本发明属于观赏鱼饲料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料;本发明还涉及一种上述使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平的提高,物质生活极大的丰富,人们对休闲娱乐生活的要求越来越明显,在家里或庭院中养些色彩艳丽的观赏鱼是最好的选择,因为饲养观赏鱼几乎不占用空间;经济费用可以依人而定;条件相对简单,有水即可。养殖观赏鱼不仅可以修身养性,陶冶情操,水中所释放出来的负离子和水蒸气还可过滤和湿润空气,给人营造出良好的生活环境。
锦鲤(Cryprinuscarpiod)在生物学上属于鲤科(Cyprinidae),锦鲤是一种彩色鲤鱼,因其鱼体表面色彩鲜艳、花色似锦,故得其名,锦鲤是红色鲤鱼的变种,我国饲养红鲤作为观赏鱼在明代已非常普及,红鲤传入日本后,日本人在饲养过程中发现这种鲤鱼会发生色变,根据红鲤容易变异的特点,经过选种,人工改良为绯鲤,培育出许多新品种,初称“色鲤”、“花鲤”,后改称“锦鲤”,锦鲤游姿高雅,体型优美,色彩艳丽,斑纹灿烂,被称为“水中活宝石”,是备受青睐的风水鱼和观赏宠物。
目前,人们在喂养锦鲤鱼时,一般情况下都是投喂一些小米,麸皮,小虫,大米等饵料,由于大多数喂养锦鲤鱼的爱好者对锦鲤鱼的生理生活习性、采食习性及各种营养需求等了解较少,加之投喂的饵料又缺少一定的营养,所投喂的饵料各种蛋白和维生素的含量较低,满足不了锦鲤鱼的营养需求,所以易造成锦鲤鱼生长慢、个头小、重量轻、适口性差,活动量少,体色越来越浅,色彩不鲜艳、易患各种鱼病。
饲养锦鲤的目的在于观赏,着重于体型、体质、花纹和色泽,优秀的锦鲤饲料在锦鲤吃食后,不仅能够使锦鲤保持身上色彩的鲜艳,浓艳而不会崩溃,而且能降低发病率,提高生长速度。当前我国锦鲤养殖业发展较快,而锦鲤的营养需求研究又比较落后,因此加快锦鲤的营养需求研究,对促进我国锦鲤养殖业的快速发展将产生积极的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,其不仅能使锦鲤保持身上色彩的鲜艳,而且能促进锦鲤正常的生长代谢,能增强锦鲤的免疫力、降低锦鲤的发病率、提高锦鲤的成活率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案,一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉20-30份,南极磷虾粉10-20份,干燥的蚯蚓粉8-12份,干燥的红线虫粉8-12份,米糠8-16份,豆粕8-16份,石花菜8-12份,掌状红皮藻6-10份,玉米粉4-8份,地瓜粉4-8份,灰灰菜4-6份,荠菜4-6份,干燥的胡萝卜粉4-6份,酒糟4-6份,鱼腥草3-5份,西瓜皮3-5份,枸杞3-5份,黄袍3-5份,陈皮3-5份,桑椹2-4份,五倍子2-4份,紫云英2-4份,山楂1-3份,贝壳粉1-3份,生姜1-3份,蜂蜜1-3份,鱼油2-4份,黄原胶1-3份。
优选地,所述使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉25份,南极磷虾粉15份,干燥的蚯蚓粉10份,干燥的红线虫粉10份,米糠12份,豆粕12份,石花菜10份,掌状红皮藻8份,玉米粉6份,地瓜粉6份,灰灰菜5份,荠菜5份,干燥的胡萝卜粉5份,酒糟5份,鱼腥草4份,西瓜皮4份,枸杞4份,黄袍4份,陈皮4份,桑椹3份,五倍子3份,紫云英3份,山楂2份,贝壳粉2份,生姜2份,蜂蜜2份,鱼油3份,黄原胶2份。
投喂方法:每日分早晚两次投喂,通常情况下,日投喂量为锦鲤体重的3%-5%左右。
鱼粉与水产动物所需的氨基酸比例最接近,通常情况下,添加鱼粉后的配合饲料水产养殖动物更喜摄食,且添加鱼粉可以促进水产养殖动物的快速健康生长。南极磷虾粉是优质蛋白质的营养源,平均蛋白含量占60%左右,且南极磷虾粉中含有的虾青素在保护鱼类的活性氧种类中起到了基础性作用,南极磷虾粉中含有的β-胡萝卜素和虾青素在调节鱼类的免疫系统中发挥着重要的作用。蚯蚓具有通经活络、活血化瘀、预防治疗心脑血管疾病作用,而且是优质水产饵料,能改善饲料口感。红线虫可作为水产动物的优质动物饲料,能降低饲料的生产成本,提高养殖效益和养成品质。米糠和豆粕能为锦鲤提供粗蛋白,降低鱼粉的使用量,进而降低成本。石花菜属于红藻纲,石花菜科,含有多种藻蛋白,维生素B、胡萝卜素,不饱和脂肪酸、钾、铁、碘、磷等矿物质,石花菜还具有防暑、解毒、清热等功能。掌状红皮藻富含蛋白质、维生素、不饱和脂肪酸等营养成分,中国、日本和美国的学者曾详细地研究过其作为鲍鱼饵料的效果,发现在所有测试的潮下带海藻中,掌状红皮藻是促进鲍鱼和海胆性腺发育以及幼鲍生长最佳的海藻。玉米粉含有大量的卵磷脂、亚油酸、谷物醇、维生素E、纤维素等,具有降血压、降血脂、抗动脉硬化、预防肠癌、美容养颜、延缓衰老等多种保健功效,也是糖尿病人的适宜佳品。