技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子技术材料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种掺杂石墨烯导电油墨。
背景技术
导电油墨是由金属导电微粒(银、铜、碳,通常为银)分散在连结料中形成的一种导电性复合材料,印刷到承印物上之后,起到导线、天线和电阻的作用。导电油墨是生产有机印刷线路板(薄膜)最基础、也是最关键的原料,其在薄膜开关面板、键盘、柔性导电排线、电子屏蔽、射频识别等领域的应用越来越广泛,是决定着有机印刷电子产品成败的关键原料之一。
现有的导电油墨很多是由贵金属导电微粒所组成,价格昂贵,而且除银粉以外的其他金属粉很容易氧化而降低导电性。而碳粉的导电油墨虽然成本低廉,但导电性较差,限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上现有述现有技术的缺点,提供一种掺杂石墨烯导电油墨,该掺杂石墨烯导电油墨成本低廉、导电性能优异、稳定性高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种掺杂石墨烯导电油墨,由以下份数的原料组分组成:10-15份氮掺杂石墨烯、10-12份硼掺杂石墨烯、10-12份磷掺杂石墨烯、6-8份乙炔黑、3-5份山梨酸钾、5-6份聚丙烯酸钠、6-8份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、6-8松焦油、3-5份石蜡油、4-6份氧化铁、2-3份碳酸铜、3-4份氢氧化钙、3-4份氯化镁、8-10份聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、8-10份氯醋树脂、8-10份PVC糊树脂、10-15份去离子水。
进一步的,各原料组分的份数为:10份氮掺杂石墨烯、10份硼掺杂石墨烯、10份磷掺杂石墨烯、6份乙炔黑、3份山梨酸钾、5份聚丙烯酸钠、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、6松焦油、3份石蜡油、4份氧化铁、2份碳酸铜、3份氢氧化钙、3份氯化镁、8份聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、8份氯醋树脂、8份PVC糊树脂、10份去离子水。
或者是,各原料组分的份数为: 15份氮掺杂石墨烯、12份硼掺杂石墨烯、12份磷掺杂石墨烯、8份乙炔黑、5份山梨酸钾、6份聚丙烯酸钠、8份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、8松焦油、5份石蜡油、6份氧化铁、3份碳酸铜、4份氢氧化钙、4份氯化镁、10份聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、10份氯醋树脂、10份PVC糊树脂、15份去离子水。
综上所述,本发明的掺杂石墨烯导电油墨成本低廉、导电性能优异、稳定性高,同时制备工艺简单、环保无污染。

1.一种掺杂石墨烯导电油墨,其特征在于,由以下份数的原料组分组成:10-15份氮掺杂石墨烯、10-12份硼掺杂石墨烯、10-12份磷掺杂石墨烯、6-8份乙炔黑、3-5份山梨酸钾、5-6份聚丙烯酸钠、6-8份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、6-8松焦油、3-5份石蜡油、4-6份氧化铁、2-3份碳酸铜、3-4份氢氧化钙、3-4份氯化镁、8-10份聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、8-10份氯醋树脂、8-10份PVC糊树脂、10-15份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种掺杂石墨烯导电油墨,其特征在于,各原料组分的份数为:10份氮掺杂石墨烯、10份硼掺杂石墨烯、10份磷掺杂石墨烯、6份乙炔黑、3份山梨酸钾、5份聚丙烯酸钠、6份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、6松焦油、3份石蜡油、4份氧化铁、2份碳酸铜、3份氢氧化钙、3份氯化镁、8份聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、8份氯醋树脂、8份PVC糊树脂、10份去离子水。
