在下述专利文献1中,公开了抑制固定在路面的输电单元(供电线圈)和设置在车辆底面的受电单元(受电线圈)的相对位置偏移的停车支援装置。即,该停车支援装置具备:搭载于车辆并以非接触状态从输电单元接收电力的受电单元;拍摄车辆周围的照相机;以从照相机得到的图像识别输电单元的位置并使车辆向输电单元感应的第1车辆感应部;以及基于受电单元接收的电力使车辆感应的第2车辆感应部。
另外,在下述专利文献2中,公开了抑制非接触供电中伴随能量转换发生的损耗的非接触供电系统。即,该非接触供电系统具备:沿着车辆的跑道铺满的输电线圈;具有接收从输电线圈供给的电力的受电线圈并且发送车辆的位置信息及油门踏板的操作信息(油门信息)的车辆;输出设置在车辆的前进方向的信号机的信号信息的信标;以及控制装置,基于车辆的位置信息及油门信息以及来自信标的信号信息控制向受电线圈输电的输电线圈的通电定时,以在前进方向上随着受电线圈接收电力而产生洛伦兹力。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
此外,在上述专利文献1公开的停车支援装置,例如,在适用于抑制在十字路口等的停车区中以纵列设置的供电线圈和车辆的受电线圈的位置偏移的情况下,设置在路面的供电线圈成为在前方行驶的移动车辆的后面,不能用照相机识别供电线圈的可能性高。特别是,在与前方的移动车辆的距离被堵住的情况下,难以拍摄供电线圈。另外,在上述专利文献2公开的非接触供电系统,由于沿着路面铺满供电线圈,所以存在系统大型化并且成本上升的问题。
本发明鉴于上述的情况而构思,目的在于不招致系统的大型化及成本上升,适当地探测移动车能够停车辆的各种场所中的供电线圈的位置而抑制地上的供电线圈和车辆的受电线圈的位置偏移。
用于解决课题的方案
为了达成上述目的,本发明所涉及的第1方式是一种对移动车辆进行非接触供电的移动车辆供电系统,其中具备:供电单元,设置在移动车辆能够停车的场所;定位标记,设置在从供电单元离开一定距离的位置;受电单元,设置在移动车辆并从供电单元接收电力;距离确定单元,设置在移动车辆并通过探测定位标记来确定供电单元与移动车辆的距离;以及行驶支援单元,基于通过所述距离确定单元确定的供电单元与移动车辆的距离,来支援移动车辆到供电单元为止的行驶。
本发明所涉及的第2方式,在上述第1方式中,距离确定单元利用照相机拍摄所述移动车辆的周围图像,基于所述周围图像算出供电单元与移动车辆的距离。
本发明所涉及的第3方式,在上述第1或第2方式中,设置多个供电单元,在对于所述多个供电单元在离开一定距离的位置设置1个定位标记的移动车辆供电系统中,还具备:供电场所通知单元,将没有移动车辆停车的供电单元作为供电场所通知给移动车辆,距离确定单元基于从供电场所通知单元通知的供电场所和定位标记的探测结果算出到供电场所为止的距离。
本发明所涉及的第4方式,在上述第1~第3任一方式中,行驶支援单元在显示部显示示出供电单元与移动车辆的距离的驾驶支援图像。
发明效果
依据本发明,由于利用定位标记来确定供电单元与移动车辆的距离,所以不会招致系统的大型化及成本上升,适当地探测移动车辆能够停车的各种场所中的供电单元的位置而能够抑制所述供电线圈单元与移动车辆的受电单元的位置偏移。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对本发明的一个实施方式进行说明。
本实施方式所涉及的移动车辆供电系统A,如图1所示,由固定地设在地上的4个供电线圈L1~L4、定位标记柱P及控制装置C、另外设在移动车辆M的车辆装置U构成。
这样的移动车辆供电系统A经由供电线圈L1~L4以非接触方式向道路D上的停在信号机的跟前的移动车辆M供给(供电)电力。各供电线圈L1~L4与未图示的供电电路一起构成本实施方式中的供电单元。另外,定位标记柱P及控制装置C构成本实施方式中的供电场所通知单元。
