Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)前处理;(2)热镀锌;(3)冷却处理;(4)化学镀镍及钝化处理;(5)干燥成型。本发明提供了一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,通过合理的工艺设计,先后在钢铁表面镀覆锌、镍双层钝化膜,且将化学镀镍与钝化处理同步进行,不仅简化了工艺,提高了效率,而且对整个镍层进行彻底的钝化处理,有效提高了钝化效果;本发明所制得的双层金属钝化层有效提高了钢铁的耐腐蚀性、耐酸性和使用寿命。

一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法。
背景技术
应用表面覆膜的技术可以大大提高材料的耐腐蚀性。现有钢铁或金属表面通常采用电镀金属锌和钝化液处理的方法进行表面保护。单一的钝化镀锌层可以在一定程度上保护镀件的防腐、抗酸、抗氧化等性能,但随着行业对耐腐蚀性要求的提高,单一的钝化镀层已经满足不了行业及市场的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)前处理:指在钢铁件表面涂覆除锈剂;
(2)热镀锌:将步骤(1)中除锈后的钢铁用蒸馏水冲洗干净,预热后,再将其置入镀锌锅中进行热浸镀锌处理;
(3)冷却处理:将步骤(2)中的镀锌后的钢铁立即置入冷却水中进行冷却处理;
(4)化学镀镍及钝化处理:将步骤(3)中冷却后的镀锌钢铁浸渍在化学镀镍槽中,边进行化学镀镍边进行钝化封孔处理;
(5)干燥成型:将步骤(4)中化学镀镍及钝化处理后的钢铁取出干燥,得到表面镀覆双层钝化膜的钢铁。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述除锈剂的配方为:水80份、磷酸盐缓冲液3份、单宁酸15份、润湿剂3份、异丙醇8份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述镀锌液中Al 含量为30~35%、Zn含量为60~70%、Fe含量为0.02~0.2%、Si含量为0.5~1.8%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述镀锌的工艺条件为:钢铁预热温度440~460℃,镀锌液温度440~460℃,热浸镀时间2~3min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述化学镀镍及钝化溶液的配方为:7水硫酸镍 25~30g/L,水杨酸12~15g/L,钼酸15~20g/L,硝酸钠6~10g/L、磷酸钠 10~15g/L、磷酸二氢钠25~30g/L、封闭剂8~10g/L、钼磷酸铵10~15g/L、磷酸铵8~15g/L、抗氧性添加剂4~6g/L、成膜剂3~5g/L。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述化学镀镍及钝化的工艺条件为:温度25~28℃,时间20~30min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述封闭剂为正硅酸;所述成膜剂为氟硅酸钠;所述抗氧性添加剂为丁基辛基二苯胺和对,对一二异辛基二苯胺以2~3:1的质量比的混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(5)中,所述干燥方法为:温度为60~70℃的热氮气吹干。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,通过合理的工艺设计,先后在钢铁表面镀覆锌、镍双层钝化膜,且将化学镀镍与钝化处理同步进行,不仅简化了工艺,提高了效率,而且对整个镍层进行彻底的钝化处理,有效提高了钝化效果;本发明所制得的双层金属钝化层有效提高了钢铁的耐腐蚀性、耐酸性和使用寿命。

本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将钢铁件表面进行去污清洗后,再在其表面均匀涂覆一层除锈剂,使钢铁件上的铁锈与除锈剂发生反应生成惰性物质,一方面可以防治铁锈的存在使钢铁件在金属膜内锈蚀损坏;另一方面,经去锈处理后,使钢铁件的裸露,便于镍层的稳固;
所述除锈剂的配方为:水80份、磷酸盐缓冲液3份、单宁酸15份、润湿剂3份、异丙醇8份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂1份;
(2)热镀锌:将步骤(1)中除锈后的钢铁用蒸馏水冲洗干净,预热至460℃后,再将其置入镀锌锅中,在460℃下热浸镀锌2min;
所述镀锌液中Al 含量为35%、Zn含量为63.9%、Fe含量为0.02%、Si含量为1.08%;
(3)冷却处理:将上述镀锌后的钢铁立即置入冷却水中进行冷却处理0.5~1.5h,至钢铁表面的锌层稳固;
(4)化学镀镍及钝化处理:将步骤(3)中冷却后的镀锌钢铁浸渍在温度为25℃的化学镀镍槽中,边进行化学镀镍边进行钝化封孔处理30min;
所述化学镀镍及钝化溶液的配方为:7水硫酸镍 25g/L,水杨酸12g/L,钼酸15g/L,硝酸钠6g/L、磷酸钠 10g/L、磷酸二氢钠25g/L、封闭剂8g/L、钼磷酸铵10g/L、磷酸铵8g/L、抗氧性添加剂4g/L、成膜剂3g/L;其中,所述封闭剂为正硅酸;所述成膜剂为氟硅酸钠;所述抗氧性添加剂为丁基辛基二苯胺和对,对一二异辛基二苯胺以2:1的质量比的混合物;
该化学镀镍及钝化溶液集化学镀镍功能及钝化处理作用于一体,可以边进行化学镀镍边进行封孔钝化处理,将生成的镍层进行彻底的封孔钝化,与先化学镀或电镀再进行钝化处理的工艺相比,不仅简化了工艺,大大节约了时间,而且还有效改善了金属膜的稳固性能,有效提高了钢铁的耐腐蚀性、耐酸性和使用寿命;
(5)干燥成型:将上述化学镀镍及钝化处理后的钢铁取出后,用温度为60~70℃的热氮气吹干,得到表面镀覆双层钝化膜的钢铁。
实施例2
一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将钢铁件表面进行去污清洗后,再在其表面均匀涂覆一层除锈剂,使钢铁件上的铁锈与除锈剂发生反应生成惰性物质,一方面可以防治铁锈的存在使钢铁件在金属膜内锈蚀损坏;另一方面,经去锈处理后,使钢铁件的裸露,便于镍层的稳固;

