Abstract

本发明涉及一种隐形激光防伪复合膜及其制备方法和应用。所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜,包括消光层、聚丙烯层、热塑性可模压层、激光信息层和激光保护层;所述的消光层、聚丙烯层与热塑性可模压层通过共挤出和双向拉伸制备而成;所述的激光信息层通过激光压印在所述的热塑性可模压层上;所述的激光保护层蒸镀在所述的激光信息层上。本发明的隐形激光防伪复合膜能够对激光全息图案进行隐藏和保护,能防止激光全息图案被仿冒者获取,从而加强激光防伪的作用。

Description

隐形激光防伪复合膜及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光防伪复合膜及其制备方法和应用,特别是涉及一种隐形激光防伪复合膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着商品经济和技术的发展,激光防伪技术在各种商品流通中得到广泛的使用。目前应用最广泛的激光防伪复合膜,是利用模压激光全息技术,将全息图片表面的三维信息(即纵横交错的干涉条纹)制成金属母版,然后通过模压转移到塑料薄膜上。这种模压激光全息技术可以像印刷一样大批量快速地复制出激光全息薄膜,成本较低,而且可以与各类印刷品结合使用,因此得到广泛的应用。
激光防伪技术主要依赖于全息图片上的全息图案难以被复制,而起到特异性的防伪识别作用。然而,随着激光全息技术的快速推广,仿冒者也从技术上进行了攻破,使得传统的激光防伪复合膜逐渐丧失了防伪作用。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种隐形激光防伪复合膜,其能够对激光全息图案进行隐藏和保护,能防止激光全息图案被仿冒者获取,从而加强激光防伪的作用。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的制备方法。
本发明的再一个目的在于,提供所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的应用。
一种隐形激光防伪复合膜,包括消光层、聚丙烯层、热塑性可模压层、激光信息层和激光保护层;所述的消光层、聚丙烯层与热塑性可模压层通过共挤出和双向拉伸制备而成;所述的激光信息层通过激光压印在所述的热塑性可模压层上;所述的激光保护层蒸镀在所述的激光信息层上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的激光保护层为镀硫化锌保护层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的消光层为高密度聚乙烯与乙烯-丙烯共聚物的混合物,高密度聚乙烯与乙烯-丙烯共聚物的比例为1:1;高密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为0.03~0.05g/10min,乙烯-丙烯共聚物的熔融指数为7~10g/10min。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的热塑性可模压层为乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚物层或乙烯-丙烯共聚物层,其维卡软化点为110~120℃。
本发明所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将消光料、聚丙烯树脂、热塑性树脂,经由挤出机共挤出后进行双向拉伸,得到由消光层、聚丙烯层和热塑性可模压层构成的聚丙烯薄膜基材;
2)将聚丙烯薄膜基材输送至模压设备的版辊或光栅基材与压辊的交汇处,将激光全息图像压印在热塑性可模压层上,得到具有激光信息层的激光聚丙烯薄膜基材;
3)在激光聚丙烯薄膜基材的激光信息层上蒸镀激光保护层,得到所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜。
本发明所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜可应用于制备隐形激光防伪复合纸、隐形激光防伪预涂膜等产品。
一种隐形激光防伪纸复合膜,在本发明所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的激光保护层表面涂覆胶粘剂层,然后与纸印件复合制备而成。
一种隐形激光防伪纸复合膜,在本发明所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的激光保护层表面涂覆胶粘剂层后,与纸印件复合,然后在纸印件上涂覆胶粘剂,再与离型底纸复合而成。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的胶粘剂为聚氨酯类胶黏剂。
一种隐形激光防伪预涂膜,在本发明所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的激光保护层表面涂覆底涂剂层,烘干后再在底涂剂层表面涂覆热熔胶层制备而成。
本发明所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜,将激光信息层置于复合膜的底层,并在表层设置消光层,在消光层的光散射作用下,对底层的激光信息层形成隐形保护作用,而当用户在消光层的表面涂抹水后,消光层变得清晰、透明,并充分显露出底层的激光信息图案,由此达到隐形防伪的效果。同时,由于激光信息层被置于复合膜的底层,仿冒者难以复制、获取激光全息图案,因此能够加强激光防伪的作用。
本发明所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜,采用镀硫化锌保护层作为激光保护层,其能够增加模压层的耐刮性、耐热性,防止涂胶时激光层图案因擦刮或受热而减弱,甚至消失;镀硫化锌保护层还因对激光光栅的高反射效果,能从观察面获得清晰的激光效果。
本发明所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜,热塑性可模压层采用维卡软化点为110~120℃的乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚物层或乙烯-丙烯共聚物层,若其软化点过高,会导致模压温度增高,薄膜的收缩变形尺寸大,平整度下降;若其软化点过低,材料的硬度不足,激光光栅图案的耐刮性下降,不利于激光图案的保护,而且热塑性可模压层在双向拉伸过程中容易烫伤。
本发明还提供了一种双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其包括消光层、聚丙烯层和热塑性可模压层;所述的消光层、聚丙烯层和热塑性可模压层通过共挤出和双向拉伸制备而成。
本发明所述的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,其一个表层为热塑性可模压层,可用于激光压印形成激光信息层,从而用于制备激光防伪聚丙烯薄膜等产品。
具体实施方式
实施例一:制备隐形激光防伪复合膜
准备消光料:分别取熔融指数为0.04g/10min的高密度聚乙烯、熔融指数为8g/10min的乙烯-丙烯共聚物,按照质量比为1:1的比例,经双螺杆共混制备而成。
准备热塑性树脂:取维卡软化点为115℃的乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚物。
将消光料、聚丙烯树脂和热塑性树脂经由挤出机在230℃下共挤出,经流道分配器后于三层模头处汇合,再经30℃的激冷辊冷却后,形成树脂片材;将树脂片材引入双向拉伸设备中的纵向拉伸装置,经过120℃预热后,在110℃下拉伸5倍,再在125℃下定型,然后引入横向拉伸装置,经过170℃预热后,在160℃下拉伸9倍,再在165℃下定型,然后冷却至室温,得到由消光层、聚丙烯层和热塑性可模压层构成的聚丙烯薄膜基材。
将激光全息图像复制至镍版上,将镍版安装在模压设备的版辊上,然后将聚丙烯薄膜基材输送至模压设备的版辊与压辊的交汇处,将激光全息图像压印在热塑性可模压层上,得到具有激光信息层的激光聚丙烯薄膜基材。
在激光聚丙烯薄膜基材的激光信息层上蒸镀硫化锌层,得到所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜。
实施例二:制备隐形激光防伪预涂膜
取实施例一制得的隐形激光防伪复合膜,在激光保护层的表面涂覆聚氨酯类胶黏剂,然后与纸印件复合,得到所述的隐形激光防伪纸复合膜。
实施例三:制备隐形激光防伪纸复合膜
取实施例一制得的隐形激光防伪复合膜,在激光保护层的表面涂覆聚氨酯类胶黏剂,与纸印件复合,然后在纸印件上涂覆聚氨酯类胶粘剂,再与离型底纸复合而成。
实施例四:制备隐形激光防伪预涂膜
取实施例一制得的隐形激光防伪复合膜,在激光保护层的表面涂覆高分子量聚乙烯亚胺水溶液(底涂剂),烘干后在底涂剂层的表面涂覆乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)热熔胶,烘干后得到所述的隐形激光防伪预涂膜。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (6)

