Abstract
本发明公开了一种低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料及其制备方法。本发明的低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂80%~90%、消光剂4%~8%、抗静电剂1%~3%、光稳定剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的PC材料,不仅具有低光泽、外观哑光效果佳,而且还具有优良的抗静电性能和耐候抗老化性能,其制品表面电阻可达108~1010Ω,并且在保持PC原有物理、机械、电性能同时提高其强度、韧性和耐热性能,在汽车、电器件外壳、运动器械、医疗、包装、家庭用品等方面的应用具有很好的前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)作为综合性能优异、用途极为广泛的重要工程塑料品种,广泛用于汽车、电子电气、建筑材料、机械零件、办公自动化设备、包装业、运动器械、医疗、保健、光盘和家庭用品等领域。但PC在生产、贮存和使用中,极易产生静电积累而造成静电吸尘、静电放电等不良现象,严重时可产生火花,引起火灾或爆炸等;同时由于受内外因素的综合作用,PC性能也将逐渐变坏、老化;在PC的一些应用场合也常常要求其制品外观具有低光泽,如汽车塑料内饰件等。因此,根据需要对PC进行低光泽、抗静电、耐候等方面的改性是非常必要的,以改善其性能和扩大应用场合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂80%~90%、消光剂4%~8%、抗静电剂1%~3%、光稳定剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.1%~1%。
所述的PC树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯,重均分子量为20000~40000g/mol。
所述的消光剂为纳米消光剂PC-500,是由纳米氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钙、三氧化二铁四种原料组成和表面活化的混合物,其兼有消光、增强、增韧作用。
所述的抗静电剂为磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂相复配的抗静电剂HKD-912。
所述的光稳定剂为质量比1:1的受阻胺光稳定剂HS-944和HS-622的复配物。
所述的抗氧剂为质量比1:2的受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
所述的润滑剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)。
上述的一种低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料的制备方法为:按重量配比称取各组分,并分别加入高速混合中一起搅拌5~30分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的PC材料,不仅具有低光泽、外观哑光效果佳,而且还具有优良的抗静电性能和耐候抗老化性能,其制品表面电阻可达108~1010Ω,并且在保持PC原有物理、机械、电性能同时提高其强度、韧性和耐热性能,在汽车、电器件外壳、运动器械、医疗、包装、家庭用品等方面的应用具有很好的前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂90%、消光剂5%、磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂相复配的抗静电剂HKD-912 2%、质量比1:1的受阻胺光稳定剂HS-944和HS-622的复配物2%、质量比1:2的受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.3%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)0.7%。其中,所述的PC树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯,重均分子量为20000~40000g/mol;所述的消光剂为纳米消光剂PC-500,是由纳米氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钙、三氧化二铁四种原料组成和表面活化的混合物,其兼有消光、增强、增韧作用。

一种低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂85%、消光剂8%、磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂相复配的抗静电剂HKD-912 3%、质量比1:1的受阻胺光稳定剂HS-944和HS-622的复配物2.5%、质量比1:2的受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.3%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)1.2%。其中,所述的PC树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯,重均分子量为20000~40000g/mol;所述的消光剂为纳米消光剂PC-500,是由纳米氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钙、三氧化二铁四种原料组成和表面活化的混合物,其兼有消光、增强、增韧作用。

1.一种低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂80%~90%、消光剂4%~8%、抗静电剂1%~3%、光稳定剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其特征在于,所述的消光剂为纳米消光剂PC-500,是由纳米氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钙、三氧化二铁四种原料组成和表面活化的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂为磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂相复配的抗静电剂HKD-912。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其特征在于,所述的光稳定剂为质量比1:1的受阻胺光稳定剂HS-944和HS-622的复配物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为质量比1:2的受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低光泽抗静电耐候PC材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按重量配比称取各组分,并分别加入高速混合中一起搅拌5~30分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,即得成品。
