Abstract
本发明提供一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,由黄芪、柿叶、罗布麻等中药原料药组成。本发明秉承中医整体观念、辨证论治的原则,药物组方独特、配方严谨、选药精炼,各组分药物协同作用,相辅相成,具有滋肾平肝、理气活血、健脾通瘀之功效,达到异病同治,愈后不复发的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提升,高血压已经成为威胁人们身体健康的一种常见疾病。高血压患者在早期症状不明显,易被患者忽视,但治疗不及时导致心脑血管疾病的发生,因此高血压的相关并发症愈来愈多,其中高血压合并冠心病的发病率也逐年提高。据统计表明,在患有高血压的患者中,有许多患者还伴有冠心病,高血压合并冠心病在临床上是十分常见的一种疾病。目前临床治疗高血压合并冠心病的药物有氨氯地平(络活喜)、硝苯地平控释片(拜新同)、非洛地平缓释片(波依定)等,虽然都有一定的疗效,但是长期服用副作用较大。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,适用于高血压合并冠心病患者,疗效确切,安全无副作用。
本发明技术方案如下,一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,各原料药组分按重量份配比为:黄芪20-30份、柿叶20-40份、罗布麻10-15份、钩藤2-13份、葛根9-15份、菊花5-10份、夏枯草9-15份、焦三仙15-20份、淫羊藿3-9份、地龙5-10份、生槐花10-15份、枳壳3-9份、郁金3-9份、薤白3-9份、瓜蒌9-15份、百合6-10份、生地10-20份、珍珠母5-15份、红丹参10-50份、醋炙延胡索10-20份,茯苓20-30份、甘草5-10份。
水煎服,按上述重量份称取原料药加大枣5枚,清水1000毫升,浸泡30分钟,煮沸后文火煎30分钟,煎煮2次,合并药液为1剂。一日1剂,分2次服用,30天为一个疗程。
现代医学认为,高血压是冠心病的危险因素之一,冠心病患者合并高血压时,高血压对冠状动脉粥样硬化病变产生恶化效果,可促使患者心绞痛及心肌梗死等事件的发生,并诱发其他并发症的发生。因此,在临床中以降低患者血压为主。中医认为,冠心病属于“胸痹”范畴,本虚标实。冠心病合并高血压属于心肺气虚,瘀血痹阻,阴虚阳亢,寒邪入侵,心血不畅而致。本发明秉承中医整体观念、辨证论治的原则,认为高血压并发冠心病虽然病位在心,但与肺、脾、肝、肾有着密切关系。本发明的药物组方独特、配方严谨、选药精炼,各组分药物协同作用,相辅相成,具有滋肾平肝、理气活血、健脾通瘀之功效,达到异病同治,愈后不复发的目的。本发明各药的药理作用如下:
黄芪:【性味】甘,温。【归经】归肺、脾经。【功能主治】补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚痿黄,内热消渴;慢性肾炎蛋白尿,糖尿病。
柿叶:【性味】苦;性寒【归经】肺经【功能主治】止咳定喘;生津止渴;活血止血。主咳喘;消渴及各种内出血;赚疮。
罗布麻:【性味】甘;微苦;性凉【功能主治】清热平肝;利水消肿。主高血压;眩晕;头痛;心悸;失眠;水肿尿水。
钩藤:【性味】甘,凉。【归经】归肝、心包经。【功能主治】清热平肝,息风定惊。用于头痛眩晕,感冒夹惊,惊痫抽搐,妊娠子痫;高血压。
葛根:【性味】甘、辛,凉。【归经】归脾、胃经。【功能主治】解肌退热,生津,透疹,升阳止泻。用于外感发热头痛、项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻;高血压颈项强痛。
菊花:【性味】甘、苦,微寒。【归经】归肺、肝经。【功能主治】散风清热,平肝明目。用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花。
夏枯草:【性味】辛、苦,寒。【归经】归肝、胆经。【功能主治】清火,明目,散结,消肿。用于目赤肿痛,目珠夜痛,头痛眩晕,瘰疬,瘿瘤,乳痈肿痛;甲状腺肿大,淋巴结结核,乳腺增生,高血压。
焦三仙是焦神曲、焦山楂、焦麦芽三种药配伍的统称,具有健脾开胃、消食导滞功效。焦神曲味甘、辛,药性温。入脾、胃经。功能健脾和胃、消食调中。用于治疗饮食停滞,胸痞腹胀,呕吐泻痢,产后瘀血腹痛,小儿腹大坚积。焦山楂味酸、甘,药性微温,归睥、胃、肝经。功能消食健胃、活血化瘀、收敛止痢。用于治疗肉积痰饮、痞满吞酸、泻痢肠风、腰痛疝气、产后儿枕痛、恶露不尽、小儿乳食停滞焦麦芽味甘,药性平。归脾、胃经。功能行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀。用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汁郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳。三味药配伍,有消导食积作用,适用于食欲不振、消化不良、脘痞胀满等症。