1.一种隐形激光防伪复合膜,其特征在于:包括消光层、聚丙烯层、热塑性可模压层、激光信息层和激光保护层;所述的消光层、聚丙烯层与热塑性可模压层通过共挤出和双向拉伸制备而成;所述的激光信息层通过激光压印在所述的热塑性可模压层上;所述的激光保护层蒸镀在所述的激光信息层上;所述的消光层为高密度聚乙烯与乙烯-丙烯共聚物的混合物,高密度聚乙烯与乙烯-丙烯共聚物的比例为1:1;高密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为0.03~0.05g/10min,乙烯-丙烯共聚物的熔融指数为7~10g/10min;所述的热塑性可模压层为乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚物层或乙烯-丙烯共聚物层,其维卡软化点为110~120℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜,其特征在于:所述的激光保护层为镀硫化锌保护层。
3.权利要求1所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将消光料、聚丙烯树脂、热塑性树脂,经由挤出机共挤出后进行双向拉伸,得到由消光层、聚丙烯层和热塑性可模压层构成的聚丙烯薄膜基材;
2)将聚丙烯薄膜基材输送至模压设备的版辊或光栅基材与压辊的交汇处,将激光全息图像压印在热塑性可模压层上,得到具有激光信息层的激光聚丙烯薄膜基材;
3)在激光聚丙烯薄膜基材的激光信息层上蒸镀激光保护层,得到所述的隐形激光防伪复合膜。
4.一种隐形激光防伪复合纸,其特征在于:在权利要求1所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的激光保护层表面涂覆胶粘剂层,然后与纸印件复合制备而成。
5.一种隐形激光防伪复合纸,其特征在于:在权利要求1所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的激光保护层表面涂覆胶粘剂层后,与纸印件复合,然后在纸印件上涂覆胶粘剂,再与离型底纸复合而成。
6.一种隐形激光防伪预涂膜,其特征在于:在权利要求1所述隐形激光防伪复合膜的激光保护层表面涂覆底涂剂层,烘干后再在底涂剂层表面涂覆热熔胶层制备而成。