地瓜粉富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有“长寿食品”之誉,含糖量达到15%-20%,有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥等功效,能健脾开胃。食用灰灰菜能够预防贫血,促进儿童生长发育,对中老年缺钙者也有一定保健功能,另外,灰灰菜还含有挥发油、藜碱等特有物质,能够防止消化道寄生虫、消除口臭。荠菜中所含的二硫酚硫酮,具有抗癌作用;荠菜还含有丰富的维生素C,可预防胃癌和食管癌;荠菜含有大量的粗纤维,食用后可增强大肠蠕动,促进排泄,从而增进新陈代谢;荠菜还含有丰富的胡萝卜素。胡萝卜中含有大量的胡萝卜素,胡萝卜可以补中气、健胃消食、壮元阳、安五脏,治疗消化不良、久痢、咳嗽、夜盲症等有较好疗效。酒糟不但富含营养和能量,而且也有增进食欲的作用。鱼腥草具有清热解毒,消痈排脓,利尿通淋的作用。西瓜皮中所含的瓜氨酸能增进大鼠肝中的尿素形成,从而具有利尿作用,可以用以治疗肾炎水肿、肝病黄疸及糖尿病,还有解热、促进伤口愈合以及促进人体皮肤新陈代谢的功效。枸杞含有丰富的胡萝卜素、多种维生素和钙、铁等营养物质。黄袍果实味美,开胃,柔肝缓急,小儿食之良。陈皮主治脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多,同时能改善饲料口感。桑椹含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、糅酸、苹果酸及维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、铁、钠、钙、镁、磷、钾、胡萝卜素和花青素,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目等功效。五倍子具有抗菌作用。紫云英主治破血、止血生肌,可利养五脏,明耳目,祛热风,令人轻健,久食不厌,补人,能止热疟,活血平胃。山楂能健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰。贝壳粉能为锦鲤提供钙源。生姜是治疗盐酸-乙醇性溃疡的有效药物,其有效成分为姜烯,具有保护胃黏膜细胞的作用.在芳香健胃生药中,特别是姜科植物中多含有姜烯等萜类精油成分,是健胃生药的有效成分之一;生姜能使胃蛋白酶作用减弱,脂肪分解酶的作用增强;生姜对消化道有轻度刺激作用,可使肠张力、节律及蠕动增加,有时继之以降低,可用于因胀气或其他原因引起的肠绞痛;此外,生姜具有杀菌抑菌作用和抗氧化作用,进而能提高锦鲤的免疫力。蜂蜜能够润肠通便、能迅速弥补膂力,消除疲惫,增强对疾病的抵抗力、能抑菌灭菌。鱼油能为锦鲤提供能量并具有诱食作用。添加黄原胶可以提高饲料在水中的稳定性,有效避免水体变浑浊。
目前,提高锦鲤着色和增色的饲料中多添加有增色素,而这些增色素不仅价格高,同时还会造成水质污染和环境破坏,不利于观赏渔业的健康可持续发展。相比于投喂传统的增色配合饲料,本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的所有原料组分均为纯天然材料,没有任何的工业原料,保证了观赏鱼饲料的安全性。此外,本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料口感好,锦鲤喜欢摄食。本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料符合锦鲤的营养需求,且营养均衡,饲料品质高。由于锦鲤喜欢摄食本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,因此本发明的配合饲料中的中草药组分和促进生长的组分能被顺利摄入进锦鲤体内,进而发挥其相应的作用,提高了锦鲤的免疫力和成活率,降低了锦鲤的发病率,并促进了锦鲤的快速生长。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法,该使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将购自市场的鱼粉,南极磷虾粉,米糠,豆粕,石花菜,掌状红皮藻,玉米粉,地瓜粉,灰灰菜,荠菜,酒糟和贝壳粉原料烘干或晒干后用粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛;
