Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好耐温性能的柔性聚氨酯树脂,用于制备各种在较高温度下使用的复合材料,通过结构设计使得树脂具有较高的耐温性,同时树脂具有较好的柔韧性和较好的工艺性能。本发明在羟基树脂合成中以异氰酸酯单体与端羟基丁腈橡胶及其他多元醇反应来合成高分子量羟基树脂,由于结构中的氰基链段起到阻燃以及对碳链的保护作用,改善了树脂耐温性,在受热情况下起到协同成炭作用,在空气氛围中400℃热失重小于75%。通过优选端羟基丁腈橡胶与多元醇单体,可在保持良好耐温性的同时,具有良好的柔韧性能,断裂伸长率最高可达200%,同时保持了聚氨酯树脂良好的工艺性能和机械性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,特别涉及一种具有良好耐温性能的柔性聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法
背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)施工性能良好,能制成性状各异的产品,被誉为“可裁剪的”聚合物,应用领域非常广泛。因其微相分离结构特点可使其兼具多种优异性能,如高弹性、高耐磨、耐化学品性、优异的机械性能、耐环境侵蚀。同时易于通过调整其化学结构达到所需要的性能。但普通聚氨酯耐温性能通常在180℃以下,在需要使用温度较高的环境中应用受到限制。
目前常用的聚氨酯耐温改性方式主要有引入芳杂环结构及无机结构等。如CN104650319A涉及一种含刚性杂环结构的耐热聚氨酯弹性体,CN103242504B涉及一种含芳杂环多元醇与阻燃多元醇与异氰酸酯反应结构的水性耐热聚氨酯树脂。CN104193916A涉及一种以三聚氰胺为交联剂的水性耐热聚氨酯树脂。目前采用的引入芳杂环结构及无机结构的改性方式主要缺点在于芳杂环多元醇原料较难获得工业化产品,且成本较高。同时此类结构生物毒性较大,也限制了其应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好耐温性能的柔性聚氨酯树脂,用于制备各种在较高温度下使用的复合材料,通过结构设计使得树脂具有较高的耐温性,同时树脂具有较好的柔韧性和较好的工艺性能。
本发明具有良好耐温性能的柔性聚氨酯树脂的技术方案:
该树脂中采用包括以下按质量百分数计算含量的组分
组分一为弹性羟基树脂
合成原料包括以下按质量百分数计算含量的组分
将端羟基丁腈橡胶、溶剂、固化促进剂加入反应器,升温至50~60℃加入异氰酸酯单体,升温至70~100℃保温2~4小时,降温至50~60℃加入多元醇,升温至70~100℃保温3~6小时,100~120℃保温1~2小时,出料过滤得到弹性羟基树脂。
组分二为异氰酸酯固化剂。
所述端羟基丁腈橡胶,为市售产品,分子量5000~15000。
所述异氰酸酯单体,为甲苯二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种
所述多元醇,为三羟甲基丙烷、新戊二醇、己二醇、一缩乙二醇、羟值40~80mgKOH/g的聚酯、羟值为40~150mgKOH/g的聚碳酸酯二醇中的一种或几种。
所述异氰酸酯固化剂,为市售脂肪族或芳香族异氰酸酯固化剂。如DesmodurN75,DesmodurE14等。
所述溶剂为以下一种或多种溶剂——二甲苯、环己酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯。所述固化促进剂为市售二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂。
本发明制备的树脂为双组份聚氨酯,采用过量含羟基组分(端羟基丁腈橡胶及多元醇)与异氰酸酯单体反应制成端羟基树脂,羟基组分为聚合物,这种合成方式有利于通过调整配方调控产品性能。由于端羟基丁腈橡胶分子量较大,如将其反应制成端异氰酸酯树脂,会造成粘度较大、异氰酸酯量较低、有毒的游离异氰酸酯单体含量难于降低等问题。本发明在羟基树脂合成中以异氰酸酯单体与端羟基丁腈橡胶及其他多元醇反应来合成高分子量羟基树脂,由于结构中的氰基链段起到阻燃以及对碳链的保护作用,改善了树脂耐温性,在受热情况下起到协同成炭作用,在空气氛围中400℃热失重小于75%。通过优选端羟基丁腈橡胶与多元醇单体,可在保持良好耐温性的同时,具有良好的柔韧性能,断裂伸长率最高可达200%,同时保持了聚氨酯树脂良好的工艺性能和机械性能。固化方式为单一的聚氨酯交联反应,可在常温下固化,扩展了应用范围。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将端羟基丁腈橡胶20.5g、溶剂50g加入反应器,升温至50~60℃加入甲苯二异氰酸酯6.5g,升温至70~80℃保温2~4小时,降温至50~60℃加入三羟甲基丙烷3g、羟值56mgKOH/g的聚碳酸酯二醇20g,升温至70~80℃保温3~6小时,100~120℃保温1~2小时,出料过滤得到弹性羟基树脂,得到组分一。将组分一与组分二N-75按NCO/OH=1.2:1配漆,常温固化7天。
测试性能如下:
实施例2:
将端羟基丁腈橡胶24g、溶剂50g、固化促进剂0.05g加入反应器,升温至50~60℃加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯8.3g,升温至90~100℃保温2~4小时,降温至50~60℃加入三羟甲基丙烷3.3g、羟值50mgKOH/g的聚酯14.4g,升温至90~100℃保温3~6小时,100~120℃保温1~2小时,出料过滤得到弹性羟基树脂。
将组分一与组分二N-75按NCO/OH=1.2:1配漆,常温固化7天。
测试性能如下:

Claims (8)

1.一种柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,组分一为弹性羟基树脂,合成原料包括以下按质量百分数计算的端羟基丁腈橡胶15~35%,异氰酸酯单体5~25%,多元醇5~30%,固化促进剂0.00~0.45%,溶剂40~70%;组分二为异氰酸酯固化剂,组分一与组分二按NCO/OH=1.2:1配漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述端羟基丁腈橡胶,分子量5000~15000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯单体为甲苯二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述多元醇为三羟甲基丙烷、新戊二醇、己二醇、一缩乙二醇、羟值40~80mgKOH/g的聚酯、羟值为40~150mgKOH/g的聚碳酸酯二醇中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯固化剂为脂肪族或芳香族异氰酸酯固化剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为二甲苯、环己酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,所述固化促进剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的柔性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于,将端羟基丁腈橡胶、溶剂、固化促进剂加入反应器,升温至50~60℃加入异氰酸酯单体,升温至70~100℃保温2~4小时,降温至50~60℃加入多元醇,升温至70~100℃保温3~6小时,100~120℃保温1~2小时,出料过滤得到弹性羟基树脂。
