Abstract

本发明公开了一种电热熔垫及用该电热熔垫连接塑料管道或管道端面为塑料材料管道的方法,电热熔垫包括热塑性塑料垫、镶嵌于热塑性塑料垫内的呈阿基米德双螺旋线式分布的导电电阻丝以及与导电电阻丝相连的两个导电电极,所述导电电极设于热塑性塑料垫外圆面凹槽中。两塑料管道或管道端面为塑料材料管道之间可采用所述电热熔垫连接。本发明中导电电阻丝采用的是阿基米德双螺旋线的分布方式避免了导电电极有一端会布置在电热熔垫的内圆环圆面上,从而阻止了流体沿导电电阻丝向外渗漏的可能性,可避免电热熔垫各处的受热不均衡现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电热垫,尤其是电阻丝布线方式为阿基米德双螺旋线分布的塑料电热熔垫,本发明还涉及用该电热熔垫连接塑料管道的连接结构和连接方法,用于塑料管道或管道端面为塑料材质管道的连接。
背景技术
基于现在多数塑管道的连接方式大多用电熔套筒、法兰、电热熔带等连接。电熔套筒、法兰、电热熔带等成本较高,生产工艺复杂,连接程序多,操作工作量大,施工效率低、密封可靠性差,携带不便等造成的困难,迫切需要一种新型的连接方式来解决这些问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、使用性能良好且施工方便的电热熔垫及用该电热熔垫连接塑料管道方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明电热熔垫采用的技术方案是:
一种用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其关键技术在于:其包括热塑性塑料垫、镶嵌于热塑性塑料垫内的呈阿基米德双螺旋线式分布的导电电阻丝以及与导电电阻丝相连的两个导电电极,所述导电电极设于热塑性塑料垫外圆面凹槽中。
优选的,所述热塑性塑料垫的材质与塑料管道端面的材料相同或与其有良好可焊接性能的材料。
优选的,所述导电电阻丝镶嵌在热塑性塑料垫中间。
优选的,所述导电电阻丝的间距是相等的,其与热塑性塑料垫的两个端面的距离是相同的。
优选的,所述导电电阻丝的材质为金属、非金属或其它导电材料。
优选的,两个导电电极的分布位置可以是对称的,也可以是不对称的。
优选的,设电热熔垫和待连接塑料管道的端面环形面积为A1,电热熔垫中电阻丝的总长度乘以电阻丝直径的面积为A2,待连接的塑料管道端面的其它位置的正常截面积A3,要求其中n≥1为安全系数。
本发明提供的一种塑料管道之间的连接方法,其采用上述的电热熔垫连接。方法为:首先将电热熔垫置于要连接的两根塑料管道或管道端面为塑料材料管道的端面之间,所述电热熔垫与管道端面之间的缝隙要适宜,压力适中,将电热熔垫和管道端面固定位置,开始焊接,电热熔垫便将两根管道连接起来;
然后,焊接结束后,对电极部位进行处理,并填塞焊料把电极埋入到焊料中即可。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明中导电电阻丝采用的是阿基米德双螺旋线的分布方式避免了导电电极(即接线柱)有一端会布置在电热熔垫的内圆环圆面上,从而阻止了流体沿导电电阻丝向外渗漏的可能性。同时,由于导电电阻丝的分布不是采用网格式分布,避免了网格式电阻丝在焊接过程中交叉点上的电流过大从而造成的电热熔垫各处的受热不均衡。由于热塑性塑料垫采用的是与管道端面相同材料或是焊接粘接性能较好的材料,所以在承受轴向力或是密封性方面很好。另外本发明的导电电阻丝不局限于金属材料或者是非金属材料,可以寻求与各种塑料材料粘接性较好的电阻丝,减小因嵌入电阻丝降低轴向方面的承压能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的电热熔垫作进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,本电热熔垫包括热塑性塑料垫3、镶嵌于热塑性塑料垫3内的呈阿基米德双螺旋线式分布的导电电阻丝1以及与导电电阻丝1相连的两个导电电极2,所述导电电极2设于热塑性塑料垫3外圆面凹槽中。
