Abstract

本发明公开了一种定影液配方,此配方含有甲液和乙液,甲液:依次加入蒸馏水500ml,无水盐酸65g,醋酸235ml,硼酸38g,氯化铝76g进行溶解,再加水至1000ml;乙液:硫代硫酸钠300g,加水至1000ml。使用时取甲液1份,放入4份乙液中混合均匀,本发明提供了一种易于存放且高温下不易分解的定影液配方。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光绘底版制作工艺中定影液的配方。
背景技术
    印制板导电图形、阻焊凸形和字符图形都是通过制作在感光胶片的底版来实现图形转移的。底版的制作对保证印制板上的图形的质量有着重要的作用,底版的制作方法是印制板制造的主要工序之一,底版制作的工艺方法多采用先进的光绘法,在底片上产生的图像潜像都需要通过定影等暗室处理形成有图形的照相底版,再通过镜像和复制达到设计和生产所需要的底版。感光胶片在其表面上的乳胶层中含有一定量的卤化银,乳胶膜中未受光线作用的卤化银,不受显影液的影响,而与定影液中的络合物生成一种可溶于水的复盐而被除掉,从而使底版未受光线作用的部分变得透明。但是现有定影液中含有硫酸铝钾,不宜久存,在温度高时很容易分解出硫磺,变成乳白色,在保存期限间密闭满装、温度18℃的情况下可保存3个月。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明解决了上述问题,提供了一种易于存放且高温下不易分解的定影液配方。
技术方案:一种定影液配方,甲液:依次加入蒸馏水500ml,无水盐酸65g,醋酸235ml,硼酸38g,氯化铝76g进行溶解,再加水至1000ml;
乙液:硫代硫酸钠300g,加水至1000ml。
醋酸的浓度为28%。
甲液和乙液的配比为1:4。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于定影液中含氯化铝易存放,且高温下不易分解,在常温干燥的条件下可保存一年。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
一种定影液配方,含有甲液和乙液。
甲液:依次加入蒸馏水500ml,无水盐酸65g,浓度为28%的醋酸235ml,硼酸38g,氯化铝76g进行溶解,再加水至1000ml,存放;
乙液:硫代硫酸钠300g,加水至1000ml,存放;
将甲液和乙液分别溶解存放,使用时,取甲液1份放入4份乙液中混合均匀后即可。
本发明提供了一种定影液,易存放,且高温下不易分解,在常温干燥的条件下可保存一年。

1.一种定影液配方,其特征在于:甲液:依次加入蒸馏水500ml,无水盐酸65g,醋酸235ml,硼酸38g,氯化铝76g进行溶解,再加水至1000ml;
乙液:硫代硫酸钠300g,加水至1000ml。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种定影液配方,其特征在于:醋酸的浓度为28%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种定影液配方,其特征在于:甲液和乙液的配比为1:4。
