本发明公开了一种缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:挑选完整的优质葛仙米,加入水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理10-15min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵36-42小时,均质处理后备用;挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:将葛仙米发酵浆、蓝莓浆、5份糖、水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。

背景技术
干眼症是指任何原因造成的泪液质或量异常或动力学异常,导致泪膜稳定性下降,并伴有眼部不适和(或)眼表组织病变特征的多种疾病的总称。又称角结膜干燥症。常见之症状包括眼睛干涩、容易疲倦、眼痒、有异物感、痛灼热感、分泌物黏稠、怕风、畏光、对外界刺激很敏感;有时眼睛太干,基本泪液不足,反而刺激反射性泪液分泌,而造成常常流泪;较严重者眼睛会红肿、充血、角质化、角膜上皮破皮而有丝状物黏附,这种损伤日久则可造成角结膜病变,并会影响视力。
干眼病的发病原因有很多种,是一种慢性疾病,产生原因有以下几个方面:1、由于高龄、睡眠不足,精神紧张等生理原因,引起泪液质量下降。2、服用部分降压药及部分精神安定剂对泪膜产生有影响,如服用扑尔敏对泪膜产生有害作用,服用心得安和目前某些避孕药能减少泪液产生。3、环境,如所处房间干燥等,引起泪液的蒸发增加。4、长时间从事计算机操作,汽车驾驶,读书及其他精细作业,瞬目次数减少。5、由于隐形眼镜、过敏性结膜炎、大气污染、紫外线等其他原因,而引起的泪液减少,质量下降。6、长期使用抗菌素,菌群失调。7、妇女产后由于激素水平不稳定,月子用眼不当或情绪不稳大哭造成干眼。

葛仙米,俗称水木耳,又名固氮蓝藻,古称天仙茶,是一种天然藻类产品,含有丰富的藻类淀粉、蛋白质,具有人体所必须的8种氨基酸中的7种氨基酸,同时还富含活性多糖、多种维生素、藻胆素和类胡萝卜素等,营养丰富,不仅可以强身也有保健的功效。
玫瑰花含丰富的维生素A、C、B、E、K,以及单宁酸,能改善内分泌失调,对消除疲劳和伤口愈合也有帮助。调气血,调理女性生理问题,促进血液循环,美容,调经,利尿,缓和肠胃神经,防皱纹,防冻伤,养颜美容。
蓝莓富含维生素、纤维素,具有增强免疫系统、保持心血管健康、降低高血压、同时改善人体对饮食中铁的吸收的作用。
白菊花(WhiteChrysanthemum)菊科,多年生草本植物。原产中国中部、东部、西南广泛栽培为著名的观赏植物。又名甘菊、杭菊、杭白菊、茶菊、药菊。白菊花内含菊甙、氨基酸、黄酮类及多种维生素和微量元素,中华医学研究表明,白菊具有养肝明目、清心、补肾、健脾和胃、润喉、生津,以及调整血脂等功效。
本发明的关键发明点在于对葛仙米进行特殊的发酵处理,然后与蓝莓,玫瑰花,白菊花复配制成复方饮料,其口感好,饮用方便,原料简单可控,具有非常良好的缓解干眼症,特别是针对因长时间看电脑、手机、电视而患的干眼症的效果。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入葛仙米质量的0.05倍的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理10-15min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵36-42小时,均质处理后备用;
所述益生菌为按照菌株数量比例,乳酸杆菌:枯草芽孢杆菌:地衣芽孢杆菌:凝结芽孢杆菌为:1:2:0.3:0.5的比例混合的混合益生菌;
(2)制备蓝莓浆:
挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入3倍水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;
(3)制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:
将5份玫瑰花,10-12份白菊花,加入50份水煮沸后保持40min,滤渣后既得植物提取液,灭菌后备用;
(4)调配:
将2-3.5份葛仙米发酵浆、1-1.5份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、15-20份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
本发明的有益之处在于:
1.本发明对葛仙米进行特殊的发酵处理,然后与蓝莓,玫瑰花,白菊花复配制成复方饮料,其口感好,饮用方便,原料简单可控;
2.本发明的饮品具有非常良好的缓解干眼症,特别是针对因长时间看电脑、手机、电视而患的干眼症具有极佳的效果;
3.本发明的饮料还发现有美容养颜、滋阴润肺、调节内分泌的效果。
具体实施方式
本发明所用的木瓜蛋白酶为精制木瓜蛋白酶,活力为20万u/g(即20万单位)。
实施例1:
缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入葛仙米质量的0.05倍的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理10min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵42小时,均质处理后备用;
所述益生菌为按照菌株数量比例,乳酸杆菌:枯草芽孢杆菌:地衣芽孢杆菌:凝结芽孢杆菌为:1:2:0.3:0.5的比例混合的混合益生菌;
(2)制备蓝莓浆:
挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入3倍水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;
(3)制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:
将5份玫瑰花,10份白菊花,加入50份水煮沸后保持40min,滤渣后既得植物提取液,灭菌后备用;
(4)调配:
将3.5份葛仙米发酵浆、1份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、20份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
实施例2:
缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入葛仙米质量的0.05倍的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理15min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵36小时,均质处理后备用;

