本发明公开了一种液压支架用浓缩液,各组分及质量百分含量为:甘油25%~40%、防锈剂2%~5%、润滑复合剂5%~20%、乳化复合剂5%~10%、防锈防腐水10%~20%、EDTA‑2Na软水剂0.5%~5%、水15%~30%。本发明浓缩液适用于煤矿液压支架内使用的传动介质,它原油浓度高,消耗量小,抗硬水能力强,适用范围广,凝点低,在设备运行中不产生析油、析皂现象,配液箱中无漂浮物析出,在立柱上不附着难清洗的油泥,此种浓缩物自身易溶于冷水,并具有较好的冷水清洗性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压支架用环保型浓缩液及其制备方法。
背景技术
液压支架是煤炭行业采煤工作面用于支撑顶板的重要机械设备,其与采煤机配套使用,不仅实现了采煤综合机械化,提高了采煤和运输设备的效能,而且最大限度的保障了煤矿工人的生命安全,液压支架用环保型浓缩液是液压支架系统的“血液”,液压支架的升降、移动和过截保护等都需要应用液压支架用环保型浓缩液。
液压支架用环保型浓缩液传动介质是液压系统的重要组成部分,液压设备的运行及其效率离不开液压支架浓缩液传动介质,其直接影响到设备的使用寿命和安全性。如果选用不当,会损坏设备,造成安全事故。目前液压传动介质所用的乳化油和浓缩液有几方面的要求:(1)安全性:既不能引燃,也不能助燃,以保证矿井生产的安全性;(2)经济性:来源广,价格便宜;(3)黏度和黏温性能:为减少摩擦力,不宜采用黏度大的传动介质;(4)防锈性:由于液压系统是在空气中用液压支架用环保型浓缩液配液作为传动介质长期运行,要有一定的防锈性;(5)润滑性:由于液压支架是在高负荷、长周期下工作,因此要求液压传动介质具有一定的润滑性;(6)稳定性:液压介质的稳定性才能保证其正常、安全运行;(7)密封材料相容性:即不能使密封材料产生过分的收缩和膨胀,以造成失效或动作失灵;(8)对人体无有害影响:由于在使用过程中,更换管路、阀类、清洗油箱、检修时不可避免要与液压传动介质接触,所以要求其对人体无有害影响;(9)对环境无污染:由于使用量大,直接排放,无净化设备,所以要求其对地下水资源污染小或无污染。
按照煤炭行业标准MT76-2011《液压支架(柱)用乳化油、浓缩液及高含水液压液》的分类,液压支架(柱)用高含水液压液包括两类,即乳化型(HFAE)和浓缩型(HFAS),对应的液压液原液分别为液压支架用乳化油和液压支架用环保型浓缩液。
煤矿目前使用的乳化油是以60% ~70%的矿物油为基础油的合成产品,它被称之为“乳化油”,由于该产品原料是不可再生的石油资源,价格受国际石油产品的影响很大,石油资源越来越少,价格只能逐步上升,还有污染环境的问题。虽然浓缩液已经解决了不添加矿物油的基础油,但是其为水包油型的产品,其含水量较高,配比使用过程中防锈性能、润滑性和抗硬水能力有一定的局限。在使用过程中还有一定的析油析皂现象,造成滤网阻塞,需要经常清洗滤网,而这些析出的油皂与煤尘结合形成很难清洗的粘稠物,会给工作现场的使用造成诸多不良影响,对电液控制系统则会堵塞过滤组件等问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种新型、高效、环保以及性能指标齐全的液压支架用环保型浓缩液。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种工艺简单、操作方便的液压支架用环保型浓缩液的制备方法。
本发明实现过程如下:
一种液压支架用环保型浓缩液,包含如下组分,各组分及质量百分含量为:
甘油 25% ~ 40%
防锈剂 2% ~ 5%
润滑复合剂 5% ~ 20%
乳化复合剂 5% ~ 10%
防锈防腐水 10% ~ 20%
EDTA-2Na软水剂 0.5% ~ 5%
水 15% ~ 30%
所述防锈剂为硼砂的甘油饱和溶液;
所述润滑复合剂为三乙醇胺、蓖麻酸硫酸酯钠盐和甘油按照质量比1~3:1~3:2~5复合得到;
所述乳化复合剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3复合得到;
所述防锈防腐水为质量比3:1~1:3的苯甲酸钠和尿素的水溶液。
上述液压支架用环保型浓缩液的制备方法,其将EDTA-2Na软水剂加入到水中,搅拌至透明清亮,再向其中加入防锈防腐水搅拌至透明清亮,然后依次加入润滑复合剂、防锈剂、甘油和乳化复合剂,体系温度控制在5℃~ 40℃,直至体系均一,pH为7.5~9即可。
本发明液压支架用环保型浓缩液HFAS-JSY25-3外观为深褐色透明油状液体,适用于煤矿液压支架内使用的传动介质,使用时须严格按照国家MT76-2011标准,即按97%自来水(或矿井水):3%本产品浓缩油重量比例配制、搅拌均匀即可使用。它原油浓度高,消耗量小,抗硬水能力强,适用范围广,凝点低,在设备运行中不产生析油、析皂现象,配液箱中无漂浮物析出,在立柱上不附着难清洗的油泥,此种浓缩物自身易溶于冷水,并具有较好的冷水清洗性。在运行中不产生沉淀物,支架可全落到底,延长橡胶密封件使用寿命,正常运转时无系统漏液现象,无细菌、真菌滋生,不产生腐变,不产生异常气味。可以明显降低成本,提高煤矿矿井生产效率,有效保护液压支架设备正常运行,延长使用寿命。
具体实施方式

