本发明公开了一种活塞涂脂用定位装置，包括下底板，所述下底板的上端固定有定位座，定位座上设有滑动槽，滑动槽的前、后两部均设有夹紧块，定位座的前方设有定位柱，定位柱的外壁上套有弹簧，弹簧的左、右两端均固定有连接板，连接板的后端均固定有连动杆，定位座的后方设有气缸。本发明具有结构设计简单、制造成本低等优点，通过定位座与夹紧块的配合，实现了活塞的快速定位，提高了活塞的涂脂效率，节省了人力物力，保证了活塞的装配质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及活塞涂脂装置技术领域，具体的说是一种活塞涂脂用定位装置。
背景技术
随着我国消费水平的提高，我国汽车行业得到了长足的发展。截至2014年，中国汽车制造业行业销售收入高达66677.01亿元，同比增长10.1％。从2010年以来中国汽车制造业行业收入整体呈现不断上涨的趋势，且2014年汽车制造业行业销售收入总额为近年来最高，从2010年-2014年平均销售收入总额增长率平均为18％。因此每个企业都要提高自己的生产技术，这样才在市场上占有竞争力。
在活塞的生产过程中，活塞在装配过密封圈后，都需要通过人工进行涂脂处理。这种方法虽然使用方便，但不能保证活塞的装配质量。因此市场上需要一种活塞用定位装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种活塞涂脂用定位装置。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种活塞涂脂用定位装置，包括下底板，所述下底板的上端固定有定位座，所述定位座上设有沿纵向设置的滑动槽，所述滑动槽的前、后两部均设有夹紧块，所述定位座的前方设有定位柱，所述定位柱的外壁上套有弹簧，所述弹簧的左、右两端均固定有连接板，所述连接板均可沿定位柱滑动。使用时，利用弹簧的弹力，保证了连接板之间的距离，为装置使用提供必要条件。
所述夹紧块均固定在对应的连接板上，所述连接板的后端均通过铰接的方式固定有连动杆，所述定位座的后方设有气缸，所述气缸安装在下底板的上端，所述连接杆均通过铰接的方式固定在气缸的前端。使用时，气缸工作，带动连接杆移动，连接杆带动连接板移动，连接板带动夹紧块移动，提高了活塞的夹紧速度。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明具有结构设计简单、制造成本低等优点，通过定位座与夹紧块的配合，实现了活塞的快速定位，提高了活塞的涂脂效率，节省了人力物力，保证了活塞的装配质量。

如图1至图2所示，一种活塞涂脂用定位装置，包括下底板1，所述下底板1的上端固定有定位座2，所述定位座2上设有沿纵向设置的滑动槽2a，所述滑动槽2a的前、后两部均设有夹紧块3，所述定位座2的前方设有定位柱4，所述定位柱4的外壁上套有弹簧5，所述弹簧5的左、右两端均固定有连接板6，所述连接板6均可沿定位柱4滑动。使用时，利用弹簧5的弹力，保证了连接板6之间的距离，为装置使用提供必要条件。
所述夹紧块3均固定在对应的连接板6上，所述连接板6的后端均通过铰接的方式固定有连动杆7，所述定位座2的后方设有气缸8，所述气缸8安装在下底板1的上端，所述连接杆均通过铰接的方式固定在气缸8的前端。使用时，气缸8工作，带动连接杆移动，连接杆带动连接板6移动，连接板6带动夹紧块3移动，提高了活塞的夹紧速度。
使用时，活塞放入定位座2内，这时气缸8工作，气缸8工作，带动连接杆移动，连接杆带动连接板6移动，连接板6带动夹紧块3移动，将活塞固定。
