本发明的一种强心补肾的保健饮料及其制备方法,具体涉及是一种人参果浆汁的保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
人参果原名为香瓜茄,又名长寿果、凤果、艳果。原产南美洲,属茄科类多年生双子叶草本植物。人参果是一种高营养水果,果肉清香多汁,腹内无核,风味独特,具有高蛋白、低脂肪、低糖等特点,富含维生素c和多种微量元素,其中锌元素含量最高。通常所说的人参果是一种原产于中国武威地区的水果,富含蛋白质、维生素与矿物元素,具有保健功效。
“茄瓜一人参果”可食率达95%以上,具有低糖、高蛋白和富含多种维生素、氨基酸以及微量元素的特点。据化验分析,在每100克成熟鲜果中,含蛋白质1.9克,是黄瓜、番茄的2倍,鸭梨、金帅苹果的9倍;总糖3.1克,与黄瓜、番茄相近,而远低于鸭梨与金帅苹果;粗脂肪0.2克,与黄瓜、番茄相等;维生素C130毫克。是梨与苹果的32倍,黄瓜的14倍,番茄的6.8倍;维生素B10.25毫克,是番茄、黄瓜的8倍,苹果的5倍;维生素B20.27毫克.是黄瓜、番茄、鸭梨的9倍;胡萝卜素0.9毫克,是番茄的2倍,黄瓜的10倍;总氨基酸1818毫克,必需氨基酸253毫克,均远比黄瓜、番茄、梨与苹果高;特别是微量元素硒高达15微克.分别是黄瓜、番茄、梨、苹果的8.8、22、12、11I倍。还有钼3.44毫克,镁11.2毫克,铁6.59毫克,锌1.14毫克,锰0.39毫克。钴0.332毫克。从以上化验分析中可以清楚地看出,“茄瓜一人参果”所含的营养成分确实较高,也较为全面.食之能补充人体之需要,具有较高的营养保健价值。
药用价值
【功效】:强心补肾、生津止渴、补脾健胃、调经活血。
【主治】:治神经衰弱、失眠头昏、烦躁口渴、不思饮食。
【性味归经】:味甘,性温。入脾、胃二经
【用法用量】:内服:煎汤,3~4钱,或泡黄酒饮。
【资源分布】:分布东北及甘肃、陕西、河北等地。
【药材的采收与储藏】:秋季采挖,晒干用。
【考证】:出自《陕西中草药志》。
人参果有″抗癌之王″的美誉,因其富含多种微量元素,而这些微量元素如:硒、铁、钙、锌等元素对激活人体细胞,增强人体免疫力,维持免疫细胞的正常功能,促进各种维生素及营养的吸收、利用,抑制恶性肿瘤细胞的裂变,起着重要决定作用。
人参果的科学食用与深加工的方法颇多:作为蔬菜,还可炸、焖、炖等;深加工还可制成人参果果汁、罐头、果脯、冰淇淋、乳酪、果酱、果酒、蜜饯等。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种强心补肾的保健饮料及其制备方法;具体是一种以人参果浆汁为培养液,葡萄糖为碳源,胃宝菌为菌种,制备出一种强心补肾的保健饮料。
所述的胃宝菌指的是红茶复合菌,红茶复合菌是酵母菌、醋酸菌和乳酸菌的共生体,俗称海宝、胃宝,是一种以糖茶水为原料的微生物发酵饮料。味道酸甜可口,如柠檬汁、杨梅汁,经常饮用能防治肠胃病等20多种疾病,具有强身、益寿、美容三大功效,是一种纯天然保健饮品。若培养红茶菌出售,是一项本小利大、技术简易的好项目。
胃宝菌十大功效
1、多糖、茶多酚、低聚异麦芽糖、茶碱:提高人体免疫力,增强自身抵抗力;调节血脂,调节血糖;促进双歧杆菌生长,减少肠道腐败物质和致癌物质;增加T-淋巴细胞和B-淋巴细胞的数量,提高机体的防御能力。
2、醋酸、乳酸、柠檬酸:清理肠胃,帮助消化,防治便秘,提高维生素的稳定性,预防有害病菌、病毒入侵,预防感冒。
3、咖啡因:提高大脑活力,消除疲劳,振作精神。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种强心补肾的保健饮料的人参果浆汁制备方法如下:
A.原料的选择:选择无虫害农药残留无超标的优质新鲜人参果作为原料;
B.原料的配比:各种原料的配比是人参果1份∶纯净水8份;
C.原料的处理:将人参果和纯净水混合一起打成人参果浆液;
D.过滤:把人参果浆液经过过滤所得人参果浆汁;
E.消毒杀菌处理:再把人参果浆汁放置于高压炉加热,加热至人参果浆汁沸腾高温高压并持续2-3分钟撤底消毒杀菌。
