六角轴是汽车部件上一个重要部件,其由圆柱体和六角轴体焊接而成。在六角轴出厂前,需对六角轴的表面进行清洗,以去除生产过程中的油渍、锈等,传统的清洗工艺清洗效果不理想。

本发明提供一种六角轴清洗工艺,用于清洗六角轴,其包括以下步骤:
A、喷淋清洗:将工件置于旋转喷淋清洗机中,采用纯净水对工件表面进行同向、相向360度全方位旋转喷淋清洗,控制喷淋水压力为10-20MPa,喷淋时间为5-10分钟;
B、浸没清洗:将工件浸没在重量浓度为4-5%的水基清洗液中,在温度为80-90℃条件下浸泡3-5分钟;
C、超声波清洗:将工件置于超声波清洗机中,使用重量浓度为1-2%的水基清洗液,在温度为70-80℃条件下清洗6-8分钟;
E、漂洗:将工件采用重量浓度为0.5-1%含防锈剂的水基清洗液于温度为60-70℃条件下漂洗4-5分钟;
F、热风干燥:将工件旋转式热风干燥,热风温度为80-90℃。

C、超声波清洗:将工件置于超声波清洗机中,使用重量浓度为1-2%的水基清洗液,在温度为70-80℃条件下清洗6-8分钟;优选的,在温度为75℃条件下清洗7分钟
E、漂洗:将工件采用重量浓度为0.5-1%含防锈剂的水基清洗液于温度为60-70℃条件下漂洗4-5分钟;优选的,在温度为65℃条件下漂洗5分钟;
F、热风干燥:将工件旋转式热风干燥,热风温度为80-90℃。
本发明六角轴清洗工艺,工序少,操作方便,且清洗效果好。
