技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型塑料添加剂。
背景技术
塑料添加剂又叫塑料助剂,是聚合物(合成树脂)进行成型加工时为改善其加工性能或为改善树脂本身性能所不足而必须添加的一些化合物。塑料助剂是在聚氯乙烯工业化以后逐渐发展起来的。20世纪60年代以后,由于石油化工的兴起,塑料工业发展甚快,塑料助剂已成为重要的化工行业。比如在聚氯乙烯的加工过程中,因其热稳定性差,软化温度和分解温度相差小,给加工带来很大的困难,因此在其加工过程中必须加入一定量的热稳定剂以提高其热稳定性。但目前我国塑料助剂生产厂家大多都是小型作坊式企业,规模小、生产设备、工艺落后,产品多为通用型低档产品,产品质量不够稳定,品种单一,需进一步改进来满足市场需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种新型塑料添加剂,增强了塑料的相容性和分散性,提高制品冲击度、刚度及耐热性,电绝缘性、耐候性均较好。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种新型塑料添加剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
云母粉3-5份,烷基磺酸钠2.5-3.2份,气相二氧化硅2-4份,轻质氧化镁粉3.5-5.4份,偶联剂0.4-1.2份,环氧大豆油6-9份,磷酸三甲苯酯3-5份,钛白粉2-7份,聚乙烯蜡2-4份,甘油3-6份,催化剂2-4份,木糖醇8-10份,玻璃纤维粉1-4份,氧化锌0.8-2.4份。
进一步地,一种新型塑料添加剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
云母粉4份,烷基磺酸钠2.9份,气相二氧化硅3份,轻质氧化镁粉4.2份,偶联剂0.8份,环氧大豆油7.5份,磷酸三甲苯酯4份,钛白粉5份,聚乙烯蜡3份,甘油4.5份,催化剂3份,木糖醇9份,玻璃纤维粉2.5份,氧化锌1.6份。