各供电线圈L1~L4是具有既定线圈直径的螺旋线圈,如图所示在道路D中移动车辆M的行驶方向上隔着一定间隔埋设在信号机的跟前。即,4个供电线圈L1~L4之中,供电线圈L1设在道路D上与信号机最近的位置,供电线圈L2设在道路D上接着上述供电线圈L1靠近信号机的位置,供电线圈L3设在道路D上接着上述供电线圈L2靠近信号机的位置,供电线圈L4设在道路D上接着上述供电线圈L3靠近信号机的位置(即道路D上离信号机最远的位置)。
另外,各供电线圈L1~L4从上述供电电路被供给既定频率的交流电力,从而向周围放射磁场(供电磁场)。这样的供电线圈L1~L4以使上述供电磁场作用到移动车辆M的方式按照使线圈轴沿上下方向(垂直方向)的姿态、且露出道路D的状态或者利用塑料等的非磁性材料模制的状态埋设在道路D上。此外,上述供电电路响应从控制装置C输入的供电控制信号向各供电线圈L1~L4输出交流电力。
如图所示,定位标记柱P设在道路D的路边且道路D中与从信号机最远的供电线圈L4仅隔一定距离的上游侧(离信号机较远的一侧),具备定位标记p1和信标p2。即,道路D上的各供电线圈L1~L4的距离为固定值,另外供电线圈L4与定位标记柱P的距离也为固定值,因此定位标记柱P相对于各供电线圈L1~L4仅离一定距离的上游侧设置。
定位标记p1是用于使移动车辆M识别到定位标记柱P的存在的标识,是不会存在于道路D的周边的极特异的图形。信标p2是基于从控制装置C输入的控制信号向移动车辆M发送停车辅助信号的无线通信机。该停车辅助信号是用于将各供电线圈L1~L4之中与没有移动车辆M停车的信号机最近的供电线圈作为“供电场所”通知给移动车辆M的信号。
控制装置C是基于既定系统控制程序发挥功能的软件型控制装置,若移动车辆M停在供电线圈L1~L4上的某一个,则向供电电路供给交流电力。另外,该控制装置C在不存在停在供电线圈L1~L4上的某一个的移动车辆M时,结束向供电电路供给交流电力。
若移动车辆M停到供电线圈L1~L4上的某一个(例如供电线圈L1),则后述的移动车辆M的受电线圈与供电线圈L1电磁耦合,因此从供电电路面对供电线圈L1的阻抗(供电电路的输出阻抗)相对于没有移动车辆M停车的状态有较大变化。例如,控制装置C对于各供电线圈L1~L4监视这样的输出阻抗的变化,从而判定移动车辆M停在供电线圈L1~L4上的某一个,并开始对供电电路供电,并且经由信标p2将上述供电场所作为停车辅助信号而向移动车辆M通知。
移动车辆M是由驾驶者驾驶而在道路D上行驶的汽车,例如是以电力为动力源而行驶的电动汽车或混合动力汽车。该移动车辆M具备车辆装置U,该车辆装置U与由上述的供电线圈L1~L4、供电电路(图示略)、定位标记柱P及控制装置C组成的地上设备一起构成本移动车辆供电系统A。
如图2所示,该车辆装置U具备:受电线圈1、通信部2、照相机3、速度传感器4、距离运算部5、控制部6及触摸面板7。此外,虽然在图2中进行了省略,但是移动车辆M显然具备引擎、行驶马达、操作方向盘、刹车及蓄电池(二次电池)等的行驶所需要的构成要素。在这样的各构成要件之中,通信部2、照相机3、速度传感器4及距离运算部5构成本实施方式中的距离确定单元,另外控制部6及触摸面板7构成本实施方式中的行驶支援单元。
受电线圈1以能与上述供电线圈L1~L4对置的方式按照使线圈轴沿着上下方向(垂直方向)的姿态设在移动车辆M的底部。该受电线圈1具有与地上设备即各供电线圈L1~L4大致相同的线圈直径,通过与供电线圈L1~L4的某一个电磁耦合,以非接触方式接收交流电力。这样的受电线圈1与未图示的充电电路一起构成本实施方式中的受电单元。
受电线圈1接收的交流电力(受电电力)从受电线圈1经由上述充电电路供给到驱动马达,另外转换为直流电力而充电到蓄电池(图示略)中。
