Abstract
本发明涉及一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料及其制备方法。本发明将土元酶解后,与薏苡仁水、奶粉、以及多种中药成分提取而成的中药提取液相互配合,制成风味独特,口感佳,具有调节血栓血脂,增强机体免疫力保健作用的乳饮料,改变了土元食用方法单一的现状,并且制成饮料饮用时间和地点不受限制,且增加了土元的产品附加值,此外,加入的中药提取液不仅有调节机体免疫力的功效,还能解土元的毒,加入乳酸菌发酵后,口感和风味更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料领域,具体涉及一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
土元,又叫地鳖虫、土鳖虫等,是传统的名贵中药,已有两千多年历史,是理血伤科中药。药用价值高,应用广泛,常用于跌打损伤,消肿止痛,通络理伤,接筋续骨有明显疗效。目前市场上的跌打丸、治伤散、消肿膏、云香精、黑鬼油等百余种中成药,其中土元是不可缺少的组成部分。近年来,许多高级宾馆、饭店还常用土元做高级菜肴,接待贵宾,食之可口,营养价值更是身价百倍,其用量逐年增长,供不应求。
地鳖虫类中药使用历史悠久,几乎所有著名药典对其都有明确的记载,如汉代的我国第一部药物著作《神农本草经》、东汉著名医学家张仲景的《金匮要略》以及明代李时珍的《本草纲目》等。其功能主治也得到了研究应用及发展,具有逐瘀、破积、通络、理伤等功能,主治瘕[即包块、肿块、肿瘤之意]积聚、经闭,产后瘀血腹痛,跌打损伤等。
其主要成分为谷氨酸等17种氨基酸和砷等28种多种微量元素以及甾醇和直链脂肪族化合物。有抗血栓形成和溶解血栓的作用;提取物可抑制血小板聚集和粘附率,减少聚集数;总生物碱可提高心肌和脑对缺血的耐受力,并降低心、脑组织的耗氧量;水煎液具有调脂作用,能延缓动脉粥样硬化的形成;提取物可抑制D-半乳糖所致的肝损害而有保肝作用。临床研究表明,可治疗高血压,冠心病、骨折、急性腰扭伤、坐骨神经痛、劳伤性胸痛以及晚期肿瘤等。
土元的药用价值价值高,但是其食用方式较为单一,不能满足人们日益增长的多元化需求,将其制成日常饮料,方便携带和随时随地服用,加强其保健附加值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过下列的技术方案实现的:
本发明所述的土元薏苡仁乳饮料,是由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
土元提取物1-3份,薏苡仁水10-20份、脱脂奶粉1-3份、中药提取液5-10份。
优选地,还包括保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌。
所述的中药提取液是由以下重量份的原料制备而成:党参3-5份、枸杞3-5份、五味子3-5份、山萸肉3-5份、大枣3-5份、槐花3-5份、红景天3-5份、菊花3-5份。
所述的中药提取液是由以下方法制备而成的:取上述的全部原料,加入药材总重量4-6倍的水,加热提取2-3次,每次2-3h,过滤,合并滤液,即得。
所述的土元提取物制备方法为:将土元粉碎,加入胰蛋白酶和蒸馏水,在10000r/min下匀浆2-4分钟,用1%的NaOH调节pH为7.0,在30-40℃下酶解8-10h,升温至70℃杀酶0.5-1h,于2-6℃冷藏12-24h,过滤虫渣,在80℃下烘干,即得土元提取物。
所述的薏苡仁水制备方法为:将8-10份的薏苡仁加入8-10倍水,加热提取2-3h,过滤,即得薏苡仁水。
一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料的制备方法,是将土元提取物,薏苡仁水、脱脂奶粉、中药提取液混合,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料的制备方法,是将土元提取物,薏苡仁水、脱脂奶粉、中药提取液混合,加入保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌,搅拌均匀,在20-40℃下发酵12-24h,灌装,即得。
以下是本发明土元薏苡仁乳饮料的药材来源:
土元(groundbeetle)别名:可泡虫、地鳖虫、土鳖、过街、地乌龟、节节虫、臭虫母、地鳖。属于昆虫,身体扁,棕黑色,雄的有翅膀,雌的无翅。咸,寒。活血散瘀,通经止痛。主治:跌打损伤,淤血肿痛,闭经,产后瘀血腹痛。
