本发明公开了一种红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法,包括以下步骤:清除带病竹蛋后依次使用三氟氯氰菊酯1400‑1500倍液、强力病毒清900‑1000倍液、疣霉净1000‑1500倍液、质量百分浓度为1‰的三十烷醇1000‑1333倍液喷施;依次使用二甲基磷酸酯900‑1000倍液、二氧化氯1000‑5000倍液及钙片1800‑2000倍液喷施;依次使用菇虫一熏净800‑1000倍液、黄斑绝杀1000‑1500倍液、疣霉净1000‑1500倍液及磷酸二氢钾1900‑2000倍液喷施;使用质量百分浓度3‑7%的澄清石灰水喷施;喷药时间间隔为24‑36h。具有治疗效果好、针对性强、操作简便的特点。

一种红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法
技术领域
本发明属于植物栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法。
背景技术
红托竹荪是一种中温型腐生菌,属竹荪品种中品质最好的一种,营养丰富、香味浓郁且滋味鲜美,具有十分广阔的市场前景。
由于红托竹荪出荪期间气温炎热加上覆土管理,其病虫害治疗较其他食用菌和作物更为困难。其中,最为严重的是红托竹荪黄水病。
红托竹荪“黄水病”主要发生在大田栽培子实体生长阶段,也即栽培期6-10月特别是7、8、9三个月,此期间栽培环境高温高湿,极适于病虫害生长,杂菌害虫与竹荪子实体在培养料上共生共处,如若治疗措施不当极易引发“黄水病”。
“黄水病”发病症状主要表现为在子实体(竹蛋)上出现1处以上黑点并很快扩大,该黑点小如黄豆大小,重则如成人拇指大小,从黑点中心向外腐烂,并伴生有木霉(绿霉)等杂菌和蚊虫叮咬,同时蛋体表面有多处黄水渗出,初为透明黄水珠,逐渐膨胀破裂,黄水流经之处,蛋体皆逐渐腐烂。其传染速度极快,从发现中心病株到整棚感染仅需3-4天,常规50-100亩基地全部感染发病仅需7-10天,一旦发生,轻则减产70%-80%,重则全部腐烂绝收,成为竹荪生产上的“癌症”。
“黄水病”的致病原因,至今仍未能在植物病理学上进行最终鉴定,只能大致分析为在高温高湿环境下由多种真菌、细菌、病毒综合作用,并加之蚊虫叮咬传播等多种因素导致的溃疡性病变。在本发明研发之前,尚未有一套行之有效的方法,不仅会给种植户造成大量的经济损失,同时也严重制约了红托竹荪产业的健康发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、针对性强、操作简便的红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法。
本发明的一种红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清除带病竹蛋后,依次使用三氟氯氰菊酯1400-1500倍液、强力病毒清900-1000倍液、疣霉净1000-1500倍液、质量百分浓度为1%的三十烷醇1000-1333倍液均匀喷施;
(2)24-36h后,依次使用二甲基磷酸酯900-1000倍液、二氧化氯1000-5000倍液及钙片1800-2000倍液均匀喷施;
(3)24-36h后,依次使用菇虫一熏净800-1000倍液、黄斑绝杀1000-1500倍液、疣霉净1000-1500倍液及磷酸二氢钾1900-2000倍液均匀喷施;
(4)24-36h后,使用质量百分浓度3-7%的澄清石灰水均匀喷施。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有明显有益效果,从以上技术方案可知:本发明所提供的红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法,采不同的药剂配方分4次进行,充分考虑了红托竹荪的生长特点和发病规律,可使红托竹荪黄水病的治疗由原来的束手无策转变为有效可控,很大程度上确保了红托竹荪的健康生长,直接提高了红托竹荪的产量和品质;通过各药剂间的协同作用,可改变栽培区域的PH值,使其适合竹荪生长,有利于有益菌丝的保护,在治疗黄水病的同时能确保竹荪子实体和菌丝不受损害。
2014年,以本发明所提供的治疗方法在贵州省织金县桂果镇成功治疗黄水病100余亩;2015年,在织金县熊家场乡新陌村成功治疗黄水病50亩、在桂果镇克窝村成功治疗黄水病50亩。具有治疗效果好、针对性强、操作简便、经济效益及社会效益大的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清除带病竹蛋后,依次使用三氟氯氰菊酯1400倍液、强力病毒清(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)900倍液、疣霉净(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)1500倍液、质量百分浓度为1%的三十烷醇1333倍液均匀喷施;
(2)24h后,依次使用二甲基磷酸酯900倍液、二氧化氯1000倍液及钙片2000倍液均匀喷施;
(3)36h后,依次使用菇虫一熏净800倍液(由随州市曾都区随缘食用菌消毒剂厂)、黄斑绝杀(由随州市曾都区远盛食用菌辅机制造厂生产)1000倍液、疣霉净(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)1500倍液及磷酸二氢钾2000倍液均匀喷施;
(4)24h后,使用质量百分浓度3%的澄清石灰水均匀喷施。
实施例2
一种红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清除带病竹蛋后,依次使用三氟氯氰菊酯1500倍液、强力病毒清(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)1000倍液、疣霉净(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)1000倍液、质量百分浓度为1%的三十烷醇1000倍液均匀喷施;
(2)36h后,依次使用二甲基磷酸酯1000倍液、二氧化氯5000倍液及钙片1800倍液均匀喷施;
(3)24h后,依次使用菇虫一熏净1000倍液(由随州市曾都区随缘食用菌消毒剂厂)、黄斑绝杀(由随州市曾都区远盛食用菌辅机制造厂生产)1500倍液、疣霉净(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)1000倍液及磷酸二氢钾1900倍液均匀喷施;
(4)36h后,使用质量百分浓度7%的澄清石灰水均匀喷施。
实施例3
一种红托竹荪黄水病的治疗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清除带病竹蛋后,依次使用三氟氯氰菊酯1450倍液、强力病毒清(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)950倍液、疣霉净(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)1250倍液、质量百分浓度为1%的三十烷醇1166倍液均匀喷施;
(2)30h后,依次使用二甲基磷酸酯950倍液、二氧化氯3000倍液及钙片1900倍液均匀喷施;
(3)30h后,依次使用菇虫一熏净900倍液(由随州市曾都区随缘食用菌消毒剂厂)、黄斑绝杀(由随州市曾都区远盛食用菌辅机制造厂生产)1250倍液、疣霉净(由湖北随州随缘食用菌消毒剂厂生产)1250倍液及磷酸二氢钾1950倍液均匀喷施;
(4)30h后,使用质量百分浓度5%的澄清石灰水均匀喷施。

(1)清除带病竹蛋后,依次使用三氟氯氰菊酯1400-1500倍液、强力病毒清900-1000倍液、疣霉净1000-1500倍液、质量百分浓度为1%的三十烷醇1000-1333倍液均匀喷施;
(2)24-36h后,依次使用二甲基磷酸酯900-1000倍液、二氧化氯1000-5000倍液及钙片1800-2000倍液均匀喷施;
(3)24-36h后,依次使用菇虫一熏净800-1000倍液、黄斑绝杀1000-1500倍液、疣霉净1000-1500倍液及磷酸二氢钾1900-2000倍液均匀喷施;
(4)24-36h后,使用质量百分浓度3-7%的澄清石灰水均匀喷施。
