Abstract
本发明公开了一种医疗用功能板材的制备方法。该方法以氧化镁,改性剂,硫酸镁溶液,木粉和珍珠岩制备料浆,然后经过辊平铺装线,养护车间养护,切割,涂装后制成。本发明的医疗用功能板材的制备方法简单,基础配料采用常规廉价的原料,适合规模化生产。涂料中加入导电钛白粉,具有良好的导静电功能,改善涂层中的密度,提高涂层对腐蚀介质的屏蔽作用,同时增强了涂层的耐腐蚀性能,改性剂的加入,改善了板材表面的光滑度,以防止灰尘堆积在表面,难以去除。

背景技术
目前,众多领域对卷钢板涂层的使用性能要求越来越高,有些场合容易产生静电,静电的存在会使得器材表面粘附灰尘,不仅影响美观还会污染器械,影响仪器的检测精确度。严重的易产生火花,引发事故,造成严重的经济损失。
医疗用板材对降低静电,除尘,耐酸碱,耐磨擦的性能都要求较高。目前的医疗用板材用低静电的材料,如绝缘塑料等,但是,其耐磨擦性能低,采用耐酸碱,耐磨擦的不锈钢板,其容易产生静电,不容易除尘。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种医疗用功能板材的制备方法。
一种医疗用功能板材的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)配料
将氧化镁,改性剂,硫酸镁溶液投入搅拌机,搅拌1-2分钟后投入木粉和珍珠岩,搅拌4-5分钟得到料浆;
(2)铺装
通过下料斗将料浆放出,并在辊平铺装线上进行铺装;
(3)养护
铺装好的板材进入养护窑进行养护,其中养护温度设定为26-28℃,养护湿度设置为80-95%,养护时间为18-24小时;
(4)切割
养护好后,将板材进行长短边切割;
(5)涂装
切割后的板材进行涂装,采用涂料辊涂,涂层厚度为1-5mm,涂装后放置自然环境下18-24小时;
所述涂料由以下重量份数的物质组成:聚氨酯树脂45-55份,金红石型TiO225-30份,导电钛白10-15份,催化剂0.2-0.6份,助剂0.2-1份,防沉剂0.2-0.6份。
步骤(1)所述氧化镁,改性剂,硫酸镁溶液,木粉和珍珠岩所占配料的重量百分比为:氧化镁50%-65%,改性剂0.1%-0.5%,硫酸镁溶液20%-35%,木粉10%-15%,珍珠岩2%-5%。
所述改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸,尿素,硅藻土,硫酸亚铁,硫酸铝中的一种或一种以上。
所述催化剂为三氧化二钴,高锰酸钾,碳酸钠,硫酸锰,氢氧化钠,硼酸钠,氢氟酸中的一种或一种以上。
所述助剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,环烷酸,山梨醇,氧化锌,草酸钾,六偏磷酸钠中的一种或一种以上。
所述防沉剂为醋酸乙酯,硬脂酸锌,蓖麻油,蒙托石,钠基膨润土,硬脂酸丁酯,液体石蜡中的一种或一种以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的医疗用功能板材的制备方法简单,基础配料采用常规廉价的原料,采用配料,铺装,养护,切割,涂装的连续作业生产方法,适合规模化生产。涂料中加入导电钛白粉为导电填料,它是一种纳米功能粉体,具有良好的导静电功能,改善涂层中的密度,提高涂层对腐蚀介质的屏蔽作用,同时增强了涂层的耐腐蚀性能,本发明的改性剂的加入,改善了板材表面的光滑度,以防止灰尘堆积在表面,难以去除。