(2)将蚯蚓和红线虫用淡水洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗三遍,烘干后或真空冷冻干燥后磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(3)将胡萝卜洗净,切成薄片,烘干后或真空冷冻干燥后磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(4)按配比分别称取鱼腥草,西瓜皮,枸杞,黄袍,陈皮,桑椹,五倍子,紫云英,山楂和生姜,在纯淡水中洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗干净,加入纯化水加热至沸腾后继续煮沸2-3h,得到煎煮液,将煎煮液放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的萃取液在外循环浓缩器浓缩,浓缩条件为:压力0.03Mpa,温度70℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.13-1.14的浸膏;
(6)按照配比称取步骤(1)所得的粉状物、步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得的粉状物,然后放入容器中搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(5)所得的浸膏,然后倒入按配比称量的蜂蜜、鱼油和黄原胶并混合均匀,膨化、制粒然后烘干、冷却、分装,即得目标物。
优选地,步骤(2)的具体操作是,将蚯蚓和红线虫用淡水洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗三遍,真空冷冻干燥48小时至完全干燥后冰上研磨成粉状,过80目筛。真空冷冻干燥的优点是干燥彻底,且在干燥过程中不会使蚯蚓和红线虫中所含有的活性物质失活。冰上研磨的目的是降低研磨时因不断的搅动而产生热量,以保持温度、保护组织。
优选地,步骤(3)的具体操作是,将胡萝卜洗净,切成薄片,真空冷冻干燥48小时至完全干燥后冰上研磨成粉状,过80目筛。真空冷冻干燥的优点是干燥彻底,且在干燥过程中不会使胡萝卜中所含有的活性物质失活。冰上研磨的目的是降低研磨时因不断的搅动而产生热量,以保持温度、保护组织。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:

(2)本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料口感好,锦鲤喜欢摄食;
(3)本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料符合锦鲤的营养需求,且营养均衡,饲料品质高;
(4)由于锦鲤喜欢摄食本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,因此本发明的配合饲料中的中草药组分和促进生长的组分能被顺利摄入进锦鲤体内,进而发挥其相应的作用,提高了锦鲤的免疫力和成活率,降低了锦鲤的发病率,并促进了锦鲤的快速生长;

以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
本发明第一个具体实施方式中饲料成分及其制备方法如下:
一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉20份,南极磷虾粉15份,干燥的蚯蚓粉12份,干燥的红线虫粉12份,米糠12份,豆粕8份,石花菜10份,掌状红皮藻6份,玉米粉8份,地瓜粉8份,灰灰菜4份,荠菜4份,干燥的胡萝卜粉4份,酒糟6份,鱼腥草5份,西瓜皮5份,枸杞5份,黄袍5份,陈皮3份,桑椹4份,五倍子3份,紫云英2份,山楂2份,贝壳粉2份,生姜3份,蜂蜜1份,鱼油3份,黄原胶3份。
上述使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法如下:
(1)分别将购自市场的鱼粉,南极磷虾粉,米糠,豆粕,石花菜,掌状红皮藻,玉米粉,地瓜粉,灰灰菜,荠菜,酒糟和贝壳粉原料烘干或晒干后用粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛;
(2)将蚯蚓和红线虫用淡水洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗三遍,烘干后磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(3)将胡萝卜洗净,切成薄片,烘干后磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(4)按配比分别称取鱼腥草,西瓜皮,枸杞,黄袍,陈皮,桑椹,五倍子,紫云英,山楂和生姜,在纯淡水中洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗干净,加入纯化水加热至沸腾后继续煮沸2-3h,得到煎煮液,将煎煮液放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的萃取液在外循环浓缩器浓缩,浓缩条件为:压力0.03Mpa,温度70℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.13-1.14的浸膏;