其中导电电阻丝1是按照阿基米德双螺旋线式分布镶嵌(或埋入)在热塑性塑料垫3中的,导电电阻丝1开始布线时,距热塑性塑料垫3内圆环表面要有适当的距离,防止距离过短,导电电阻丝1在焊接过程中受热后裸露在热塑性塑料垫3外面,引起泄漏。同时导电电阻丝1距离热塑性塑料垫3的两个端面距离不要过大,避免距离过大,导致焊接效果不理想。
在导电电阻丝1的两端有导电电极2,采用阿基米德双螺旋线的布线方式,可以使导电电阻丝1的两个导电电极2都从电热熔垫的外圆环上引出,解决了因接线柱分别从内圆环和外圆环同时引出导致的电阻丝短路和接线不便的问题。同时,由于采用了阿基米德双螺旋线的布线方式,导电电阻丝1之间的距离相等,解决了因布线不均导致的电阻丝发热量不均衡造成的焊接效果不稳定的问题,提高了焊接质量的可靠性。导电电阻丝1的材质可以是金属,也可以是非金属或其它材料。如导电塑料。所述导电电阻丝1的间距是相等的,距离电热熔垫两个端面的距离也是相同的。两个导电电极2的分布位置可以是对称的,也可以是不对称的,根据具体的需求确定。
热塑性塑料垫3的材料要与要进行连接的管道端面的塑料材料相同或者是有良好可焊接性能的材料,避免因材料不同而造成粘接效果不理想。
进一步,假设电热熔垫和待连接管道的端面环形面积为A1,电热熔垫中导电电阻丝1的总长度乘以电阻丝直径的面积为A2,待连接的管道端面的其它位置的正常截面积A3,要求其中n≥1为安全系数。此处其他位置指的是除去上述环形面积后的端面面积。
如图3所示,本发明用上述电热熔垫连接塑料管道或管道端面为塑料材料管道的连接方法为:把电热熔垫置于要连接的两根塑料管道4或管道端面为塑料材料管道的端面之间,电热熔垫与管道端面之间的缝隙要适宜,压力适中,将电热熔垫和管道端面固定位置,开始焊接,电热熔垫便将两跟管道连接起来。焊接结束后,要对电极部位进行适当的处理,并填塞焊料把电极埋入到焊料中。

1.一种用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其特征在于:其包括热塑性塑料垫(3)、镶嵌于热塑性塑料垫(3)内的呈阿基米德双螺旋线式分布的导电电阻丝(1)以及与导电电阻丝(1)相连的两个导电电极(2),所述导电电极(2)设于热塑性塑料垫(3)外圆面凹槽中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其特征在于:所述热塑性塑料垫(3)的材质与塑料管道端面的材料相同或与其有良好可焊接性能的材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其特征在于:所述导电电阻丝(1)镶嵌在热塑性塑料垫中间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其特征在于:所述导电电阻丝(1)的间距是相等的,其与热塑性塑料垫(3)的两个端面的距离是相同的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其特征在于:所述导电电阻丝(1)的材质为金属、非金属或其它导电材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其特征在于:两个导电电极(2)的分布位置可以是对称的,也可以是不对称的。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于连接塑料管道或管道端面是塑料材质管道的电热熔垫,其特征在于:设电热熔垫和待连接塑料管道(4)的端面环形面积为A1,电热熔垫中电阻丝的总长度乘以电阻丝直径的面积为A2,待连接的塑料管道(4)端面的其它位置的正常截面积A3,要求其中n≥1为安全系数。
8.一种塑料管道之间的连接方法,其特征在于:两塑料管道(4)之间采用权利要求1所述的电热熔垫连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管道之间的连接方法,其特征在于:首先将电热熔垫置于要连接的两根塑料管道或管道端面为塑料材料管道的端面之间,所述电热熔垫与管道端面之间的缝隙要适宜,压力适中,将电热熔垫和塑料管道(4)端面固定位置,开始焊接,电热熔垫便将两根管道连接起来;
然后,焊接结束后,对电极部位进行处理,并填塞焊料把电极埋入到焊料中即可。
