本发明公开了一种金属导电油墨,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:5‑6份硅藻泥、15‑20份乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、10‑12份萜烯树脂、15‑18份聚酯树脂、20‑22份聚氨酯乳液、10‑15份醇酸树脂、3‑5份硬脂酸钙、4‑5份硬脂酸锌、5‑6份甲基硅酸钠、6‑8份异辛基三氯硅烷、4‑5份七水硫酸锌、5‑6份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、3‑4份n‑甲基二乙醇胺、3‑5份对苯二甲酸二辛酯、4‑5份碳化硅、5‑6份氮化硅、6‑8份氮化锌、6‑8份纳米银粉、3‑5份纳米铜粉、5‑6份纳米锌粉。该金属导电油墨的导电效果好,用量少,同时具有良好的光泽度,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油墨的技术领域,尤其涉及一种金属导电油墨。
背景技术
导电油墨,用导电材料 ( 金、银、铜和碳 ) 分散在连结料中制成的糊状油墨,俗称糊剂油墨。具有一定程度导电性质,可作为印刷导电点或导电线路之用。导电性油墨是指印刷于导电承印物上,使之具有传导电流和排除积累静电荷能力的油墨,一般是印在塑料、玻璃、陶瓷或纸板等非导电承印物上。但随着电子产品与设备向多功能、高可靠性等方向发展,对于导电油墨的要求越来越高,现有的导电油墨并不能够满足使用需求,有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种金属导电油墨,该金属导电油墨的导电效果好,用量少,同时具有良好的光泽度,实用性强。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种金属导电油墨,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:5-6份硅藻泥、15-20份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、10-12份萜烯树脂、15-18份聚酯树脂、20-22份聚氨酯乳液、10-15份醇酸树脂、3-5份硬脂酸钙、4-5份硬脂酸锌、5-6份甲基硅酸钠、6-8份异辛基三氯硅烷、4-5份七水硫酸锌、5-6份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、3-4份n-甲基二乙醇胺、3-5份对苯二甲酸二辛酯、4-5份碳化硅、5-6份氮化硅、6-8份氮化锌、6-8份纳米银粉、3-5份纳米铜粉、5-6份纳米锌粉。
进一步的,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 5份硅藻泥、15份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、10份萜烯树脂、15份聚酯树脂、20份聚氨酯乳液、10份醇酸树脂、3份硬脂酸钙、4份硬脂酸锌、5份甲基硅酸钠、6份异辛基三氯硅烷、4份七水硫酸锌、5份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、3份n-甲基二乙醇胺、3-5份对苯二甲酸二辛酯、4份碳化硅、5份氮化硅、6份氮化锌、6份纳米银粉、3份纳米铜粉、5份纳米锌粉。
