本发明涉及一种秋葵保健品的制作方法。
背景技术
秋葵别名秋葵,羊角豆,咖啡黄葵等,锦葵科秋葵属~年生草本植物。秋葵自20世纪90年代初引入我国,具有抗疲劳、健胃保肝、提高机体免疫力等保健功能。富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质和膳食纤维,同时还富含黄酮、多糖等成分。干的秋葵嫩果中含蛋白质22.98%,总糖19.92%,多糖2.00%,脂肪9.40%,黄酮2.56%;老果中含有蛋白质15.78%,总糖9.48%,多糖1.1%,脂肪14.36%,黄酮1.48%。蛋白质、多糖、总糖和黄酮的含量随着果实的老化而变少,而脂肪的含量随着果实的成熟而增加。据测定,100g秋葵嫩果中含有维生素A1.25mg,维生素C16-Ilg,维生素B。0.13rag,维生素B20.1mg,胡萝b素0.34mg,尼克酸0.8mg,钙95mg,磷60mg,铁0.6mg,锌2.37mg,锰13.7mg。由于秋葵具有以上的营养成分,所以其保健价值很高。

本发明的目的是提供一种秋葵粉的制作方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种秋葵保健品的制作方法,制作步骤如下:
(1)、采摘新鲜的秋葵,挑选无虫害、无损伤的用清水洗净、阴干;
(2)、把阴干的秋葵用烘干机烘干,烘干机烘干温度60°-65°;
(3)、把烘干的秋葵加入干山药、干马齿苋、熟干香菇、干红辣椒、干葱、干蒜和干枸杞搅拌均匀,用粉碎机粉碎,制得秋葵粉;
(4)、包装。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的干秋葵、干山药、干马齿苋、熟干香菇、干红辣椒、干葱、干蒜和干枸杞的配比是:60:15:15:3:0.5:0.3:0.5:5.7。
本发明的有益效果是:
秋葵嫩果中含有一种黏性液质及阿拉伯聚糖、半乳聚糖、鼠李聚糖、蛋白质等,经常食用帮助消化、增强体力、保护肝脏、健胃整肠。
秋葵含有铁、钙及糖类等多种营养成分,有预防贫血的效果。
它含有维生素A和β—胡萝卜素等,有益于视网膜健康、维护视力。
它富含有锌和硒等微量元素,能增强人体防癌、抗癌。
还含丰富的维生素C和可溶性纤维,不仅对皮肤具有保健作用,且能使皮肤美白、细嫩。
秋葵的钙含量也很丰富。而它的草酸含量低,所以钙的吸收利用率较高,比牛奶来得好,对素食者和发育中的小朋友,是很好的钙质来源。
秋葵中的黏蛋白有抑制糖吸收的作用,所以早年又作为治疗糖尿病的偏方。
秋葵还含有特殊的具有药效的成分,能强肾补虚,对男性器质性疾病有辅助治疗作用,享有“植物伟哥”之美誉;
秋葵的根在中医上有清热解毒、去脓和疏通血脉的功效,还能治筋骨损伤。秋葵含胡萝卜素及维生素A,对眼睛、皮肤都有帮助。秋葵所含的特殊黏液,可以保护肠胃道;纤维则能帮助消化,预防便秘,防止贫血及骨质疏松。被誉为人类最佳的保健蔬菜之一。

(3)、把60%烘干的秋葵加入15%干山药、15%干马齿苋、3%熟干香菇、0.5%干红辣椒、0.3%干葱、0.5%干蒜和5.7%干枸杞搅拌均匀,用粉碎机粉碎,制得秋葵粉;
(4)、包装。

(3)、把烘干的秋葵加入干山药、干马齿苋、熟干香菇、干红辣椒、干葱、干蒜和干枸杞搅拌均匀,用粉碎机粉碎,制得秋葵粉;
(4)、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋葵保健品的制作方法,其特征是所述的干秋葵、干山药、干马齿苋、熟干香菇、干红辣椒、干葱、干蒜和干枸杞的配比是:60:15:15:3:0.5:0.3:0.5:5.7。