(6)按照配比称取步骤(1)所得的粉状物、步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得的粉状物,然后放入容器中搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(5)所得的浸膏,然后倒入按配比称量的蜂蜜、鱼油和黄原胶并混合均匀,膨化、制粒然后烘干、冷却、分装,即得目标物。
实施例2
本发明第二个具体实施方式中饲料成分及其制备方法如下:
一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉30份,南极磷虾粉10份,干燥的蚯蚓粉8份,干燥的红线虫粉8份,米糠16份,豆粕10份,石花菜12份,掌状红皮藻10份,玉米粉4份,地瓜粉4份,灰灰菜4份,荠菜4份,干燥的胡萝卜粉6份,酒糟6份,鱼腥草3份,西瓜皮3份,枸杞3份,黄袍3份,陈皮5份,桑椹4份,五倍子2份,紫云英4份,山楂3份,贝壳粉3份,生姜1份,蜂蜜3份,鱼油2份,黄原胶2份。
上述使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法如下:
(1)分别将购自市场的鱼粉,南极磷虾粉,米糠,豆粕,石花菜,掌状红皮藻,玉米粉,地瓜粉,灰灰菜,荠菜,酒糟和贝壳粉原料烘干或晒干后用粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛;
(2)将蚯蚓和红线虫用淡水洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗三遍,真空冷冻干燥48小时至完全干燥后冰上研磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(3)将胡萝卜洗净,切成薄片,真空冷冻干燥48小时至完全干燥后冰上研磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(4)按配比分别称取鱼腥草,西瓜皮,枸杞,黄袍,陈皮,桑椹,五倍子,紫云英,山楂和生姜,在纯淡水中洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗干净,加入纯化水加热至沸腾后继续煮沸2-3h,得到煎煮液,将煎煮液放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液;

(6)按照配比称取步骤(1)所得的粉状物、步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得的粉状物,然后放入容器中搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(5)所得的浸膏,然后倒入按配比称量的蜂蜜、鱼油和黄原胶并混合均匀,膨化、制粒然后烘干、冷却、分装,即得目标物。
实施例3
本发明第三个具体实施方式中饲料成分及其制备方法如下:
一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉22份,南极磷虾粉20份,干燥的蚯蚓粉10份,干燥的红线虫粉8份,米糠8份,豆粕16份,石花菜8份,掌状红皮藻8份,玉米粉6份,地瓜粉4份,灰灰菜6份,荠菜6份,干燥的胡萝卜粉5份,酒糟4份,鱼腥草5份,西瓜皮3份,枸杞4份,黄袍5份,陈皮5份,桑椹2份,五倍子4份,紫云英4份,山楂2份,贝壳粉3份,生姜3份,蜂蜜2份,鱼油4份,黄原胶3份。
本实施例的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法同实施例2。
实施例4

实施例5
本发明第五个具体实施方式中饲料成分及其制备方法如下:
一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉25份,南极磷虾粉15份,干燥的蚯蚓粉10份,干燥的红线虫粉10份,米糠12份,豆粕12份,石花菜10份,掌状红皮藻8份,玉米粉6份,地瓜粉6份,灰灰菜5份,荠菜5份,干燥的胡萝卜粉5份,酒糟5份,鱼腥草4份,西瓜皮4份,枸杞4份,黄袍4份,陈皮4份,桑椹3份,五倍子3份,紫云英3份,山楂2份,贝壳粉2份,生姜2份,蜂蜜2份,鱼油3份,黄原胶2份。
本实施例的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法同实施例2。
对比试验
