技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能的塑料用加工助剂。
背景技术
许多的热塑性树脂都具有优异的物理性质和很高的使用温度,但是,它们的熔体粘度通常也很高。熔体粘度高不利于材料的加工,常常会降低生产效率、影响产品质量,需要加入一定的助剂来帮助加工,完善性能。塑料制品一般都是在合成树脂中加入少量的助剂,经过适当的成型加工以后才造成的。助剂的作用通常可以从其名称看出,不外是改善加工性能、提高使用性能、延长使用寿命、降低制品成本。助剂用量虽少但作用不小。目前助剂随着塑料应用领域及技术要求的不断扩大也在日益发展中,品种繁多而效能各别这它的特点,所以适当的选用助剂及其配方,也是塑料工业中一个重要的研究领域。现有的塑料都加入各种助剂,但现有的助剂在性能单一,并不能够满足使用要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种高性能的塑料用加工助剂,具有很好抗老化性,能够有效地延缓塑料的老化,增强了塑料的相容性和分散性,提高了生产效率。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种高性能的塑料用加工助剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
纳米全硫化粉末硅橡胶2-8份,含氟聚合物3-6份,抗静电剂2-3份,镀锌碳黑4-6份,磷酸钙3-7份,改性壳聚糖2-5份,亚磷酸酯4-6份,玻璃纤维粉2-4份,改性纳米火山泥2-5份,烷基糖苷5-8份,抗氧剂2-3份,焙烧沸石粉4-6份,气相二氧化硅2-4份,聚乙烯蜡1.5-2.5份,硅油1.4-2.2份。
