Abstract
本发明公开了一种天然气发动机隔热板,包括第一隔热铝板,所述第一隔热铝板的内壁之间固定连接有第二隔热铝板,所述第一隔热铝板的表面固定连接有凸形隔热板,并且凸形隔热板的内部开设有通孔,所述第一隔热铝板的两侧均固定连接有折边隔热板,所述第一隔热铝板的底部且位于折边隔热板的底部固定连接有底板,所述第一隔热铝板的内壁之间且位于第二隔热铝板的底部固定连接有玻璃棉板,本发明涉及天然气发动机技术领域。该天然气发动机隔热板,能够很好的进行隔热,大大的提高了该装置整体的隔热效果,且隔热板在工作过程中排气管不会与氧传感器导线产生碰撞,结构简单,不影响对天然气发动机维护操作,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及天然气发动机技术领域,具体为一种天然气发动机隔热板。
背景技术
天然气的优点包括资源丰富、排放污染低、价格低廉等,日益受到重视,被认为是一种非常具有发展前景的燃料,大部分人都将天然气作为继煤、石油之后的世界上第三大能源,发挥着越来越重要的角色。其主要成分为甲烷,是一种气态燃料,能够与空气充分混合,因此其燃烧后基本没有微粒排放,燃烧后的CO生成量也很少,在天然气发动机的使用过程中,常常使用到隔热板对其进行隔热,但是隔热板在工作过程中排气管易与氧传感器导线产生碰撞,为后续的维修保养带来了不便。
传统的天然气发动机隔热板,不能够很好的进行隔热,大大的降低了该装置整体的隔热效果,且隔热板在工作过程中排气管容易与氧传感器导线产生碰撞,结构复杂,影响了天然气发动机的维护操作,不够安全可靠。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种天然气发动机隔热板,解决了天然气发动机隔热板不能够很好进行隔热和隔热板在工作过程中排气管容易与氧传感器导线产生碰撞的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种天然气发动机隔热板,包括第一隔热铝板,所述第一隔热铝板的内壁之间固定连接有第二隔热铝板,所述第一隔热铝板的表面固定连接有凸形隔热板,并且凸形隔热板的内部开设有通孔,所述第一隔热铝板的两侧均固定连接有折边隔热板,所述第一隔热铝板的底部且位于折边隔热板的底部固定连接有底板。
优选的,所述第一隔热铝板的内壁之间且位于第二隔热铝板的底部固定连接有玻璃棉板。
优选的,所述第一隔热铝板的内壁之间且位于玻璃棉板的底部固定连接有石棉板。
优选的,所述第一隔热铝板的内壁之间且位于石棉板的底部固定连接有铝箔。
优选的,所述凸形隔热板的数量不少于五个,且以等距的方式进行排列。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种天然气发动机隔热板。与现有技术相比具备以下有益效果:该天然气发动机隔热板,通过第一隔热铝板的表面固定连接有凸形隔热板,并且凸形隔热板的内部开设有通孔,第一隔热铝板的两侧均固定连接有折边隔热板,第一隔热铝板的底部且位于折边隔热板的底部固定连接有底板,第一隔热铝板的内壁之间且位于第二隔热铝板的底部固定连接有玻璃棉板,第一隔热铝板的内壁之间且位于玻璃棉板的底部固定连接有石棉板,第一隔热铝板的内壁之间且位于石棉板的底部固定连接有铝箔,能够很好的进行隔热,大大的提高了该装置整体的隔热效果,且隔热板在工作过程中排气管不会与氧传感器导线产生碰撞,结构简单,不影响对天然气发动机维护操作,安全可靠。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种天然气发动机隔热板,包括第一隔热铝板1,第一隔热铝板1的内壁之间且位于第二隔热铝板2的底部固定连接有玻璃棉板7,玻璃棉板7是由玻璃棉制成,玻璃棉属于玻璃纤维中的一个类别,是一种人造无机纤维,玻璃棉是将熔融玻璃纤维化,形成棉状的材料,化学成分属玻璃类,是一种无机质纤维,具有成型好、体积密度小、热导率彽、保温绝热、吸音性能好、耐腐蚀、化学性能稳定的功能,第一隔热铝板1的内壁之间且位于玻璃棉板7的底部固定连接有石棉板8,石棉板8是由石棉制成,石棉又称石绵,为商业性术语,指具有高抗张强度、高挠性、耐化学和热侵蚀、电绝缘和具有可纺性的硅酸盐类矿物产品,第一隔热铝板1的内壁之间且位于石棉板8的底部固定连接有铝箔9,第一隔热铝板1的内壁之间固定连接有第二隔热铝板2,第一隔热铝板1的表面固定连接有凸形隔热板3,凸形隔热板3的数量不少于五个,且以等距的方式进行排列,并且凸形隔热板3的内部开设有通孔4,第一隔热铝板1和第二隔热铝板2会吸收大部分的热量,然后经过玻璃棉板7、石棉板8和铝箔9进行隔热处理之后将热量进行吸收和散发,第一隔热铝板1的两侧均固定连接有折边隔热板5,第一隔热铝板1的底部且位于折边隔热板5的底部固定连接有底板6,凸形隔热板3和折边隔热板5的设计可以避免隔热板在工作过程中排气管易与氧传感器导线产生碰撞的问题。
工作时,第一隔热铝板1和第二隔热铝板2会吸收大部分的热量,然后经过玻璃棉板7、石棉板8和铝箔9进行隔热处理之后将热量进行吸收和散发,且凸形隔热板3和折边隔热板5的设计可以避免隔热板在工作过程中排气管易与氧传感器导线产生碰撞的问题,保证了装置整体的正常运行。

1.一种天然气发动机隔热板,包括第一隔热铝板(1),其特征在于:所述第一隔热铝板(1)的内壁之间固定连接有第二隔热铝板(2),所述第一隔热铝板(1)的表面固定连接有凸形隔热板(3),并且凸形隔热板(3)的内部开设有通孔(4),所述第一隔热铝板(1)的两侧均固定连接有折边隔热板(5),所述第一隔热铝板(1)的底部且位于折边隔热板(5)的底部固定连接有底板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然气发动机隔热板,其特征在于:所述第一隔热铝板(1)的内壁之间且位于第二隔热铝板(2)的底部固定连接有玻璃棉板(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种天然气发动机隔热板,其特征在于:所述第一隔热铝板(1)的内壁之间且位于玻璃棉板(7)的底部固定连接有石棉板(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种天然气发动机隔热板,其特征在于:所述第一隔热铝板(1)的内壁之间且位于石棉板(8)的底部固定连接有铝箔(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然气发动机隔热板,其特征在于:所述凸形隔热板(3)的数量不少于五个,且以等距的方式进行排列。