将2份葛仙米发酵浆、1.5份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、15份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
实施例3:
缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入葛仙米质量的0.05倍的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理11min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵41小时,均质处理后备用;

(2)制备蓝莓浆:
挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入3倍水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;
(3)制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:
将5份玫瑰花,11份白菊花,加入50份水煮沸后保持40min,滤渣后既得植物提取液,灭菌后备用;
(4)调配:
将3.1份葛仙米发酵浆、1.1份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、19份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
实施例4:
缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入葛仙米质量的0.05倍的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理14min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵37小时,均质处理后备用;
所述益生菌为按照菌株数量比例,乳酸杆菌:枯草芽孢杆菌:地衣芽孢杆菌:凝结芽孢杆菌为:1:2:0.3:0.5的比例混合的混合益生菌;
(2)制备蓝莓浆:
挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入3倍水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;
(3)制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:
将5份玫瑰花,10份白菊花,加入50份水煮沸后保持40min,滤渣后既得植物提取液,灭菌后备用;
(4)调配:
将2.1份葛仙米发酵浆、1.4份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、16份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
实施例5:
对比例1,葛仙米不加入木瓜蛋白酶预处理。
缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理12min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵40小时,均质处理后备用;
所述益生菌为按照菌株数量比例,乳酸杆菌:枯草芽孢杆菌:地衣芽孢杆菌:凝结芽孢杆菌为:1:2:0.3:0.5的比例混合的混合益生菌;
(2)制备蓝莓浆:
挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入3倍水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;
(3)制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:
将5份玫瑰花,12份白菊花,加入50份水煮沸后保持40min,滤渣后既得植物提取液,灭菌后备用;
(4)调配:
将3.2份葛仙米发酵浆、1.2份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、18份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
实施例6:
对比例2,葛仙米不进行发酵,直接打浆。
缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入葛仙米质量的0.05倍的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理13min,均质处理后备用;
(2)制备蓝莓浆:
挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入3倍水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;
(3)制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:
将5份玫瑰花,11份白菊花,加入50份水煮沸后保持40min,滤渣后既得植物提取液,灭菌后备用;
(4)调配:
将2.2份葛仙米发酵浆、1.3份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、17份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
实施例7:
选取120名年龄在20-50岁之间,因长时间看电脑、手机、电视而患干眼症的患者,患病年限均在3-4年之间,平均分为6组,每组20人,各组之间无统计学上的显著性差异。将本发明饮品给所述志愿者饮用,每天2次,每次200ml,1个月后随访记录,反馈治愈或者有效的志愿者,停止饮用10天,继续记录复发情况。
结果如下表所示。
由此可见,本发明的保健饮品口感很好,而且对于因长时间看电脑、手机、电视而患干眼症的患者完全治愈率高,停用后复发率低。其中,本发明的关键在于独特的葛仙米发酵技术,先用木瓜蛋白酶进行一段时间的处理,然后用特殊的菌株进行一定时间的发酵,这2步之间有显著的协同效果,从实验数据可以看出,省略木瓜蛋白酶处理或者菌株发酵处理,均不具备好的治疗干眼症的效果。
实施例8:
将本发明实施例1的配方制备成成品,进行扩大实验,选取1000名年龄在20-50岁之间,因长时间看电脑、手机、电视而患干眼症的患者,患病年限均在3-4年之间,将本发明饮品给所述志愿者饮用,每天2次,每次200ml,1个月后随访记录,反馈治愈或者有效的志愿者,停止饮用10天,继续记录复发情况。
结果显示,996名患者均达到了治愈,剩下4名也有显著的缓解效果,治愈率高达99.6%。
此外,某些志愿者还反应,本发明的饮料还发现有美容养颜、滋阴润肺、调节内分泌的效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其由如下方法制备而成:
(1)制备葛仙米发酵浆:
挑选完整的优质葛仙米,加入水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理10-15min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵36-42小时,均质处理后备用;
所述益生菌为乳酸杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,地衣芽孢杆菌,凝结芽孢杆菌混合的混合益生菌;
(2)制备蓝莓浆:
挑选优质的蓝莓,用清水清洗,加入水进行打浆,过滤后加工成浆液,灭菌后备用;
(3)制备玫瑰花,白菊花提取液:
将玫瑰花,白菊花,加入水煮沸后保持40min,滤渣后既得植物提取液,灭菌后备用;
(4)调配:
将葛仙米发酵浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液;
(5)罐装:
真空无菌环境下罐装,常温下贮藏。
2.权利要求1所述的缓解干眼症的保健饮品,其特征在于:
步骤(1)为:挑选完整的优质葛仙米,用清水清洗干净,加入10倍的水进行打浆,加工成浆液,然后加入葛仙米质量的0.05倍的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,恒温35℃处理10-15min,按照接种量0.2%的比例接入益生菌,轻轻搅拌均匀后,在38℃下发酵36-42小时,均质处理后备用;

步骤(4)为:将葛仙米发酵浆、1-1.5份蓝莓浆、2份玫瑰花,白菊花提取液、5份糖、15-20份水,混合后搅拌均匀,均质处理制成混合液。