在此,由移动车辆M的受电线圈1进行的来自供电线圈L1~L4的非接触受电是基于磁场共振方式进行的。即,在受电线圈1和各供电线圈L1~L4连接有用于各自构成谐振电路的谐振用电容器(图示略)。另外,例如谐振用电容器的静电容被设定为使由受电线圈1和谐振用电容器构成的受电侧谐振电路的谐振频率与由供电线圈L1~L4和谐振用电容器构成的供电侧谐振电路的谐振频率成为同一频率。
通信部2是接收从上述信标p2发送的上述停车辅助信号的无线通信机,向距离运算部5输出停车辅助信号。照相机3拍摄移动车辆M的前方前进方向的周围图像并向距离运算部5输出。该照相机3例如以拍摄移动车辆M前进方向上的特定的固定区域的周围图像的方式,设置成为使拍摄画角固定在移动车辆M的挡风玻璃附近。速度传感器4是检测移动车辆M的行驶速度的传感器,将移动车辆M的行驶速度作为速度信号向距离运算部5输出。
距离运算部5是基于既定距离运算程序发挥功能的软件型运算装置,基于从照相机3输入的周围图像、作为运算参数预先存储的示出周围图像内的标记柱P的位置和移动车辆M与标记柱P之间的距离的关系的距离数据表、作为相同的运算参数预先存储的各供电线圈L1~L4与定位标记柱P(定位标记p1)间的各距离、从通信部2输入的停车辅助信号、另外从速度传感器4输入的移动车辆M的行驶速度,算出移动车辆M和上述供电场所为止的距离(供电行驶距离K)。该距离运算部5向控制部6输出上述供电行驶距离K。
控制部6是基于既定车辆控制程序发挥功能的软件型控制装置,基于从触摸面板7输入的操作指示信号向上述距离运算部5指示供电行驶距离K的取得处理。另外,该控制部6基于从距离运算部5输入的供电行驶距离K生成为使移动车辆M停在供电场所而支援驾驶者的驾驶支援图像,将示出所述驾驶支援图像的图像信号(支援图像信号)向触摸面板7输出。该驾驶支援图像例如数值显示随着移动车辆M的行驶而缓缓变小的供电行驶距离K。
在此,在图2中将距离运算部5和控制部6作为其他功能构成要素而加以示出,但是硬件上距离运算部5和控制部6是相同的。即,距离运算部5和控制部6是由CPU(CentralProcessingUnit:中央处理单元)、ROM(ReadOnlyMemory:只读存储器)及RAM(RandomAccessMemory:随机存取存储器)等的硬件要素构成的一种计算机,CPU通过执行存储在ROM的上述距离运算程序、车辆控制程序来实现上述的各功能。关于这样的控制部6的详细处理,在后述的动作说明中进行说明。
触摸面板7是例如安装在操作方向盘附近的带有操作面板的液晶显示器,基于从控制部6输入的支援图像信号显示上述驾驶支援图像,并且接受驾驶者的操作指示并作为操作指示信号向控制部6输出。
接着,按照图3的流程图对这样构成的本移动车辆供电系统A的动作进行说明。
最先,对地上设备的动作进行说明。即,控制装置C始终监视各供电线圈L1~L4中的移动车辆M的停车/非停车的状态,探测各供电线圈L1~L4之中,与信号机最近的非停车状态的供电线圈、即移动车辆M前进方向中最前头的空闲状态供电线圈作为“供电场所”,将该供电场所作为停车辅助信号向信标p2输出。
在此,若信号机变成“红”,则前头的移动车辆M停在所述信号机跟前的停止线,后续的移动车辆M依次停在前面的移动车辆M之后。因此,若信号机变成“红”,则移动车辆M通过信号机会依次停在较近的供电线圈上。例如,在道路D上有2台移动车辆M行驶的情况下,前头的移动车辆M停在供电线圈L1上,后续的移动车辆M停在供电线圈L2上。在该情况下,控制装置C探测供电线圈L3作为“供电场所”并向信标p2输出。
控制装置C以既定时间间隔反复进行这样的供电场所的探测和对信标p2的输出。其结果,信标p2以所述既定时间间隔向周围发送示出“供电场所”的停车辅助信号。在该停车辅助信号的能接收圈内行驶的移动车辆M,依次接收所述停车辅助信号而能够掌握“供电场所”。
