Abstract

本发明公开了一种带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,包括耳环、拉杆、钢丝绳和直丝管,还包括防尘套管组件和减震套管;减震套管包括管体、减震波纹管、以及安装连板;防尘套管组件包括导向管和密封盖。本发明带通过在直丝管外设置减震套管,发动机运转及汽车在不平路上行驶等造成拉索在减震套管内抖动时,波纹管体发生弹性变形从而消耗掉拉索的震动能量,从而达到减震目的,可很大的提高换挡操作的舒适性;且其利用连杆和密封盖之间过盈配合实现防尘,防尘效果好,且由于导向管和密封盖结构简单,使得其能很大的降低换挡拉索总成的制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车部件,特别涉及一种汽车换挡拉索。
背景技术
汽车换挡拉索包括耳环、与耳环连接的拉杆、与拉杆连接的钢丝绳、限位套管组件、防尘波纹套管组件和发泡管等。
现有的防尘波纹套管组件结构复杂,装配工序多,生产成本高。
且在汽车行驶过程中,由于路面不平引起的汽车抖动、以及发动机运转时产生的抖动均会沿汽车换挡拉索传递至换挡器,从而导致换挡操纵杆的抖动,使得换挡舒适性较差,现有技术中的汽车换挡拉索还没有能很好消除其抖动的技术措施。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,以解决汽车及发动机抖动沿换挡拉索传递导致换挡操作舒适性差的技术问题;以及解决现有技术中的汽车换挡拉索采用波纹管组件进行防尘存在装配工序复杂、生产成本高的技术问题。
本发明带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,包括耳环、与耳环连接的拉杆、与拉杆连接的钢丝绳和套在钢丝绳外的直丝管,还包括防尘套管组件和减震套管;
所述减震套管包括管体、设置在管体内由橡胶材料制成的减震波纹管、以及设置在管体外的安装连板,所述波纹管体套在直丝管上;
所述防尘套管组件包括套在连杆外并与连杆滑动配合的导向管,所述导向管的一端连接有密封盖、另一端与限位套管组件连接,所述密封盖的内孔和连杆过盈配合和滑动配合。
进一步,所述耳环上连接有管状接头,所述拉杆的一端位于管状接头内,且拉杆端部设置有防止拉杆从管状接头中滑出的防脱头,所述管状接头在防脱头的两侧分别设置有第一减震弹簧和第二减震弹簧。
进一步,所述导向管为塑料管,所述密封盖为塑料管。
进一步,所述直丝管外还设置有配重块。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,其通过在直丝管外设置减震套管,发动机运转及汽车在不平路上行驶等造成拉索在减震套管内抖动时,拉索会挤压减震波纹管,波纹管体发生弹性变形从而消耗掉拉索的震动能量,从而达到减震目的,能避免拉索抖动传递到换挡操纵杆,可很大的提高换挡操作的舒适性。
2、本发明带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,其利用导向管和密封盖代替现有的波纹管对连杆和限位套管组件间的配合间隙进行防尘,连杆和密封盖之间过盈配合,使得灰尘等不能进入导向管内,防尘效果好,并且由于连杆和密封盖之间还具有滑动配合关系,使得钢丝绳能灵活驱动耳环和连杆,换挡操作灵敏,由于导向管和密封盖结构简单,组装简单,使得其能很大的降低换挡拉索总成的制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示,本实施例带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,包括耳环1、与耳环连接的拉杆2、与拉杆连接的钢丝绳3和套在钢丝绳外的直丝管4,还包括防尘套管组件和减震套管;
所述减震套管包括管体5、设置在管体内由橡胶材料制成的减震波纹管6、以及设置在管体外的安装连板7,所述波纹管体套在直丝管上;
所述防尘套管组件包括套在连杆外并与连杆滑动配合的导向管8,所述导向管的一端连接有密封盖9、另一端与限位套管组件连接,所述密封盖的内孔和连杆过盈配合和滑动配合。
本实施例带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,其通过在直丝管外设置减震套管,发动机运转及汽车在不平路上行驶等造成拉索在减震套管内抖动时,拉索会挤压减震波纹管,波纹管体发生弹性变形从而消耗掉拉索的震动能量,从而达到减震目的,能避免拉索抖动传递到换挡操纵杆,可很大的提高换挡操作的舒适性。

作为对本实施例的改进,所述耳环上连接有管状接头10,所述拉杆的一端位于管状接头内,且拉杆端部设置有防止拉杆从管状接头中滑出的防脱头11,所述管状接头在防脱头的两侧分别设置有第一减震弹簧12和第二减震弹簧13。本改进使得沿拉索纵向传递的抖动能被第一减震弹簧和第二减震弹簧消除,从而能进一步提高换挡操作的舒适性。
作为对本实施例的改进,所述导向管为塑料管,所述密封盖为塑料管,采用塑料制造,使得导向杆能一次成型,能进一步降低拉索总成的制造成本。
作为对本实施例的改进,所述直丝管外还设置有配重块14,配重块14能减小拉索的晃动,有利于进一步提高传递操作的舒适性。

1.一种带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,包括耳环、与耳环连接的拉杆、与拉杆连接的钢丝绳和套在钢丝绳外的直丝管,其特征在于:还包括防尘套管组件和减震套管;
所述减震套管包括管体、设置在管体内由橡胶材料制成的减震波纹管、以及设置在管体外的安装连板,所述波纹管体套在直丝管上;
所述防尘套管组件包括套在连杆外并与连杆滑动配合的导向管,所述导向管的一端连接有密封盖、另一端与限位套管组件连接,所述密封盖的内孔和连杆过盈配合和滑动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,其特征在于:所述耳环上连接有管状接头,所述拉杆的一端位于管状接头内,且拉杆端部设置有防止拉杆从管状接头中滑出的防脱头,所述管状接头在防脱头的两侧分别设置有第一减震弹簧和第二减震弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,其特征在于:所述导向管为塑料管,所述密封盖为塑料管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带减震和过盈密封结构的汽车拉索,其特征在于:所述直丝管外还设置有配重块。