薏苡仁,为禾本科植物薏苡Coixlacryma-jobiL.var.ma-yuen(Roman.)Stapf的干燥成熟种仁。甘、淡,凉。归脾、胃、肺经。健脾渗湿,除痹止泻,清热排浓。用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,湿痹拘挛,脾虚泄泻,肺痈,肠痈;扁平疣。
党参,为桔梗科植物党参Codonopsispilosula(Franch.)Nannf.、素花党参(西党参)CodonopsispilosulaNannf.var.modesta(Nannf.)L.T.Shen或川党参CodonopsistangshenOliv.的干燥根。甘,平。归脾、肺经。补中益气,健脾益肺。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴。
枸杞为茄科植物宁夏枸杞LyciumbarbarumL.的干燥成熟果实。味甘,性平。归肝、肾经。滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。中医常用它来治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴、遗精等病症。枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、多种维生素和钙、铁等健康眼睛的必需营养物质。历代医家治疗肝血不足、肾阴亏虚引起的视物昏化和夜盲症,常常使用枸杞子。现代药理学研究证实枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖能等方面的作用,并应用于临床。
五味子,为木兰科植物五味子Schisandrachinensis(Turcz.)Baill.或华中五味子SchisandrasphenantheraRehd.etWils.的干燥成熟果实。酸、甘,温。归肺,心、肾经。收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心。用于久嗽虚喘,梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,久泻不止,自汗,盗汗,津伤口渴,短气脉虚,内热消渴,心悸失眠。
山萸肉,为山茱萸科植物山茱萸CornusofficinalisSieb.etZucc.的干燥成熟果肉。酸、涩,微温。归肝、肾经。补益肝肾,涩精固脱。用于眩晕耳鸣,腰膝酸痛,阳痿遗精,遗尿尿频,崩漏带下,大汗虚脱。内热消渴。
大枣为鼠李科枣属植物枣ZiziphusjujubaMill.var.inermis(Bunge)Rehd.的干燥成熟果实。红枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有维生素王之美称。红枣所含有的环磷酸腺苷,是人体细胞能量代谢的必需成分,能够增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管系统疾病有良好的作用;中医中药理论认为,红枣具有补虚益气、养血安神、健脾和胃等作用,红枣对慢性肝炎、肝硬化、贫血、过敏性紫癜等病症有较好疗效;红枣含有三萜类化合物及环磷酸腺苷,有较强的抗癌、抗过敏作用。大枣能润心肺、止咳、补五脏、治虚损、除肠胃癖气,还能安中养脾、平胃气、通九窍、助十二经等。现代研究表明,红枣有预防输血反应、降低血清谷丙转氨酶、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血压、降胆固醇、保肝护肝、提高免疫力、防治脑供血不足、抗过敏、防治心血管病、防治骨质疏松和贫血等作用。
槐花,为豆科植物槐SophorajaponicaL.的干燥花及花蕾。苦,微寒。归肝、大肠经。凉血止血,清肝泻火。用于便血,痔血,血痢,崩漏,吐血,衄血,肝热目赤,头痛眩晕。
红景天,景天科红景天属植物红景天Rhodiolasaera(Prain)Fu,以全草入药。甘、涩,寒。清肺止咳,止血,止带。用于肺热咳嗽,咯血,白带;外用治跌打损伤,烧烫伤。
菊花,为菊科植物菊ChrysanthemummorifoliumRamat.的干燥头状花序。甘、苦,微寒。归肺、肝经。散风清热,平肝明目。用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花。
本发明提供的有益效果为:
