本发明涉及空调储液器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种空调储液器铜管烧焊夹具。
背景技术
烧焊夹具已经广泛应用于机械加工制造行业,可用来对工件进行夹紧和固定,防止工件在烧焊过程中发生变形和位移,可更好的对工件进行烧焊。但是,在烧焊过程中经常会遇到工件的多角度烧焊,此时要不断的将工件拆掉再重新定位,如此反复的拆卸和安装不但浪费人力而且影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种烧结效率高的空调储液器铜管烧焊夹具。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种空调储液器铜管烧焊夹具,包括底座平台,所述底座平台作可旋转式设定,所述底座平台上设置支撑架,支撑架上架置挂具平台,挂具平台向外延伸连接烧焊机;所述底座平台向外延伸设置烧结平台,所述烧结平台上设置放置架;所述支撑架上还套接烧结夹头,烧结夹头与放置架的间距可容纳空调储液器。
优选的,所述烧焊机包括连接在挂具平台上的三角形悬梁,三角形悬梁上的中间位置设置连接杆,连接杆的另一端连接烧焊平盘,烧焊平盘的下端设置多个焊头。
优选的,所述烧结夹头包括套接在支撑架上的套筒,套筒上外接螺纹旋杆,螺纹旋杆上向下设置可相互夹持的夹头。
优选的,所述烧结平台的底部设置旋转盘。
优选的,所述支撑架与套筒间采用螺栓作可松紧调节。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本空调储液器铜管烧焊夹具通过将底座平台设置成可旋转式,可以与烧结平台作间歇旋转式结合,这样可以增加挂具平台上的烧焊机与烧结平台上的工件的接触数量,并通过底座平台的旋转结构能实现自动化旋转焊接,提高了生产效率。本发明中的烧焊机包括连接在挂具平台上的三角形悬梁,三角形悬梁上的中间位置设置连接杆,连接杆的另一端连接烧焊平盘,烧焊平盘的下端设置多个焊头。三角形的悬梁可以有效保持烧焊机的平衡,另外在烧焊平盘的下端设置多个焊头可以对需要加工的空调储液器进行全方位的烧焊,进一步提高了生产效率。本发明中烧结夹头包括套接在支撑架上的套筒,套筒上外接螺纹旋杆,螺纹旋杆上向下设置可相互夹持的夹头。通过在套筒上外接螺纹旋杆,然后在螺纹旋杆上向下设置可相互夹持的夹头,这样就可以调节夹头的高度,从而适用不同型号规格的储液器。

本发明中的烧焊机包括连接在挂具平台3上的三角形悬梁8,三角形悬梁8上的中间位置设置连接杆9,连接杆9的另一端连接烧焊平盘10,烧焊平盘10的下端设置多个焊头11。烧结夹头7包括套接在支撑架2上的套筒12,套筒12上外接螺纹旋杆13,螺纹旋杆13上向下设置可相互夹持的夹头14。烧结平台5的底部设置旋转盘15。支撑架2与套筒12间采用螺栓作可松紧调节。
本空调储液器铜管烧焊夹具通过将底座平台1设置成可旋转式,可以与烧结平台5作间歇旋转式结合,这样可以增加挂具平台3上的烧焊机4与烧结平台5上的工件的接触数量,并通过底座平台1的旋转结构能实现自动化旋转焊接,提高了生产效率。本发明中的烧焊机4包括连接在挂具平台3上的三角形悬梁8,三角形悬梁8上的中间位置设置连接杆9,连接杆9的另一端连接烧焊平盘10,烧焊平盘10的下端设置多个焊头11。三角形的悬梁可以有效保持烧焊机的平衡,另外在烧焊平盘10的下端设置多个焊头11可以对需要加工的空调储液器16进行全方位的烧焊,进一步提高了生产效率。本发明中烧结夹头7包括套接在支撑架2上的套筒12,套筒12上外接螺纹旋杆13,螺纹旋杆13上向下设置可相互夹持的夹头14。通过在套筒上外接螺纹旋杆13,然后在螺纹旋杆13上向下设置可相互夹持的夹头14,这样就可以调节夹头14的高度,从而适用不同型号规格的储液器16。