对于这样的地上设备,搭载于移动车辆M的车辆装置U如图3所示那样动作。最初,控制部6判断从触摸面板7是否输入供电行驶距离K的取得指示(距离取得指示)(步骤S1)。即,控制部6在移动车辆M的行驶中始终监视上述取得指示是否输入,若输入所述取得指示而步骤S1的判断成为“是(Yes)”,则向距离运算部5指示开始取得供电行驶距离K,另一方面,在未输入取得指示的状态下成为反复步骤S1的判断处理的待机状态。移动车辆M的驾驶者在判断为蓄电池的充电余量变少而需要充电时,向触摸面板7输入供电行驶距离K的取得指示。
若从控制部6输入供电行驶距离K的取得开始指示,则距离运算部5开始基于从照相机3输入的周围图像、示出周围图像内的标记柱P的位置和移动车辆M与标记柱P之间的距离的关系的距离数据表(运算参数)、各供电线圈L1~L4与定位标记柱P间的各距离(运算参数)、从通信部2输入的停车辅助信号、另外从速度传感器4输入的移动车辆M的行驶速度的供电行驶距离K的算出处理。
在此,拍摄画角相对于移动车辆M固定的照相机3所拍摄的周围图像,在行驶中的移动车辆M进入标记柱P跟前的既定距离内时包含标记柱P。即,在移动车辆M行驶在上述既定距离以前的状态下,标记柱P不会出现在周围图像内。然而,当移动车辆M进入到标记柱P跟前的既定距离内时,周围图像包含标记柱P,另外随着移动车辆M的行驶位置依次接近标记柱P,周围图像内的标记柱P的位置依次变化。
距离运算部5通过对周围图像实施既定图像处理提取标记柱P确定周围图像内的标记柱P的位置,利用确定的标记柱P的位置检索上述距离数据表(运算参数),从而确定移动车辆M与标记柱P之间的距离(第1供电行驶距离k1)(步骤S2)。
距离运算部5根据基于停车辅助信号的停车场所和各供电线圈L1~L4与定位标记柱P间的各距离(运算参数)确定停车场所与定位标记柱P间的距离(第2供电行驶距离k2)(步骤S3)。距离运算部5通过合计这样取得的第1供电行驶距离k1和第2供电行驶距离k2,算出供电行驶距离K的初始值并向控制部6输出(步骤S4)。其结果,控制部6生成示出从距离运算部5输入的上述初始值的驾驶支援图像并作为支援图像信号向触摸面板7输出(步骤S5)。
这样求得的供电行驶距离K的初始值,是行驶位置时时刻刻接近定位标记柱P的移动车辆M所涉及的、某一瞬间时刻的移动车辆M与供电场所为止的距离。移动车辆M正在行驶,因此供电行驶距离K对应于移动车辆M的行驶速度而从上述初始值时时刻刻依次变小。距离运算部5按每个既定时间T从上述初始值减去对从速度传感器4输入的移动车辆M的行驶速度依次乘以既定时间T而得到的距离(执行驶距离k3),从而计算取得上述初始值的时刻以后的各时刻的供电行驶距离K并向控制部6输出(步骤S6)。
而且,控制部6依次生成示出从距离运算部5输入的各供电行驶距离K的驾驶支援图像并作为支援图像信号向触摸面板7输出(步骤S7)。其结果,以时间序列在触摸面板7依次显示接着初始值依次变小的供电行驶距离K。
移动车辆M的驾驶者参照这样的驾驶支援图像对移动车辆M进行驾驶操作,从而使移动车辆M停在供电场所。其结果,移动车辆M的受电线圈1与供电场所(例如供电线圈L3)成为对置状态。控制装置C探测到受电线圈1与供电线圈L3电磁耦合时,使供电电路(图示略)开始对供电线圈L3输出交流电力,由此开始对移动车辆M的供电。移动车辆M的控制部6判断受电线圈1是否从供电线圈L3接收电力(步骤S8),若该判断为“是(Yes)”,则结束全部处理。
从这样的地上设备到移动车辆M的供电,因信号机变成“蓝”而结束。即,控制装置C在信号机变成“蓝”而移动车辆M开始行驶从而消除受电线圈1对供电线圈L3的电磁耦合时,使供电电路(图示略)结束对供电线圈L3的供给。