将市售的普通配合饲料和本发明实施例1-实施例5的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料进行对比实验,以初始体重为131.65±2.09g的健康锦鲤为饲养对象,每种饲料处理设四个重复,本实验结果中,数据以平均值±标准差(mean±SD)表示,实验周期为120天,实验结果如下:
1.特定生长率
实验开始时测定经饥饿排空锦鲤的初始体重,实验结束后测定饥饿48h的锦鲤体重。
锦鲤的特定生长率(specificgrowthrate,SGR)公式为:
SGR(份d-1)=100(lnWW2-lnWW1)T-1;
WW1和WW2分别为锦鲤的初始和终末体重;T为实验时间(120天)。
由表1可见,经过120d实验,本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料与现有饲料相比,锦鲤的特定生长率差异显著(p<0.05)。此外,试验期间,投喂本发明的锦鲤配合饲料时,锦鲤的抢食情况良好,说明本发明的锦鲤配合饲料口感较好,锦鲤喜欢摄食。

2.成活率
如表2,本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料与现有的饲料相比,锦鲤的成活率差异显著(p<0.05)。此外,经观察,实验期间,投喂本发明的锦鲤配合饲料的锦鲤较活跃,游姿健美,体表无寄生虫。

3.增色率
实验结束时本发明的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料与现有的锦鲤配合饲料相比的增色率状况如下,见表3。

以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,其特征在于:由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉20-30份,南极磷虾粉10-20份,干燥的蚯蚓粉8-12份,干燥的红线虫粉8-12份,米糠8-16份,豆粕8-16份,石花菜8-12份,掌状红皮藻6-10份,玉米粉4-8份,地瓜粉4-8份,灰灰菜4-6份,荠菜4-6份,干燥的胡萝卜粉4-6份,酒糟4-6份,鱼腥草3-5份,西瓜皮3-5份,枸杞3-5份,黄袍3-5份,陈皮3-5份,桑椹2-4份,五倍子2-4份,紫云英2-4份,山楂1-3份,贝壳粉1-3份,生姜1-3份,蜂蜜1-3份,鱼油2-4份,黄原胶1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,其特征在于:所述使锦鲤增色的配合饲料,由下列质量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉25份,南极磷虾粉15份,干燥的蚯蚓粉10份,干燥的红线虫粉10份,米糠12份,豆粕12份,石花菜10份,掌状红皮藻8份,玉米粉6份,地瓜粉6份,灰灰菜5份,荠菜5份,干燥的胡萝卜粉5份,酒糟5份,鱼腥草4份,西瓜皮4份,枸杞4份,黄袍4份,陈皮4份,桑椹3份,五倍子3份,紫云英3份,山楂2份,贝壳粉2份,生姜2份,蜂蜜2份,鱼油3份,黄原胶2份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)分别将购自市场的鱼粉,南极磷虾粉,米糠,豆粕,石花菜,掌状红皮藻,玉米粉,地瓜粉,灰灰菜,荠菜,酒糟和贝壳粉原料烘干或晒干后用粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛;
(2)将蚯蚓和红线虫用淡水洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗三遍,烘干后或真空冷冻干燥后磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(3)将胡萝卜洗净,切成薄片,烘干后或真空冷冻干燥后磨成粉状,过80目筛;
(4)按配比分别称取鱼腥草,西瓜皮,枸杞,黄袍,陈皮,桑椹,五倍子,紫云英,山楂和生姜,在纯淡水中洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗干净,加入纯化水加热至沸腾后继续煮沸2-3h,得到煎煮液,将煎煮液放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液;

4.根据权利要求3所述的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)的具体操作是,将蚯蚓和红线虫用淡水洗净,再用蒸馏水冲洗三遍,真空冷冻干燥48小时至完全干燥后冰上研磨成粉状,过80目筛。
5.根据权利要求3所述的使锦鲤增色的配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)的具体操作是,将胡萝卜洗净,切成薄片,真空冷冻干燥48小时至完全干燥后冰上研磨成粉状,过80目筛。