本发明将土元酶解后,与薏苡仁水、奶粉、以及多种中药成分提取而成的中药提取液相互配合,制成风味独特,口感佳,具有调节血栓血脂,增强机体免疫力保健作用的乳饮料,改变了土元食用方法单一的现状,并且制成饮料饮用时间和地点不受限制,且增加了土元的产品附加值,此外,加入的中药提取液不仅有调节机体免疫力的功效,还能解土元的毒,加入乳酸菌发酵后,口感和风味更佳。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是,本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料及其制备方法:
(1)土元提取物制备:将土元粉碎,加入胰蛋白酶和蒸馏水,在10000r/min下匀浆2分钟,用1%的NaOH调节pH为7.0,在30℃下酶解10h,升温至70℃杀酶0.5h,于6℃冷藏24h,过滤虫渣,在80℃下烘干,即得土元提取物;
(2)薏苡仁水制备:将8kg的薏苡仁加入8倍水,加热提取2h,过滤,即得薏苡仁水;
(3)中药提取液制备:取党参3kg、枸杞3kg、五味子3kg、山萸肉3kg、大枣3kg、槐花3kg、红景天3kg、菊花3kg,加入药材总重量4倍的水,加热提取2次,每次3h,过滤,合并滤液,即得;
(4)取土元提取物1kg,薏苡仁水10kg、脱脂奶粉1kg、中药提取液5kg,混合,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例2
一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料及其制备方法:
(1)土元提取物制备:将土元粉碎,加入胰蛋白酶和蒸馏水,在10000r/min下匀浆4分钟,用1%的NaOH调节pH为7.0,在40℃下酶解8h,升温至70℃杀酶1h,于2℃冷藏12h,过滤虫渣,在80℃下烘干,即得土元提取物;
(2)薏苡仁水制备:将10kg的薏苡仁加入10倍水,加热提取3h,过滤,即得薏苡仁水;
(3)中药提取液制备:取党参5kg、枸杞5kg、五味子5kg、山萸肉5kg、大枣5kg、槐花5kg、红景天5kg、菊花5kg,加入药材总重量6倍的水,加热提取3次,每次2h,过滤,合并滤液,即得;
(4)取土元提取物3kg,薏苡仁水20kg、脱脂奶粉3kg、中药提取液10kg,混合,加入保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
Claims (8)
1.一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成:土元提取物1-3份,薏苡仁水10-20份、脱脂奶粉1-3份、中药提取液5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的土元薏苡仁乳饮料,其特征在于还包括保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的土元薏苡仁乳饮料,其特征在于所述的中药提取液是由以下重量份的原料制备而成:党参3-5份、枸杞3-5份、五味子3-5份、山萸肉3-5份、大枣3-5份、槐花3-5份、红景天3-5份、菊花3-5份。
4.如权利要求3所述的土元薏苡仁乳饮料,其特征在于所述的中药提取液是由以下方法制备而成的:取权利要求2所述的全部原料,加入药材总重量4-6倍的水,加热提取2-3次,每次2-3h,过滤,合并滤液,即得。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的土元薏苡仁乳饮料,其特征在于所述的土元提取物制备方法为:将土元粉碎,加入胰蛋白酶和蒸馏水,在10000r/min下匀浆2-4分钟,用1%的NaOH调节pH为7.0,在30-40℃下酶解8-10h,升温至70℃杀酶0.5-1h,于2-6℃冷藏12-24h,过滤虫渣,在80℃下烘干,即得土元提取物。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的土元薏苡仁乳饮料,其特征在于所述的薏苡仁水制备方法为:将8-10份的薏苡仁加入8-10倍水,加热提取2-3h,过滤,即得薏苡仁水。
7.一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的原料混合,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
8.一种土元薏苡仁乳饮料制备方法,其特征在于,将权利要求2所述的原料混合,搅拌均匀,在20-40℃下发酵12-24h,灌装,即得。
