背景技术
为携带和包装方便，也为外形美观，糕点、糖果等即食型食品常进行压制成型，其形状可以根据不同的需要设计成多种多样，经压制后的食品较为紧密，常见的为单一食材、单一颜色的片状食品，即横向尺寸大于竖向尺寸，但多种食材或多种颜色也可以压制在一起。现有的多食材或多颜色压制片状食品的结构都是在竖向上由不同食材层和/或不同颜色层多层叠直，所以其层与层的接触面较大，要是层与层之间分界线清晰难度比较大，并且由于片状食品竖向尺寸相对较小，很难展现美观的外观结构，使其外观结构相对较为单一。

本实用新型的目的就是解决现有竖向层叠片状食品结构外观结构单一的问题，提供一种外观结构可以有多种变化的压制片状食品结构。
为此，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：压制片状食品结构，片状食品的横向尺寸大于竖向尺寸，其特征是，片状食品在尺寸较大的横向上由至少两部分紧密拼接，相邻两部分颜色不同。
