本发明公开了一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三乙醇胺8‑10份、重烷基苯磺酸钠3‑5份、植物油酸6‑10份、氢氧化钠9‑11份、防锈防腐水10‑20份、亚硝酸钠1‑2份、聚内烯烃2‑4份、甘油6‑8份、乳化剂1‑2份、土耳其红油2‑3份、苯甲酸钠6‑8份、环烷酸4‑6份、蓖麻油钾皂6‑10份、石油磺酸钠5‑7份,本发明解决了现有技术中的生产工艺流程复杂,用料种类又多,气味较大的不足,降低了生产成本;本发明的配方中采用了植物太古油,原料的选择使乳化油质量有了提高,并且整个配方有机溶剂使用量减少,满足环保要求。

一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及液压支架用油领域,具体而言涉及一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法。
背景技术
液压支架是综合机械化和采煤面用于支撑顶板的重要机械设备,其与采煤机配套使用。它的支撑、升降、移动和过载保护等,都是借助压力液体在一定结构的管路和控制元件组成的系统中,通过流动来实现能量的传递和转化。这种压力液体就是传动介质。因此,目前普遍使用乳化油来配置液压液,应用于液压支架中。
然而现有的技术中,矿用液压支架乳化油在生产上和配方上都有着复杂的过程,所需要原材料15种,程序较多,步骤繁琐,气味较大;不满足绿色环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,本发明解决了现有技术中的生产工艺流程复杂,用料种类又多,气味较大的不足,降低了生产成本;本发明的配方中采用了植物太古油,原料的选择使乳化油质量有了提高,并且整个配方有机溶剂使用量减少,满足环保要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三乙醇胺8-10份、重烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、植物油酸6-10份、氢氧化钠9-11份、防锈防腐水10-20份、亚硝酸钠1-2份、聚内烯烃2-4份、甘油6-8份、乳化剂1-2份、土耳其红油2-3份、苯甲酸钠6-8份、环烷酸4-6份、蓖麻油钾皂6-10份、石油磺酸钠5-7份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三乙醇胺8份、重烷基苯磺酸钠3份、植物油酸6份、氢氧化钠9份、防锈防腐水10份、亚硝酸钠1份、聚内烯烃2份、甘油6份、乳化剂1份、土耳其红油2份、苯甲酸钠6份、环烷酸4份、蓖麻油钾皂6份、石油磺酸钠5份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三乙醇胺9份、重烷基苯磺酸钠4份、植物油酸8份、氢氧化钠10份、防锈防腐水15份、亚硝酸钠1.5份、聚内烯烃3份、甘油7份、乳化剂1.5份、土耳其红油2.5份、苯甲酸钠7份、环烷酸5份、蓖麻油钾皂8份、石油磺酸钠6份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三乙醇胺10份、重烷基苯磺酸钠5份、植物油酸10份、氢氧化钠11份、防锈防腐水20份、亚硝酸钠2份、聚内烯烃4份、甘油8份、乳化剂2份、土耳其红油3份、苯甲酸钠8份、环烷酸6份、蓖麻油钾皂10份、石油磺酸钠7份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、在温度不低于20℃、搅拌速率不低于45r/min条件下,先把三乙醇胺、太古油、环烷酸,按比例分别加入反应釜中搅拌均匀;
步骤二、加入三乙醇胺,搅拌5分钟;再加入氢氧化钠和亚硝酸钠;
步骤三、加入甘油,搅拌10-15分钟,再加入土耳其红油,搅拌15-20分钟;
步骤四、加入剩余原料,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤五、经过过滤,灌装即成,最后进行出厂检验。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明解决了现有技术中的生产工艺流程复杂,用料种类又多,气味较大的不足,降低了生产成本;本发明的配方中采用了植物太古油,原料的选择使乳化油质量有了提高,并且整个配方有机溶剂使用量减少,满足环保要求。

实施例二:

一种液压支架用乳化油由以下质量份数配方成分组成:三乙醇胺10份、重烷基苯磺酸钠5份、植物油酸10份、氢氧化钠11份、防锈防腐水20份、亚硝酸钠2份、聚内烯烃4份、甘油8份、乳化剂2份、土耳其红油3份、苯甲酸钠8份、环烷酸6份、蓖麻油钾皂10份、石油磺酸钠7份。
实施例五:
一种液压支架用乳化油的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在温度不低于20℃、搅拌速率不低于45r/min条件下,先把三乙醇胺、太古油、环烷酸,按比例分别加入反应釜中搅拌均匀;
步骤二、加入三乙醇胺,搅拌5分钟;再加入氢氧化钠和亚硝酸钠;
步骤三、加入甘油,搅拌10-15分钟,再加入土耳其红油,搅拌15-20分钟;
步骤四、加入剩余原料,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤五、经过过滤,灌装即成,最后进行出厂检验。

三乙醇胺8-10份、重烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、植物油酸6-10份、氢氧化钠9-11份、防锈防腐水10-20份、亚硝酸钠1-2份、聚内烯烃2-4份、甘油6-8份、乳化剂1-2份、土耳其红油2-3份、苯甲酸钠6-8份、环烷酸4-6份、蓖麻油钾皂6-10份、石油磺酸钠5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压支架用乳化油,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
三乙醇胺8份、重烷基苯磺酸钠3份、植物油酸6份、氢氧化钠9份、防锈防腐水10份、亚硝酸钠1份、聚内烯烃2份、甘油6份、乳化剂1份、土耳其红油2份、苯甲酸钠6份、环烷酸4份、蓖麻油钾皂6份、石油磺酸钠5份。

5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种液压支架用乳化油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在温度不低于20℃、搅拌速率不低于45r/min条件下,先把三乙醇胺、太古油、环烷酸,按比例分别加入反应釜中搅拌均匀;
步骤二、加入三乙醇胺,搅拌5分钟;再加入氢氧化钠和亚硝酸钠;
步骤三、加入甘油,搅拌10-15分钟,再加入土耳其红油,搅拌15-20分钟;
步骤四、加入剩余原料,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤五、经过过滤,灌装即成,最后进行出厂检验。
