Abstract

本发明涉及一种柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩，其特征在于：复合隔热罩由内向外依次包括外金属层、中间无机纤维层、内金属层以及在内金属层的外表面喷涂的耐热层；所述外金属层的外边缘设有折边，上述的外折边将所述中间无机纤维层和内金属层紧密包裹在一起。采用此种结构的隔热罩，继承了无机纤维隔热套优良的隔热效果又克服了无机纤维隔热套材质软，安装困难，易破损等缺点。本发明具有隔热效果好、结构可靠、安装简单、安全性高等特点。

一种柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩
技术领域
本发明属于柴油机隔热罩技术领域，特别是涉及一种柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩。
背景技术
柴油机是工农业领域中常用的动力来源，在其工作过程中将燃烧燃料产生的热能转化为机械能驱动动力设备，在其转化过程中不可避免的在某些零部件外表面产生高温，在某些应用领域中如联合收割机等，因其工作环境和结构限制等容易造成秸秆等可燃物堆积在柴油机高温零部件表面，容易引起火灾等事故发生。因此需要对柴油机的高温零部件进行防护，传统的防护措施主要有两种，无机纤维制造的软体隔热套，和钢板的制成的金属罩。但上述传统方法均有其不足之处，无机纤维制造的软体隔热套虽然隔热效果好，但其结构松软，表面容易形成杂物堆积且清理不便，而且长期工作后因风吹日晒，冷热交替等表面容易开裂，隔热效果越来越差。而金属隔热罩的隔热效果又无法满足表面较低温度的防护要求。传统的用于屏蔽柴油机排气系统零部件的表面温度，减少这些零部件的噪声辐射，避免作业时由于可燃物接触这些高温零部件而燃烧。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种隔热效果好、结构可靠、安装简单、安全性高的柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：
一种柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩，其特征在于：复合隔热罩由内向外依次包括外金属层、中间无机纤维层、内金属层以及在内金属层的外表面喷涂的耐热层；所述外金属层的外边缘设有折边，上述的外折边将所述中间无机纤维层和内金属层紧密包裹在一起。
本发明还可以采用如下技术措施：
上述外金属层的厚度为0.8～1.5mm；中间无机纤维层的厚度3～5mm；内金属层的厚度为0.8～1.5mm；所述耐热层的厚度为5～10mm。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：采用此种结构的隔热罩，由内金属层、外金属层、中间无机纤维层和耐热层组成，内外金属层通过外金属层上的折边结构紧密结合在一起，同时将中间无机纤维层包裹住，内金属层外表面喷涂耐热漆。继承了无机纤维隔热套优良的隔热效果又克服了无机纤维隔热套材质软，安装困难，易破损等缺点。本发明具有隔热效果好、结构可靠、安装简单、安全性高等特点。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效，兹例举以下实施例，并配合附图详细说明如下：
请参阅图1至图3，一种柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩，复合隔热罩由内向外依次包括外金属层1、中间无机纤维层2、内金属层3以及在内金属层的外表面喷涂的耐热层4；所述外金属层的外边缘设有折边1-1，上述的外折边将所述中间无机纤维层和内金属层紧密包裹在一起。上述外金属层的厚度为0.8～1.5mm；中间无机纤维层的厚度3～5mm；内金属层的厚度为0.8～1.5mm；所述耐热层的厚度为5～10mm。
采用上述结构的隔热罩，由内金属层、外金属层、中间无机纤维层和耐热层组成，内外金属层通过外金属层上的折边结构紧密结合在一起，同时将中间无机纤维层包裹住，内金属层外表面喷涂耐热漆。继承了无机纤维隔热套优良的隔热效果又克服了无机纤维隔热套材质软，安装困难，易破损等缺点。本发明具有隔热效果好、结构可靠、安装简单、安全性高等特点。

1.一种柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩，其特征在于：复合隔热罩由内向外依次包括外金属层、中间无机纤维层、内金属层以及在内金属层的外表面喷涂的耐热层；所述外金属层的外边缘设有折边，上述的外折边将所述中间无机纤维层和内金属层紧密包裹在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机排气系统用复合隔热罩，其特征在于：上述外金属层的厚度为0.8～1.5mm；中间无机纤维层的厚度3～5mm；内金属层的厚度为0.8～1.5mm；所述耐热层的厚度为5～10mm。
