Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用6-硝基苯并咪唑降低乳剂灰雾的方法。本发明首先取6-硝基苯并咪唑,加入冰醋酸,使之充分溶解后生成6-硝基苯并咪唑的醋酸盐,加水配成质量百分比0.1%的醋酸盐水溶液,在感光材料的制备过程中的乳剂中添加0.1%的醋酸盐水溶液,6-硝基苯并咪唑的醋酸盐添加量为0.01~0.50mol/1000molAgNO3。本发明首次将6-硝基苯并咪唑制成6-硝基苯并咪唑醋酸盐,然后按照一定的比例加入到本公司制备的感光乳剂中,起到了很好的降低灰雾、提高胶片稳定性的作用。

Description

一种利用6-硝基苯并咪唑降低乳剂灰雾的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及感光材料制造领域,更具体地说,是涉及应用于无损检测(NDT)工业胶片降低卤化银乳剂的灰雾,提高卤化银乳剂的稳定性。
背景技术
工业无损探伤胶片的灰雾是一项非常重要的性能指标,灰雾的大小直接影响用户在评片过程中的判断。为了使乳剂达到必要的照相性能,在卤化银的表面需要进行化学反应形成一定的感光中心,这个过程就是化学成熟过程。在化学成熟过程中一些卤化银的颗粒在没有曝光的条件下自发的显影,是胶片形成了一定的密度,这一密度值就成为灰雾。
灰雾是我们不想要的,却是避免不了的。生产过程中尽量降低胶片的灰雾,提高胶片的稳定性,是胶片生产厂家不断追求的目标。尤其对于光高敏感的胶片来说更为重要。所以在感光乳剂的制备过程中要加入一定量的合适的稳定剂和灰雾抑制剂来降低胶片的灰雾。加入稳定剂或者灰雾抑制剂的作用原理是稳定剂吸附在卤化银表面活性中心上,阻碍了进一步的化学反应,防止生成过量的感光中心。或者灰雾抑制剂通过氧化作用减小或者消除了灰雾中心,从而起到降低灰雾的作用。有文献介绍使用溴或者氯取代的有机化合物作为胶片灰雾抑制剂或者稳定剂使用。6-硝基苯并咪唑是一种灰雾抑制剂,被普遍用在了冲洗胶片的显影液中,目前为止,还没有文献报道,将该物质用在感光材料的制备过程中的乳剂中。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,为克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种利用6-硝基苯并咪唑降低乳剂灰雾的方法。
一种利用6-硝基苯并咪唑降低乳剂灰雾的方法,其特征是,首先取6-硝基苯并咪唑,加入冰醋酸,使之充分溶解后生成6-硝基苯并咪唑的醋酸盐,加水配成质量百分比0.1%的醋酸盐水溶液,在感光材料的制备过程中的乳剂中添加0.1%的醋酸盐水溶液,6-硝基苯并咪唑的醋酸盐添加量为0.01~0.50mol/1000molAgNO3
进一步,所述6-硝基苯并咪唑的添加量为0.10~0.20mol/1000molAgNO3
本发明通过对该物质进行前期处理,使之生成对乳剂性能影响较小的6-硝基苯并咪唑的醋酸盐后应用到了乳剂的制备过程中。6-硝基苯并咪唑的结构式如下
具体使用过程为:取6-硝基苯并咪唑1g,加入29ml的冰醋酸,使之充分溶解后,加水配成0.1%的水溶液。取150ml感光乳剂,加入不同量的6-硝基苯并咪唑醋酸盐溶液,手涂样片,吹干后进行曝光、显、定影加工后读取照相性能。乳剂的制备按照本公司传统的乳化成熟配方工艺进行。在这里就不做详细论述。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
没有加入6-硝基苯并咪唑的胶片保存7个月后开始呈现灰雾上升的趋势,而且灰雾上升的速度比较快,保存21个月后灰雾已经达到0.17。加入6-硝基苯并咪唑的胶片保存12个月以后灰雾开始上升,而且灰雾上升的速度比较慢,保存21个月时灰雾达到0.08。说明6-硝基苯并咪唑对胶片的稳定性具有明显的作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本本发明。
1)本发明所用的曝光条件为:色温5500K,可见光曝光时间1/20秒。
2)在20℃下,D19b显影液显影5min,F5定影液中定影10min。具体的显定影配方如下:

该显影液的PH值为10.25左右。

该定影液的PH值为4.0左右。
将6-硝基苯并咪唑用在涂到片基上之前的乳剂中,具体添加量以及照相性能结果如表1所示。

为了验证6-硝基苯并咪唑对胶片稳定性的影响,我们进行了产品的后期定期测定,所得数据列于表2中。为了更好地比较该物质对胶片稳定性的影响,把表2中的数据作图进行比较,比较结果如图1所示。

从表2和图1中的结果可以看出,没有加入6-硝基苯并咪唑的胶片保存7个月后开始呈现灰雾上升的趋势,而且灰雾上升的速度比较快,保存21个月后灰雾已经达到0.17。加入6-硝基苯并咪唑的胶片保存12个月以后灰雾开始上升,而且灰雾上升的速度比较慢,保存21个月时灰雾达到0.08。说明6-硝基苯并咪唑对胶片的稳定性具有明显的作用。
6-硝基苯并咪唑在本感光乳剂体系中具有有效地抑制灰雾的作用,随着6-硝基加入量的增加,乳剂的灰雾减小,同时感光度有所减少,反差逐渐增加。加入6-硝基苯并咪唑对胶片的稳定性具有明显的作用。

1.一种利用6-硝基苯并咪唑降低乳剂灰雾的方法,其特征是,首先取6-硝基苯并咪唑,加入冰醋酸,使之充分溶解后生成6-硝基苯并咪唑的醋酸盐,加水配成质量百分比0.1%的醋酸盐水溶液,在感光材料的制备过程中的乳剂中添加0.1%的醋酸盐水溶液,6-硝基苯并咪唑的添加量为0.01~0.50mol/1000molAgNO3
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用6-硝基苯并咪唑降低乳剂灰雾的方法,其特征是,所述6-硝基苯并咪唑的添加量为0.10~0.20mol/1000molAgNO3