(2)热镀锌:将步骤(1)中除锈后的钢铁用蒸馏水冲洗干净,预热至440℃后,再将其置入镀锌锅中,在440℃下热浸镀锌3min;
所述镀锌液中Al 含量为30%、Zn含量为68%、Fe含量为0.2%、Si含量为1.8%;
(3)冷却处理:将上述镀锌后的钢铁立即置入冷却水中进行冷却处理0.5~1.5h,至钢铁表面的锌层稳固;
(4)化学镀镍及钝化处理:将步骤(3)中冷却后的镀锌钢铁浸渍在温度为28℃的化学镀镍槽中,边进行化学镀镍边进行钝化封孔处理20min;
所述化学镀镍及钝化溶液的配方为:7水硫酸镍 30g/L,水杨酸15g/L,钼酸20g/L,硝酸钠10g/L、磷酸钠15g/L、磷酸二氢钠30g/L、封闭剂10g/L、钼磷酸铵15g/L、磷酸铵15g/L、抗氧性添加剂6g/L、成膜剂5g/L;其中,所述封闭剂为正硅酸;所述成膜剂为氟硅酸钠;所述抗氧性添加剂为丁基辛基二苯胺和对,对一二异辛基二苯胺以3:1的质量比的混合物;
该化学镀镍及钝化溶液集化学镀镍功能及钝化处理作用于一体,可以边进行化学镀镍边进行封孔钝化处理,将生成的镍层进行彻底的封孔钝化,与先化学镀或电镀再进行钝化处理的工艺相比,不仅简化了工艺,大大节约了时间,而且还有效改善了金属膜的稳固性能,有效提高了钢铁的耐腐蚀性、耐酸性和使用寿命;
(5)干燥成型:将上述化学镀镍及钝化处理后的钢铁取出后,用温度为60~70℃的热氮气吹干,得到表面镀覆双层钝化膜的钢铁。

1.一种钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)前处理:指在钢铁件表面涂覆除锈剂;
(2)热镀锌:将步骤(1)中除锈后的钢铁用蒸馏水冲洗干净,预热后,再将其置入镀锌锅中进行热浸镀锌处理;
(3)冷却处理:将步骤(2)中的镀锌后的钢铁立即置入冷却水中进行冷却处理;
(4)化学镀镍及钝化处理:将步骤(3)中冷却后的镀锌钢铁浸渍在化学镀镍槽中,边进行化学镀镍边进行钝化封孔处理;所述化学镀镍及钝化溶液的配方为:7 水硫酸镍 25 ~30g/L,水杨酸12 ~ 15g/L,钼酸15 ~ 20g/L,硝酸钠6 ~ 10g/L、磷酸钠 10 ~ 15g/L、磷酸二氢钠25 ~ 30g/L、封闭剂8 ~ 10g/L、钼磷酸铵10 ~ 15g/L、磷酸铵8 ~ 15g/L、抗氧性添加剂4 ~ 6g/L、成膜剂3 ~ 5g/L;
(5)干燥成型:将步骤(4)中化学镀镍及钝化处理后的钢铁取出干燥,得到表面镀覆双层钝化膜的钢铁。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,所述除锈剂的配方为:水80 份、磷酸盐缓冲液3 份、单宁酸15 份、润湿剂3 份、异丙醇8 份、分散剂0.5 份、流平剂1 份。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述镀锌液中Al 含量为30 ~ 35%、Zn 含量为60 ~ 70%、Fe 含量为0.02 ~0.2%、Si 含量为0.5 ~ 1.8%。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述镀锌的工艺条件为:钢铁预热温度440 ~ 460℃,镀锌液温度440 ~ 460℃,热浸镀时间2 ~ 3min。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述化学镀镍及钝化的工艺条件为:温度25 ~ 28℃,时间20 ~ 30min。
6.根据权利要求1 所述的钢结构表面镀覆锌镍双层钝化膜的方法,其特征在于,所述封闭剂为正硅酸;所述成膜剂为氟硅酸钠;所述抗氧性添加剂为丁基辛基二苯胺和对, 对一二异辛基二苯胺以2 ~ 3 :1 的质量比的混合物。
