Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,属于打印纸涂料制备技术领域,其中各组分的重量份为颜料90~100份、胶乳20~30份、PVA?5~10份、大豆蛋白1~5份、抗水剂0.1~0.5份、润滑剂0.1~0.5份;该涂料能优、环保性好,且利用该涂料涂布出来的打印纸,油墨吸收性能、光泽度、耐水性能、打印图象色密度、色彩还原性能和涂层强度等综合性能佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种打印纸涂料,具体涉及一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,属于打印纸涂料制备技术领域。
背景技术
印刷(Printing,GraphicArts,也用使用GraphicCommunications即图形传播的)是将文字、图画、照片等原稿经制版、施墨、加压等工序,使油墨转移到纸张、织品、皮革等材料表面上,批量复制原稿内容的技术。
随着喷墨打印机、数码相机及扫描仪等的迅速普及,作为图像输出的重要方式——喷墨打印以其低廉的价格及其接近激光打印机的打印质量越来越受到用户的青睐。据报道,全球使用的打印机中72%为喷墨打印机。作为喷墨打印介质的彩色喷墨打印纸的用量逐年增加,据统计2000年喷墨打印专用纸消费量已经达到2.1万吨。
彩色喷墨打印纸的质量主要决定于吸墨涂层的性能,尤其是相纸级喷墨打印纸,要求打印出来的画面在色彩的鲜艳度、饱和度、细部层次、清晰度、色彩还原和色牢度方面都能达到彩色相纸的水平。彩色喷墨打印纸要达到高质量的图像效果,其涂层应具有以下特性:均匀快速地吸收墨水,不发生渗色、蹭脏,不透印;墨点真圆度高、边缘锐利,网点浓度高,图像分辨率高;色彩牢度好,即图像和文字要有好的耐水性、耐光性、耐摩擦性及保存性;色彩还原性好,饱和度高,有较高的颜色密度和颜色强度。
目前,彩色喷墨打印纸的吸墨涂层基本上分为树脂类和颜料类。树脂类吸墨涂层主要由一些能够吸水膨胀的高分子,如明胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟丙基纤维素等组成,赋予涂层强大的吸墨能力;颜料类吸墨涂层主要是含有特殊颜料,如无定形二氧化硅、氧化铝等,在涂层中形成大量微孔,实现对墨滴的快速吸收和颜色固着作用。而有研究结果表明,纳米SiO2用作面涂颜料时,纸页的白度和平滑度均得到了较大改善。
CN200410065636.0公开了一种纳米级环保型彩色数码打印纸专用涂料,含有纳米级二氧化钛、二氧化硅、聚乙烯醇、羧基丁苯胶乳、聚丙烯酸钠盐、聚酰胺聚脲树脂、聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液、羧甲基纤维素、有机硅丙烯酸酯共聚物、水等重量组份,该发明产品固含量高,能适应高速涂布和一次涂布的要求,性能优、环保性好,提供的产品适用于多种基材涂布,可用于制作喷墨打印纸、数码相纸等,能满足各行业对彩色数码打印介质的制作要求。但是此专利存在着原料成本较高等缺点,虽然其提供的产品质量较佳,但在市场上的推广使用仍受到一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,该涂料能优、环保性好,且利用该涂料涂布出来的打印纸,油墨吸收性能、光泽度、耐水性能、打印图象色密度、色彩还原性能和涂层强度等综合性能佳。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,各组分的重量份为:
颜料90~100份、胶乳20~30份、PVA5~10份、大豆蛋白1~5份、抗水剂0.1~0.5份、润滑剂0.1~0.5份;
颜料90~95份、胶乳20~25份、PVA5~7份、大豆蛋白3~5份、抗水剂0.3~0.5份、润滑剂0.25~0.5份;
颜料95~100份、胶乳25~30份、PVA7~10份、大豆蛋白1~3份、抗水剂0.3~0.5份、润滑剂0.25~0.5份;
颜料96~98份、胶乳25~30份、PVA7~10份、大豆蛋白1~3份、抗水剂0.1~0.3份、润滑剂0.1~0.25份;
颜料96份、胶乳25份、PVA7份、大豆蛋白1份、抗水剂0.1份、润滑剂0.1份;
颜料98份、胶乳30份、PVA10份、大豆蛋白3份、抗水剂0.3份、润滑剂0.25份。
所述的颜料,为纳米级二氧化硅分散液,其中二氧化硅颗粒的粒径为25~35nm;
所述的润滑剂,硬脂酸钙含量53%~55%。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,该涂料能优、环保性好,且利用该涂料涂布出来的打印纸,油墨吸收性能、光泽度、耐水性能、打印图象色密度、色彩还原性能和涂层强度等综合性能佳,且制备原料成本较低,容易实现工业化生产。

一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,各组分的重量份为:
颜料98份、胶乳30份、PVA10份、大豆蛋白3份、抗水剂0.3份、润滑剂0.25份。

一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,各组分的重量份为:
颜料96份、胶乳25份、PVA7份、大豆蛋白1份、抗水剂0.1份、润滑剂0.1份。
实施例3
一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,各组分的重量份为:
颜料95份、胶乳25份、PVA7份、大豆蛋白1份、抗水剂0.3份、润滑剂0.25份。

一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,各组分的重量份为:

8.根据权利要求1~6所述的一种含有纳米级二氧化硅的彩色喷墨打印纸涂料,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂,硬脂酸钙含量53%~55%。