实施例1
一种医疗用功能板材的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)配料
将氧化镁,十二烷基苯磺酸,硫酸镁溶液投入搅拌机,搅拌1分钟后投入木粉和珍珠岩,搅拌4分钟得到料浆;所述各物料所占配料的重量百分比为:氧化镁60%,十二烷基苯磺酸0.3%,硫酸镁溶液25%,木粉10%,珍珠岩4.7%。
(2)铺装
通过下料斗将料浆放出,并在辊平铺装线上进行铺装;
(3)养护
铺装好的板材进入养护窑进行养护,其中养护温度设定为27℃,养护湿度设置为85%,养护时间为20小时;
(4)切割
养护好后,将板材进行长短边切割;
(5)涂装
切割后的板材进行涂装,采用涂料辊涂,涂层厚度为2mm,涂装后放置自然环境下20小时;所述涂料由以下重量份数的物质组成:聚氨酯树脂48份,金红石型TiO228份,导电钛白12份,三氧化二钴0.4份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.5份,醋酸乙酯0.4份。
实施例2
一种医疗用功能板材的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)配料
将氧化镁,尿素和硅藻土的混合物,硫酸镁溶液投入搅拌机,搅拌2分钟后投入木粉和珍珠岩,搅拌4分钟得到料浆;所述各物料所占配料的重量百分比为:氧化镁55%,尿素和硅藻土的混合物0.5%,硫酸镁溶液25%,木粉15%,珍珠岩4.5%。
(2)铺装
通过下料斗将料浆放出,并在辊平铺装线上进行铺装;
(3)养护
铺装好的板材进入养护窑进行养护,其中养护温度设定为26℃,养护湿度设置为80%,养护时间为24小时;
(4)切割
养护好后,将板材进行长短边切割;
(5)涂装
切割后的板材进行涂装,采用涂料辊涂,涂层厚度为3mm,涂装后放置自然环境下24小时;所述涂料由以下重量份数的物质组成:聚氨酯树脂45份,金红石型TiO230份,导电钛白15份,高锰酸钾0.6份,环烷酸1份,硬脂酸锌0.1份,蓖麻油0.1份。
实施例3
一种医疗用功能板材的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)配料
将氧化镁,硫酸亚铁,硫酸镁溶液投入搅拌机,搅拌1.5分钟后投入木粉和珍珠岩,搅拌4分钟得到料浆;所述各物料所占配料的重量百分比为:氧化镁50%,硫酸亚铁0.5%,硫酸镁溶液35%,木粉12%,珍珠岩2.5%。
(2)铺装
通过下料斗将料浆放出,并在辊平铺装线上进行铺装;
(3)养护
铺装好的板材进入养护窑进行养护,其中养护温度设定为27℃,养护湿度设置为85%,养护时间为22小时;
(4)切割
养护好后,将板材进行长短边切割;
(5)涂装
切割后的板材进行涂装,采用涂料辊涂,涂层厚度为1mm,涂装后放置自然环境下20小时;所述涂料由以下重量份数的物质组成:聚氨酯树脂55份,金红石型TiO225份,导电钛白10份,硫酸锰0.2份,草酸钾0.1份,六偏磷酸钠0.1份,液体石蜡0.1份,蓖麻油0.1份。

(1)配料
将氧化镁,硫酸铝,硫酸镁溶液投入搅拌机,搅拌1分钟后投入木粉和珍珠岩,搅拌5分钟得到料浆;所述氧化镁,硫酸铝,硫酸镁溶液,木粉和珍珠岩所占配料的重量百分比为:氧化镁55%,改性剂0.5%,硫酸镁溶液32%,木粉10%,珍珠岩2.5%。
(2)铺装
通过下料斗将料浆放出,并在辊平铺装线上进行铺装;
(3)养护
铺装好的板材进入养护窑进行养护,其中养护温度设定为26℃,养护湿度设置为80%,养护时间为18小时;
(4)切割
养护好后,将板材进行长短边切割;
(5)涂装
切割后的板材进行涂装,采用涂料辊涂,涂层厚度为3mm,涂装后放置自然环境下20小时;
所述涂料由以下重量份数的物质组成:聚氨酯树脂50份,金红石型TiO228份,导电钛白12份,氢氟酸0.5份,环烷酸0.5份,醋酸乙酯0.4份。

上述实施例制备的医疗用功能板材的性能如表1所示,实施例1-4制备的板材符合或超过国家检测标准所要求的技术指标。对比例1-2的相关功能指标较差。

在涂装线上,本发明采用的涂料的粘度保持基本恒定,均匀涂抹即可,本发明所述功能涂料与底漆附着力好,通过纳米材料对钢板涂料的改性,改善了涂层之间的密度提高了涂料的耐腐蚀性,使用本发明涂料使彩钢板更加功能化,满足了需要有一定导静电彩板的需求,这种导静电涂层全面提升了彩板的使用性能,用途更加广泛。

(2)铺装
通过下料斗将料浆放出,并在辊平铺装线上进行铺装;
(3)养护
铺装好的板材进入养护窑进行养护,其中养护温度设定为26-28℃,养护湿度设置为80-95%,养护时间为18-24小时;
(4)切割
养护好后,将板材进行长短边切割;
(5)涂装
切割后的板材进行涂装,采用涂料辊涂,涂层厚度为1-5mm,涂装后放置自然环境下18-24小时;
所述涂料由以下重量份数的物质组成:聚氨酯树脂45-55份,金红石型TiO225-30份,导电钛白10-15份,催化剂0.2-0.6份,助剂0.2-1份,防沉剂0.2-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗用功能板材的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述氧化镁,改性剂,硫酸镁溶液,木粉和珍珠岩所占配料的重量百分比为:氧化镁50%-65%,改性剂0.1%-0.5%,硫酸镁溶液20%-35%,木粉10%-15%,珍珠岩2%-5%。
