本发明公开了一种环保型液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,该乳化油由以下质量百分数的原料制备而成:太古油为15.0%~25.0%,氢氧化钠为2~4%;乳化剂E9600为2%~5%,苯甲酸钠为3%~6%,环烷酸3%~6%,亚硝酸钠9~11%,EDTA为4%~6%,三乙醇胺为5%~7%,硼砂0.5%~2.0%,苯骈三氮唑为0.1%~1%,水余量。本发明解决了现有技术中的生产工艺流程复杂,用料种类又多,气味较大的不足,降低了生产成本;本发明的配方中采用了植物太古油,原料的选择使乳化油质量有了提高,并且整个配方有机溶剂使用量减少,满足环保要求。

Description

一种环保型液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及煤炭行业液态液压支架用油液领域,涉及一种环保型液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
液压支架是综合机械化和采煤面用于支撑顶板的重要机械设备,其与采煤机配套使用。它的支撑、升降、移动和过载保护等,都是借助压力液体在一定结构的管路和控制元件组成的系统中,通过流动来实现能量的传递和转化。这种压力液体就是传动介质。因此,目前普遍使用乳化油来配置液压液,应用于液压支架中。
然而现有的技术中,矿用液压支架乳化油在生产上和配方上都有着复杂的过程,所需要原材料15种,程序较多,步骤繁琐,气味较大;不满足绿色环保的要求。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,改进的配方解决了现有技术的生产工艺流程复杂,用料种类多的问题,新工艺的的配方使用原材料少,成本低,制备方法简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保型液压支架用乳化油,由以下质量百分数的原料制备而成:太古油为15.0%~25.0%,氢氧化钠为2~4%;乳化剂E9600为2%~5%,苯甲酸钠为3%~6%,环烷酸3%~6%,亚硝酸钠9~11%,EDTA为4%~6%,三乙醇胺为5%~7%,硼砂0.5%~2.0%,苯骈三氮唑为0.1%~1%,水余量。
一种环保型液压支架用乳化油,由以下质量百分数的原料制备而成:太古油为20.0%,氢氧化钠为3.333%,乳化剂E9600为3.75%,苯甲酸钠为4.667%,环烷酸为3.75%,亚硝酸钠为10.0%,EDTA为4.267%,三乙醇胺为5.5%,硼砂为1.0%,苯骈三氮唑为0.5%,水为61.23%。
环保型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在温度不低于20℃、搅拌速率不低于45r/min条件下,先把三乙醇胺、太古油、环烷酸,按比例分别加入反应釜中搅拌均匀;
2)加入EDTA,搅拌5分钟;再加入水和氢氧化钠;
3)加入适量的苯甲酸,搅拌10-15分钟,再加入亚硝酸钠,搅拌15-20分钟;
4)加入乳化剂E9600,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入硼砂,搅拌5分钟;再加入苯骈三氮唑,搅拌30-40分钟;
5)调节pH值至碱性;
6)经过过滤,灌装即成;
7)最后进行出厂检验。
步骤1)中的具体步骤为:先加入三乙醇胺,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入太古油,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入环烷酸,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤2)中水和氢氧化钠先在小反应釜中搅均后再加入。
步骤5)中用氢氧化钠调节pH值至9。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有下述有益效果:
本发明解决了现有技术中的生产工艺流程复杂,用料种类又多,气味较大的不足,降低了生产成本;本发明的配方中采用了植物太古油,原料的选择使乳化油质量有了提高,并且整个配方有机溶剂使用量减少,满足环保要求。本发明产品不分层、不飘油、不污染、环保节能;而且有很好的清洗性、润滑性、防锈性、极压性;具有良好的防锈、冷却、清洗、润滑等多种功能,能够大大降低机械磨损量和刀具在切削中的磨损,适用于煤矿配有电液阀的液压支架用液力传动介质,也可以用于普通综合机械化采煤液压支架及单体支柱以及普通切削设备,解决了机械化采煤过程中的机械使用周期短的问题,使切削量增加,大大提高了生产效率。
本发明的制备方法简单,适合常温条件进行,无需加热等条件,原料按照步骤加入即得到乳化性能好,稳定性高的乳化剂。出厂检验产率性能良好,各项指标均合格。适合工业化批量生产。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,本发明不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本发明配制1吨环保型液压支架用乳化油所用原料配方如下:

如图1所示,本发明方法制备方法的完整步骤:
1)在温度不低于20℃、搅拌速率为45r/min条件下,先把三乙醇胺、太古油、环烷酸,按比例分别加入反应釜中搅拌均匀,起乳化和稳定的作用;具体的先加入三乙醇胺,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入太古油,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入环烷酸,搅拌5-10分钟;
2)再加入EDTA,搅拌5分钟;加入适量的水和氢氧化钠,先在小反应釜中搅均加入(起到抗硬水的作用);
3)分别加入适量的苯甲酸,搅拌10-15分钟,再加入亚硝酸钠,搅拌15-20分钟;
4)再加入E9600(乳化剂),搅拌5-10分钟;再加入硼砂(防腐蚀、防锈),搅拌5分钟;再加入苯骈三氮唑,搅拌30-40分钟即可;
5)调试PH值至9即成(用氢氧化钠);
6)经过过滤,灌装即成;
7)最后进行出厂检验。
此方法在生产过程中比原来方法简单,使用的原材料上由原来的15种变成11种,降低了成本,新的工艺流程比原来的简化了,气味也比原来的小。经反复化验对比,本发明针对液压支架用乳化油配方和技术改进的方法实用且可行。

由上表可以看出,本发明制备的乳化油产品各项指标均合格,适用于煤矿配有电液阀的液压支架用液力传动介质,也可以用于普通综合机械化采煤液压支架及单体支柱以及普通切削设备,解决了机械化采煤过程中的机械使用周期短的问题,使切削量增加,大大提高了生产效率。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,由以下质量百分数的原料制备而成:太古油为15.0%~25.0%,氢氧化钠为2~4%;乳化剂E9600为2%~5%,苯甲酸钠为3%~6%,环烷酸3%~6%,亚硝酸钠9~11%,EDTA为4%~6%,三乙醇胺为5%~7%,硼砂0.5%~2.0%,苯骈三氮唑为0.1%~1%,水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于,由以下质量百分数的原料制备而成:太古油为20.0%,氢氧化钠为3.333%,乳化剂E9600为3.75%,苯甲酸钠为4.667%,环烷酸为3.75%,亚硝酸钠为10.0%,EDTA为4.267%,三乙醇胺为5.5%,硼砂为1.0%,苯骈三氮唑为0.5%,水为61.23%。
3.权利要求1或2所述的环保型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在温度不低于20℃、搅拌速率不低于45r/min条件下,先把三乙醇胺、太古油、环烷酸,按比例分别加入反应釜中搅拌均匀;
2)加入EDTA,搅拌5分钟;再加入水和氢氧化钠;
3)加入适量的苯甲酸,搅拌10-15分钟,再加入亚硝酸钠,搅拌15-20分钟;
4)加入乳化剂E9600,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入硼砂,搅拌5分钟;再加入苯骈三氮唑,搅拌30-40分钟;
5)调节pH值至碱性;
6)经过过滤,灌装即成;
7)最后进行出厂检验。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中的具体步骤为:先加入三乙醇胺,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入太古油,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入环烷酸,搅拌5-10分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的环保型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中水和氢氧化钠先在小反应釜中搅均后再加入。
6.根据权利要求3所述的环保型液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5)中用氢氧化钠调节pH值至9。
