Abstract
本发明公开了一种3D装饰膜的制作方法,步骤包括:步骤1:选取由至少两层基底膜复合制成的复合膜,复合膜中相邻的两层基底膜颜色不同;步骤2:使用压花辊在复合膜上制出不同深度的凹凸纹理,不同深度的凹凸纹理呈现不同颜色。步骤1、步骤2是一个连续的生产过程,在同一台贴合机上即可实现复合和压花,完成立体凹凸纹理的制作。本发明方法制作工艺简单,无需印刷及刮涂油墨,制成的3D装饰膜凹凸纹理为立体结构,且凹凸纹理的颜色由不同的基底膜形成,效果更加逼真,精密度高,立体感强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种3D装饰膜及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有的装饰膜一般采用两种生产方法:一种是先印刷图案再压制凹凸纹理,另一种是先压制凹凸纹理后再刮涂油墨。在第一种方法中印刷图案和凹凸纹理不能做到同步,在第二种方法中容易将颜色印制到凹凸纹理以外,同步效果也不理想,且制作过程复杂,产品精密度差。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有产品和技术中的不足而提供一种3D装饰膜制作方法,制作工艺简单,本方法制作成的3D装饰膜精密度高、仿真效果好。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种3D装饰膜的制作方法,步骤包括:
步骤1:选取由至少两层基底膜复合制成的复合膜,复合膜中相邻的两层基
底膜颜色不同;
步骤2:使用压花辊在复合膜上制出不同深度的凹凸纹理,不同深度的凹凸
纹理呈现不同颜色。
步骤1、步骤2是一个连续的生产过程,在同一台贴合机上即可实现复合和压花,完成立体凹凸纹理的制作。本发明方法制作工艺简单,无需印刷及刮涂油墨,制成的3D装饰膜凹凸纹理为立体结构,且凹凸纹理的颜色由不同的基底膜形成,效果更加逼真,精密度高,立体感强。
作为本发明所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法的一种优选方案,所述的复合膜包括2-5层基底膜,可以根据需要制作两种颜色或者更多颜色的立体凹凸纹理。
作为本发明所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法的一种优选方案,所述的步骤2中凹凸纹理的深度小于复合膜厚度,不同的凹凸纹理深度不同,最小深度可以小于顶层的基底膜深度,显示顶层基底膜颜色,当凹凸纹理深度落在第二层基底膜范围内,显示的为第二层基底膜颜色,不同深度的凹凸纹理呈现不同颜色。
作为本发明所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法的一种优选方案,所述的基底膜为PVC膜、PP膜、PET膜中的任意一种或多种组合,当然也可以为现有的其他材质的膜。
作为本发明所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法的一种优选方案,同一个复合膜的基底膜的材质可以均相同也可以不同。
作为本发明所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法的一种优选方案,所述的步骤2中形成的凹凸纹理为木纹图案,也可以为其他图案。
本发明同时公开了一种3D装饰膜,包括复合膜,所述的复合膜包括至少两层基底膜,相邻的基底膜颜色不同。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种3D装饰膜的制作方法,步骤包括:
步骤1:选取由至少两种基底膜复合制成的复合膜,复合膜中相邻的两层基底膜颜色不同;
步骤2:在复合膜上压制出不同深度的凹凸纹理。
步骤1、步骤2是一个连续的生产过程,在同一台贴合机上即可实现复合和压花,完成立体凹凸纹理的制作。本发明方法制作工艺简单,无需印刷及刮涂油墨,制成的3D装饰膜凹凸纹理为立体结构,且凹凸纹理的颜色由不同的基底膜形成,效果更加逼真,精密度高,立体感强。
图1为一种两层结构的3D装饰膜结构截面图,复合膜2由两种不同颜色的基底膜制成,在复合膜2上有不同深度的凹凸纹理形成图案,凹凸纹理的底部落在第一层基底膜1.1范围内,凹凸纹理断面显示的为第一层基底膜的颜色,凹凸纹理的底部落在第二层基底膜1.2范围内,凹凸纹理断面显示的为第二层基底膜的颜色。制成的3D装饰膜凹凸纹理为立体结构,且凹凸纹理的颜色由不同的基底膜形成,效果更加逼真,精密度高。
图2为另一种三层结构的3D装饰膜结构截面图,复合膜2由三种不同颜色的基底膜制成,在复合膜2上有不同深度的凹凸纹理形成图案,凹凸纹理的底部落在第一层基底膜1.1范围内,凹凸纹理断面显示的为第一层基底膜的颜色,凹凸纹理的底部落在第二层基底膜1.2范围内,凹凸纹理断面显示的为第二层基底膜的颜色,凹凸纹理的底部落在第二层基底膜1.3范围内,凹凸纹理断面显示的为第三层基底膜的颜色。三层基底膜的颜色可以均不同,制成的3D装饰膜呈现三种不同的颜色。也可以将第一层基底膜及第三层基底膜颜色设置为相同的,仅第二层基底膜颜色不同。根据需要,基底膜的颜色均可设置。
上述基底膜为PVC膜、PP膜、PET膜中的任意一种或多种组合,同一个复合膜的基底膜的材质可以均相同也可以不同。
形成的凹凸纹理为木纹图案,也可以为其他图案。
虽然说明书中对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式只是作为提示,不应限定本发明的保护范围。在不脱离本发明宗旨的范围内进行各种省略、置换和变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种3D装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤包括:
步骤1:选取由至少两层基底膜复合制成的复合膜,复合膜中相邻的两层基底膜颜色不同;
步骤2:使用压花辊在复合膜上制出不同深度的凹凸纹理;
其中,步骤2中凹凸纹理的深度小于复合膜厚度,不同的凹凸纹理深度不同,最小深度小于顶层的基底膜深度,显示顶层基底膜颜色,当凹凸纹理深度落在第二层基底膜范围内,显示的为第二层基底膜颜色,不同深度的凹凸纹理呈现不同颜色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的复合膜包括2-5层基底膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的基底膜为PVC膜、PP膜、PET膜中的任意一种或多种组合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于:同一个复合膜的基底膜的材质均相同。
5.根据权利要求2所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于:同一个复合膜的基底膜的材质不同。
6.根据权利要求2所述的3D装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤2中形成的凹凸纹理为木纹图案。