依据这样的本实施方式,由于利用定位标记柱P(定位标记p1)取得供电行驶距离K,所以不会招致系统的大型化及成本上升,适当地探测移动车辆M能够停车的各种场所中的供电线圈L1~L4的位置而能够抑制供电线圈L1~L4与移动车辆M的受电线圈1的位置偏移。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不限于上述实施方式,也可为例如如下的变形。
(1)上述实施方式中,基于驾驶者的操作指示开始供电行驶距离K的取得,但是本发明不限于此。例如,也可以使控制部6预先存储地图上的定位标记柱P的设置位置,不仅速度传感器4,而且基于GPS(GlobalPositioningSystem:全球定位系统)信号或其他无线的信息掌握移动车辆M的当前地,当移动车辆M接近定位标记柱P时,自动开始供电行驶距离K的取得。
(2)另外,不是基于驾驶者的操作指示开始供电行驶距离K的取得,而是在照相机3拍摄到标记柱P时,自动开始供电行驶距离K的取得也可。
(3)上述实施方式中,将标记柱P设在行驶方向各供电线圈L1~L4的跟前侧,但是本发明不限于此。例如也可以将标记柱P与相对于移动车辆M位于最跟前侧的供电线圈L4设置为同一个。
(4)上述实施方式中,通过从信标p2向移动车辆M发送供电场所,由移动车辆M掌握供电场所,但是本发明不限于此。例如,在定位标记柱P设置显示示出供电场所的图像的显示部,通过用照相机3拍摄该图像,由移动车辆M掌握供电场所也可。
(5)上述实施方式中,通过用照相机3拍摄包含标记柱P的周围图像取得供电行驶距离K,但是本发明不限于此。例如,代替照相机3而采用激光传感器,基于用所述激光传感器进行的定位标记柱P的检测结果取得供电行驶距离K也可。
(6)上述实施方式中,对于4个供电线圈L1~L4设置了1个定位标记柱P,但是本发明不限于此。例如对于1个供电线圈L1设置1个定位标记柱P也可。
(7)上述实施方式中,使供电行驶距离K显示于触摸面板7,但是本发明不限于此。代替供电行驶距离K而例如显示到供电场所为止的驾驶时间也可。另外,供电行驶距离K或驾驶时间以外,也可以显示必要的操作等。即,只要基于供电行驶距离K的支援信息为支援到供电场所为止的驾驶的信息即可。
(8)上述实施方式中,使供电行驶距离K显示于触摸面板7,但是本发明不限于此。例如,在移动车辆M设置扬声器,使所述扬声器以声音报知供电行驶距离K也可。
产业上的可利用性
不会招致系统的大型化及成本上升,适当地探测移动车辆能够停车的各种场所中的供电线圈的位置而抑制地上的供电线圈与车辆的受电线圈的位置偏移。

Claims (4)
1.一种移动车辆供电系统,对移动车辆进行非接触供电,其中具备:
供电单元,设置在所述移动车辆能够停车的场所;
定位标记,设置在从所述供电单元离开一定距离的位置;
受电单元,设置在所述移动车辆并从所述供电单元接收电力;
距离确定单元,设置在所述移动车辆并通过探测所述定位标记来确定所述供电单元与所述移动车辆的距离;以及
行驶支援单元,基于通过所述距离确定单元确定的所述供电单元与所述移动车辆的距离,来支援所述移动车辆到所述供电单元为止的行驶。
2.如权利要求1所述的移动车辆供电系统,其中,
所述距离确定单元通过照相机拍摄所述移动车辆的周围图像,基于所述周围图像算出所述供电单元与所述移动车辆的距离。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的移动车辆供电系统,其中,
设有多个所述供电单元,对所述多个供电单元在离开一定距离的位置设有1个所述定位标记,
还具备供电场所通知单元,将没有所述移动车辆停车的所述供电单元作为供电场所通知给所述移动车辆,
所述距离确定单元基于从所述空闲供电场所通知单元通知的所述供电场所和所述定位标记的探测结果算出到所述供电场所为止的距离。
4.如权利要求1~3的任一项所述的移动车辆供电系统,其中,
所述行驶支援单元在显示部显示示出所述供电单元与所述移动车辆的距离的驾驶支援图像。
