本发明公开了一种活塞涂油用定位装置，包括滑动框，所述滑动框的左、右两端均设有滑动轴，滑动轴上均安装有导轮，滑动框的上端均固定有定位环，滑动框的左、右两部均固定有定位杆，定位杆上均固定有弹性体，定位杆的上端均固定有夹紧块。本发明具有结构设计简单、制造成本低等优点，通过定位环与定位杆的配合，实现了对活塞的定位，提高了活塞定位效率，保证了活塞的定位精度，节省了人力物力。

本发明涉及活塞用定位装置技术领域，具体的说是一种活塞涂油用定位装置。
背景技术
随着我国消费水平的提高，我国汽车行业得到了长足的发展。汽车零部件生产企业脱离整车企业并形成专业化零部件集团，正成为一种全球化趋势。国际著名的汽车及零部件企业，几乎都在中国建立了合资或独资企业，引进技术合资企业已超过1000家。因此每个企业都要提高自己的生产技术，这样才在市场上占有竞争力。
在汽车中，汽车发动机是为汽车提供动力的发动机，是汽车的心脏，影响汽车的动力性、经济性和环保性，而活塞是汽车发动机中作往复运动的重要机件。在活塞生产企业中，活塞经过加工过后，其表面都需要通过人工涂抹防锈油。因此市场上需要一种活塞涂油用定位装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种活塞涂油用定位装置。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种活塞涂油用定位装置，包括滑动框，所述滑动框的左、右两端均设有横向设置的滑动轴，所述滑动轴上均安装有导轮，所述滑动框的上端均固定有定位环，滑动框的左、右两部均通过铰接的方式固定有定位杆，所述定位杆上均固定有弹性体。使用时，利用弹性块的弹力，推动定位杆旋转，为活塞夹紧提供动力。
所述定位杆的上端均固定有夹紧块。使用时，夹紧块对活塞的内壁进行定位，保证了活塞的定位精度。
所述定位杆上均设有楔形滑动部。使用时，楔形滑动部可以为定位杆的旋转提供动力。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明具有结构设计简单、制造成本低等优点，通过定位环与定位杆的配合，实现了对活塞的定位，提高了活塞定位效率，保证了活塞的定位精度，节省了人力物力。

如图1至图2所示，一种活塞涂油用定位装置，包括滑动框1，所述滑动框1的左、右两端均设有横向设置的滑动轴2。使用时，滑动框1与外接的驱动装置相连接。
所述滑动轴2上均安装有导轮3。使用时，导轮3安装在对应的导轨上。
所述滑动框1的上端均固定有定位环4，滑动框1的左、右两部均通过铰接的方式固定有定位杆5，所述定位杆5上均固定有弹性体6。使用时，利用弹性块的弹力，推动定位杆5旋转，为活塞夹紧提供动力。
所述定位杆5的上端均固定有夹紧块7。使用时，夹紧块7对活塞的内壁进行定位，保证了活塞的定位精度。
所述定位杆5上均设有楔形滑动部5a。使用时，楔形滑动部5a与外接的楔形块相配合。
使用时，外接的驱动装置工作，带动滑动框1移动，楔形滑动部5a沿楔形块滑动，当滑动到一定的位置时，楔形滑动部5a受力推动定位杆5旋转，当定位杆5旋转到一定的位置时，将活塞翻入定位环4上，这时滑动框1继续移动，楔形滑动部5a受楔形块影响，定位杆5反向旋转，最终利用夹紧块7将活塞的内壁夹紧。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活塞涂油用定位装置，其特征在于：所述定位杆上均设有楔形滑动部。
