一种改进的导电油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚氨酯树脂12-19份,聚丙烯-1,2-乙二醇醚的聚合物3-9份,异丙醇2.6-7份,季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂4.5-9份,聚酯聚酰胺共聚物4.8-10份,亚麻油3-8份,芳基磺酸钠4-7份,荧光粉0.5-1.4份,纳米导电炭黑11-18份,改性氯化聚烯烃2.3-6份,硝化棉1.3-2.8份,一缩二乙二醇2.5-7份,三乙醇胺6-9份,气相二氧化硅6-12份,尿素0.6-2.5份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的导电油墨,具有良好的导电性,同时性能稳定,应用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改进的导电油墨。
背景技术
导电油墨,用导电材料(金、银、铜和碳)分散在连结料中制成的糊状油墨,俗称糊剂油墨。具有一定程度导电性质,可作为印刷导电点或导电线路之用。导电性油墨是指印刷于导电承印物上,使之具有传导电流和排除积累静电荷能力的油墨,一般是印在塑料、玻璃、陶瓷或纸板等非导电承印物上。但随着电子产品与设备向多功能、高可靠性等方向发展,对于导电油墨的要求越来越高,现有的导电油墨并不能够满足使用需求,有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种导电油墨,具有良好的导电性,同时性能稳定,应用范围广。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种改进的导电油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂12-19份,聚丙烯-1,2-乙二醇醚的聚合物3-9份,异丙醇2.6-7份,季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂4.5-9份,聚酯聚酰胺共聚物4.8-10份,亚麻油3-8份,芳基磺酸钠4-7份,荧光粉0.5-1.4份,纳米导电炭黑11-18份,改性氯化聚烯烃2.3-6份,硝化棉1.3-2.8份,一缩二乙二醇2.5-7份,三乙醇胺6-9份,气相二氧化硅6-12份,尿素0.6-2.5份。
进一步地,一种改进的导电油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂16份,聚丙烯-1,2-乙二醇醚的聚合物6份,异丙醇4.2份,季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂6.3份,聚酯聚酰胺共聚物7.2份,亚麻油5份,芳基磺酸钠5.5份,荧光粉0.9份,纳米导电炭黑15份,改性氯化聚烯烃4.1份,硝化棉1.9份,一缩二乙二醇4.3份,三乙醇胺7.5份,气相二氧化硅9份,尿素1.7份。

聚氨酯树脂19份,聚丙烯-1,2-乙二醇醚的聚合物9份,异丙醇7份,季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂9份,聚酯聚酰胺共聚物10份,亚麻油8份,芳基磺酸钠7份,荧光粉1.4份,纳米导电炭黑18份,改性氯化聚烯烃6份,硝化棉2.8份,一缩二乙二醇7份,三乙醇胺9份,气相二氧化硅12份,尿素2.5份。

聚氨酯树脂12-19份,聚丙烯-1,2-乙二醇醚的聚合物3-9份,异丙醇2.6-7份,季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂4.5-9份,聚酯聚酰胺共聚物4.8-10份,亚麻油3-8份,芳基磺酸钠4-7份,荧光粉0.5-1.4份,纳米导电炭黑11-18份,改性氯化聚烯烃2.3-6份,硝化棉1.3-2.8份,一缩二乙二醇2.5-7份,三乙醇胺6-9份,气相二氧化硅6-12份,尿素0.6-2.5份。
