本发明公开一种导电复合无纺布,所述导电复合无纺布包括最外层、中间层和最外层于中间层之间的粘合层,所述最外层为硅酸铝纤维,中间层为聚酯泡棉,所述最外层于中间层之间的粘合层为丙烯酸树脂,所述的硅酸铝纤维占导电复合无纺布总体分量的30%-32%,所述的聚酯泡棉占导电复合无纺布总体分量的32%-38%,所述的丙烯酸树脂占导电复合无纺布总体分量的31%-34%,本发明提供一种导电复合无纺布,具有化学稳定性好、无毒、质轻、导电等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电复合无纺布。
背景技术
超细皮革在衣服面料方面的应用量占超纤皮革的6%~7%,仅次于鞋类和家具市场。日本产的仿麂皮面料在上世纪90年代初以前曾经独占世界市场,90年代后期日本的市场占有率逐年下降,现在为75%,但是日本支配衣服面料市场的能力仍未改变。
衣服面料用仿麂皮是超纤皮革中要求比较高的一个领域,其技术难度很大。日本生产的仿麂皮衣服面料全部用PA、PET和PP超细纤维,主要的技术难度在于衣服面料用产品的厚度只有0.4~0.6mm,而且要有较高的强力;另一个技术难点是
染色均匀性和色牢度存在问题。衣服面料中绝大多数用的是定岛型海岛纤维,主要原因是定岛型海岛纤维的线密度与长度是固定和均匀的,起绒后不会脱落,抗起球性能好,染色时不易出现染色不匀的现象,色牢度也比较好。
由于PA超细纤维的染色问题较难解决,日本有用PET作岛相的,PET纤维的高温高压染色相对比较容易解决。上海市合成纤维研究所生产的COPET/PET海岛纤维,其碱处理比COPET/PA海岛纤维难,需要摸索工艺,也可以参照织造印染的碱处理方法。衣服面料用基布可以用针刺法生产,也可以用水刺法生产。
在衣服面料领域国内尚极少有人涉足,而巨大的超额利润一定会吸引厂商去尝试。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种导电复合无纺布,具有化学稳定性好、无毒、质轻、导电等特点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种导电复合无纺布,所述导电复合无纺布包括最外层、中间层和最外层于中间层之间的粘合层,所述最外层为硅酸铝纤维,中间层为聚酯泡棉,所述最外层于中间层之间的粘合层为丙烯酸树脂,所述的硅酸铝纤维占导电复合无纺布总体分量的30%-32%,所述的聚酯泡棉占导电复合无纺布总体分量的32%-38%,所述的丙烯酸树脂占导电复合无纺布总体分量的31%-34%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述丙烯酸树脂包括丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的硅酸铝纤维占导电复合无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的聚酯泡棉占导电复合无纺布总体分量的37%,所述的丙烯酸树脂占导电复合无纺布总体分量的31%。
本发明的一种导电复合无纺布,具有化学稳定性好、无毒、质轻、导电等特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
在一实施例中,本发明的一种导电复合无纺布,所述导电复合无纺布包括最外层、中间层和最外层于中间层之间的粘合层,所述最外层为硅酸铝纤维,中间层为聚酯泡棉,所述最外层于中间层之间的粘合层为丙烯酸树脂,所述的硅酸铝纤维占导电复合无纺布总体分量的30%-32%,所述的聚酯泡棉占导电复合无纺布总体分量的32%-38%,所述的丙烯酸树脂占导电复合无纺布总体分量的31%-34%。
进一步说明,所述丙烯酸树脂包括丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯,所述的硅酸铝纤维占导电复合无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的聚酯泡棉占导电复合无纺布总体分量的37%,所述的丙烯酸树脂占导电复合无纺布总体分量的31%。
进一步说明,硅酸铝纤维又叫陶瓷纤维是一种新型轻质耐火材料,该材料具有容重轻、耐高温、热稳定性好,热传导率低、热容小、抗机械振动好、受热膨胀小、隔热性能好等优点,经特殊加工,可制成硅酸铝纤维板、硅酸铝纤维毡、硅酸铝纤维绳、硅酸铝纤维毯等产品。新型密封材料具有耐高温导热系数低,容重轻,使用寿命长,抗拉强度大,弹性好,无毒等特点,是取代石棉的新型材料,广泛用于冶金、电力、机械、化工的热能设备上的保温。
热塑性丙烯酸树脂在成膜过程中不发生进一步交联,因此它的相对分子量较大,具有良好的保光保色性、耐水耐化学性、干燥快、施工方便,易于施工重涂和返工,制备铝粉漆时铝粉的白度、定位性好。热塑性丙烯酸树脂在汽车、电器、机械、建筑等领域应用广泛。
热固性丙烯酸树脂是指在结构中带有一定的官能团,在制漆时通过和加入的氨基树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯等中的官能团反应形成网状结构,热固性树脂一般相对分子量较低。热固性丙烯酸涂料有优异的丰满度、光泽、硬度、耐溶剂性、耐候性、在高温烘烤时不变色、不返黄。最重要的应用是和氨基树脂配合制成氨基-丙烯酸烤漆,目前在汽车、摩托车、自行车、卷钢等产品上应用十分广泛。本发明提供一种导电复合无纺布,具有化学稳定性好、无毒、质轻、导电等特点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种导电复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述导电复合无纺布包括最外层、中间层和最外层于中间层之间的粘合层,所述最外层为硅酸铝纤维,中间层为聚酯泡棉,所述最外层于中间层之间的粘合层为丙烯酸树脂,所述的硅酸铝纤维占导电复合无纺布总体分量的30%-32%,所述的聚酯泡棉占导电复合无纺布总体分量的32%-38%,所述的丙烯酸树脂占导电复合无纺布总体分量的31%-34%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸树脂包括丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导电复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的硅酸铝纤维占导电复合无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的聚酯泡棉占导电复合无纺布总体分量的37%,所述的丙烯酸树脂占导电复合无纺布总体分量的31%。