一种液压支架用环保型浓缩液,各组分及质量百分含量为:
甘油 30%
防锈剂 3%
润滑复合剂 15%
乳化复合剂 8%
防锈防腐水 15%
EDTA-2Na软水剂 3%
水 26%
所述防锈剂为硼砂的甘油饱和溶液,是将硼砂在60℃~70℃溶于甘油中,取上层透明清亮液体;
所述润滑复合剂为三乙醇胺、蓖麻酸硫酸酯钠盐和甘油按照质量比2:2:5复合得到;
所述乳化复合剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比1:1:1:1复合得到;
所述防锈防腐水为质量比1:2的苯甲酸钠和尿素溶于5-20倍质量的水中得到,本实施例采用5倍水。
上述液压支架用环保型浓缩液的制备方法是将EDTA-2Na软水剂加入到水中,搅拌至透明清亮,再向其中加入防锈防腐水搅拌至透明清亮,然后依次加入润滑复合剂、防锈剂、甘油和乳化复合剂,体系温度控制在25℃左右,直至体系均一,pH为8。

所述防锈防腐水为质量比1:3的苯甲酸钠和尿素溶于10倍质量的水中得到。

所述乳化复合剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比1:1:1:1复合得到;
所述防锈防腐水为质量比1:2的苯甲酸钠和尿素溶于10倍质量的水中得到。

实施例4
对比测试实施例1制备得到的液压支架用环保型浓缩液,分别制备如下样品。
样品1:将重量比3%的本产品液压支架用环保型浓缩液HFAS-JSY25-3加入到97%的25号硬水中,搅拌均匀配成配液。
样品2:将重量比3%的液压支架用乳化油HFAE25-5加入到97%的25号硬水中,搅拌均匀配成配液。
样品3:将重量比3%的液压支架用环保型浓缩液HFAS25-5加入到97%的25号硬水中,搅拌均匀配成配液。
样品4:将重量比5%的本产品液压支架用环保型浓缩液HFAS-JSY25-3加入到95%的25号硬水中,搅拌均匀配成配液。
样品5:将重量比5%的液压支架用乳化油HFAE25-5加入到95%的25号硬水中,搅拌均匀配成配液。
样品6:将重量比5%的液压支架用环保型浓缩液HFAS25-5加入到95%的25号硬水中,搅拌均匀配成配液。
由上述表中液压支架用原油和配液对比试验可以得出结论,本发明液压支架用环保型浓缩液在配比浓度为3%时,各项指标均合格,而目前广泛使用的液压支架用乳化油,液压支架用环保型浓缩液配比浓度为3%时,部分指标不合格。同样配比浓度为5%时,本发明液压支架用环保型浓缩液的部分指标优于液压支架用乳化油,液压支架用环保型浓缩液。
本发明液压支架用环保型浓缩液HFAS-JSY25-3性能佳、效果好、用量少,大大降低了煤矿的材料成本和人工成本,经济效益明显。
本发明液压支架用环保型浓缩液HFAS-JSY25-3不含矿物油,多种添加剂都是由植物类复合而成,既节约能源消耗又对环境无污染,是一种新型环保型产品。

1.一种液压支架用浓缩液,其特征在于浓缩液包含如下组分,各组分及质量百分含量为:
甘油 25% ~ 40%
防锈剂 2% ~ 5%
润滑复合剂 5% ~ 20%
乳化复合剂 5% ~ 10%
防锈防腐水 10% ~ 20%
EDTA-2Na软水剂 0.5% ~ 5%
水 15% ~ 30%
所述防锈剂为硼砂的甘油饱和溶液;
所述润滑复合剂为三乙醇胺、蓖麻酸硫酸酯钠盐和甘油按照质量比1~3:1~3:2~5复合得到;
所述乳化复合剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3复合得到;
所述防锈防腐水为质量比3:1~1:3的苯甲酸钠和尿素的水溶液;
上述液压支架用浓缩液的制备方法:
将EDTA-2Na软水剂加入到水中,搅拌至透明清亮,再向其中加入防锈防腐水搅拌至透明清亮,然后依次加入润滑复合剂、防锈剂、甘油和乳化复合剂,体系温度控制在5℃~ 40℃,直至体系均一,pH为7.5~9即可。
