本发明涉及机动车空滤器领域,公开了一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器,包括水箱壳体(1)和空气滤芯(2)。所述水箱壳体上设有加水口(11)、发动机进水接口(12)和散热器回水接口(13),所述空滤器还包括进气管道(3),所述进气管道的进气端(31)贯穿水箱壳体与大气接通,所述进气管道的固定端(32)固定在水箱壳体内壁上且进气管道的内腔与水箱壳体的内腔隔离,所述空气滤芯设于进气管道内,空气滤芯的出气口(21)靠近进气管道的固定端且贯穿水箱壳体。本发明的空滤器将空滤器滤芯与水箱整合为一体,缩小了空滤器体积,并且利用水箱的水对进入的滤芯的空气进行降噪以及预热,实现了互补辅助利用。

一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及机动车空滤器领域,尤其涉及一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器。
背景技术
三轮车行业中因发动机功率低不适合增加空滤器阻力来进行消声处理,因此进气噪音与排气噪音都很大,在发动机转速最高时可达80-100分贝,严重影响驾驶者以及路人的感受。
此外,现有技术中的空滤器与副水箱都为独立个体,各自占据车辆有限空间,对车辆空间布局带来不便,而且它们在运行时不会对彼此影响和互补,严重浪费空间与能量资源。
申请号为200720123957.0的中国专利公开了一种用于摩托车摇篮式车架上的副水箱,其主体为扁平腔体,底面为与空滤器至少一面相应的锥状,顶部设有水箱盖,出水管经过水箱盖连接到副水箱底部。所述副水箱底部还设有与空滤器凸筋对应的兼起让位和导向的凹槽,和用于与空滤器螺钉柱连接的安装座;凸筋与导向凹槽配合。其实现空滤器和副水箱的结合整体性更强,充分利用车架前部空间,改善空滤器和副水箱在车架上不合理的布局;使摩托车外观更加紧凑、完美。同时,还可增大水冷器体积,提高冷却效果;而且有利于保护空滤器与副水箱,极大地提高其安全性和副水箱加水更加方便。
虽然上述技术方案中对的副水箱位置进行了合理的布局,提高了空间利用率,但是副水箱与空滤器还是各自占据了空间,并且两者在功能上没有实现互补。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器。本发明的空滤器将空滤器滤芯与水箱整合为一体,缩小了空滤器体积,并且利用水箱的水对进入的滤芯的空气进行降噪以及预热,实现了互补辅助利用。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器,包括水箱壳体和空气滤芯,所述水箱壳体上设有加水口、发动机进水接口和散热器回水接口,所述空滤器还包括进气管道,所述进气管道的进气端贯穿水箱壳体与大气接通,所述进气管道的固定端固定在水箱壳体内壁上且进气管道的内腔与水箱壳体的内腔隔离,所述空气滤芯设于进气管道内,空气滤芯的的出气口靠近进气管道的固定端且贯穿水箱壳体。
本发明的空滤器是将空气滤芯与水箱结合在一起,将空气滤芯放置于水箱中,大大节约了体积,而且由于进气管道的隔离,空气滤芯与水箱相对封闭,水箱内的散热用水不会窜入空气滤芯。
工作原理为:水箱中的水进入发动机,在发动机内加热后的水再流入散热器内,水再散热器内进行一定程度的降温后,再次流回水箱内,此时水箱的内水温升高,冷空气从进气管道进入,水箱内的水通过热传递将冷空气加热,加热后的空气经过空气滤芯后进入发动机内,加热后的空气与汽油混合成为高于常温的油气混合气体,在发动机燃烧室内更容易被点燃且燃烧更充分、更环保。此外,水箱内的被加热的水将空气滤芯外的进气管道环绕包裹,形成水套来衰减进气噪音传递,降低了噪音。
作为优选,所述加水口设于水箱壳体的顶端面。
作为优选,所述进气管道的进气口位于水箱壳体的侧壁上,所述发动机进水接口和散热器回水接口设于水箱壳体的底端面。
作为优选,所述发动机进水接口与发动机的进水口连接,所述空气滤芯的出气口与发动机的进气口连接,所述散热器回水接口与散热器的出水口连接。
与现有技术对比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.发动机散热用水包裹着空气滤芯外的进气管道衰减噪音传递,经过测试,进气噪音降低10-15分贝。
2.空气滤芯与水箱合二为一,节约车辆有限的空间,整车更好布局。
3.发动机的散热用水温度升高后对空气进行加热,发动机燃烧效率提高。
4.空滤器被安装在车厢高处,空滤器所吸入的空气质量,提高发动机使用寿命。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器,包括水箱壳体1和空气滤芯2,所述水箱壳体的顶端面设有加水口11,水箱壳体的底端面设有发动机进水接口12和散热器回水接口13,所述空滤器还包括进气管道3,所述进气管道的进气端31贯穿水箱壳体与大气接通,所述进气管道的固定端32固定在水箱壳体底部的内壁上且进气管道的内腔与水箱壳体的内腔隔离,所述空气滤芯设于进气管道内,空气滤芯的的出气口21靠近进气管道的固定端且贯穿水箱壳体。
本实施例的空滤器在工作时:所述发动机进水接口与发动机4的进水口连接,所述空气滤芯的出气口与发动机的进气口连接,发动机的出水口与散热器的进水口连接,所述散热器回水接口与散热器5的出水口连接。
如图2所示,水箱中的水进入发动机,在发动机内加热后的水再流入散热器内,水再散热器内进行一定程度的降温后,再次流回水箱内,此时水箱的内水温升高,冷空气从进气管道进入,水箱内的水通过热传递将冷空气加热,加热后的空气经过空气滤芯后进入发动机内,加热后的空气与汽油混合成为高于常温的油气混合气体,在发动机燃烧室内更容易被点燃且燃烧更充分、更环保,而水箱中的水由于热量散失,而不会由于散热器中的热水不断增加而是水温一直上升。此外,水箱内的被加热的水将空气滤芯外的进气管道环绕包裹,形成水套来衰减进气噪音传递,降低了噪音。

1.一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器,包括水箱壳体(1)和空气滤芯(2),其特征在于:所述水箱壳体上设有加水口(11)、发动机进水接口(12)和散热器回水接口(13),所述空滤器还包括进气管道(3),所述进气管道的进气端(31)贯穿水箱壳体与大气接通,所述进气管道的固定端(32)固定在水箱壳体内壁上且进气管道的内腔与水箱壳体的内腔隔离,所述空气滤芯设于进气管道内,空气滤芯的的出气口(21)靠近进气管道的固定端且贯穿水箱壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器,其特征在于,所述加水口设于水箱壳体的顶端面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器,其特征在于,所述进气管道的进气口位于水箱壳体的侧壁上,所述发动机进水接口和散热器回水接口设于水箱壳体的底端面。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种机动三轮车用注水消音空滤器,其特征在于,所述发动机进水接口与发动机的进水口连接,所述空气滤芯的出气口与发动机的进气口连接,所述散热器回水接口与散热器的出水口连接。
