20-28、PVC树脂40-50、聚丙烯10-12、石蜡油5-8、废树皮25-34、硬脂酸锌3-5、轻质碳酸钙20-30、磷酸铈4-6、聚异氰酸酯3-6、KH-560硅烷偶联剂1-2、偏苯三酸三辛酯16-20、色母料8-10、助剂2-3;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6-8、氧化石墨烯2-3、聚天冬氨酸2-3、磷酸铁锂1-3、无水乙醇8-10、600-800目白炭黑15-18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散20-30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将废树皮除杂后粉碎成细粉,干燥处理后,加入十八烷基三氯硅烷,搅拌混合均匀,随后不断翻动细粉,同时均匀喷洒石蜡油,喷洒结束后,将所得的粉体研磨分散30-40min,得改性废树皮粉备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯混合均匀后加入偏苯三酸三辛酯,搅拌20-30min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得改性废树皮粉,继续搅拌分散30-40min,最后再加入其它剩余物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种含改性废树皮的复混PVC基电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的双螺杆造粒机各段的温度分别为:加料段:60-70℃、压缩段:150-180℃、均化段140-150℃、机头温度:120-130℃。