淫羊藿:【性味】辛、甘,温。【归经】归肝、肾经。【功能主治】补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精,筋骨痿软,风湿痹痛,麻木拘挛;更年期高血压。
地龙:【性味】咸,寒。【归经】归肝、脾、膀胱经。【功能主治】清热定惊,通络,平喘,利尿。用于高热神昏,惊痫抽搐,关节痹痛,肢体麻木,半身不遂,肺热喘咳,尿少水肿,高血压。
生槐花:【性味】苦、性微寒【归经】归肝、大肠经;【功能主治】入血敛降,体轻微散;具有凉血止血,清肝泻火的功效;主治肠风便血,痔血,血痢,尿血,血淋,崩漏,吐血,衄血,肝火头痛,目赤肿痛,喉痹,失音,痈疽疮疡。
枳壳:【性味】苦、辛、酸,温。【归经】归脾、胃经。【功能主治】理气宽中,行滞消胀。用于胸胁气滞,胀满疼痛,食积不化,痰饮内停;胃下垂,脱肛,子官脱垂。
郁金:【性味】辛、苦,寒。【归经】归肝、心、肺经。【功能主治】行气化瘀,清心解郁,利胆退黄。用于经闭痛经,胸腹胀痛、刺痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,黄疸尿赤。
薤白:【性味】辛、苦,温。【归经】归肺、胃、大肠经。【功能主治】通阳散结,行气导滞。用于胸痹疼痛,痰饮咳喘,泄痢后重。
瓜蒌:【性味】甘、微苦、寒。【归经】归肺、胃、大肠经。【功能主治】清热涤痰,宽胸散结,润燥滑肠。用于肺热咳嗽,痰浊黄稠,胸痹心痛,结胸痞满,乳痈,肺痈,肠痈肿痛,大便秘结。
百合:【性味】甘;微苦;微寒【归经】心;肺经【功能主治】养阴润肺;清心安神。主阴虚久嗽;痰中带血;热病后期;余热未清,或情志不遂所致的虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦、精神恍惚;痈肿;湿疮
生地黄:【性味】甘,寒。【归经】归心、肝、肾经。【功能主治】清热凉血,养阴,生津。用于热病舌绛烦渴,阴虚内热,骨蒸劳热,内热消渴,吐血,衄血,发斑发疹。
珍珠母:【性味】咸,寒。【归经】归肝、心经。【功能主治】平肝潜阳,定惊明目。用于头痛眩晕,烦躁失眠,肝热目赤,肝虚目昏。
红丹参:【性味】味淡;微苦;性凉。【功能主治】补肾壮骨;活血调经;凉血止血。主肾虚腰痛;风湿痛;头晕;月经不调;痛经;经闭;崩漏;便血;吐血;衄血;跌打瘀痛;刀伤出血。
延胡索:【性味】辛、苦,温。【归经】归肝、脾经。【功能主治】活血,利气,止痛。用于胸胁、脘腹疼痛,经闭痛经,产后瘀阻,跌扑肿痛。
茯苓:【性味】甘、淡,平。【归经】归心、肺、脾、肾经。【功能主治】利水渗湿,健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
甘草:【性味】甘,平。【归经】归心、肺、脾、胃经。【功能主治】补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例和试验例对本发明作进一步描述。但本发明并不限于实施例所述,本领域普通技术人员作某些修改,均在本发明保护范围内。
实施例1.一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,各原料药组分按重量配比为:黄芪20克、柿叶20克、罗布麻10克、钩藤2克、葛根9克、菊花5克、夏枯草9克、焦三仙15克、淫羊藿3克、地龙5克、生槐花10克、枳壳3克、郁金3克、薤白3克、瓜蒌9克、百合6克、生地10克、珍珠母5克、红丹参10克、醋炙延胡索10克,茯苓20克、甘草5克。
水煎服,按上述重量克称取原料药加大枣5枚,清水1000毫升,浸泡30分钟,煮沸后文火煎30分钟,煎煮2次,合并药液为1剂。一日1剂,分2次服用,30天为一个疗程。
实施例2.一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,各原料药组分按重量配比为:黄芪30克、柿叶40克、罗布麻15克、钩藤13克、葛根15克、菊花10克、夏枯草15克、焦三仙20克、淫羊藿9克、地龙10克、生槐花15克、枳壳9克、郁金9克、薤白9克、瓜蒌15克、百合10克、生地20克、珍珠母15克、红丹参50克、醋炙延胡索20克,茯苓30克、甘草10克。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3.一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,各原料药组分按重量配比为:黄芪25克、柿叶30克、罗布麻12克、钩藤10克、葛根10克、菊花8克、夏枯草10克、焦三仙18克、淫羊藿6克、地龙8克、生槐花12克、枳壳6克、郁金6克、薤白6克、瓜蒌12克、百合8克、生地15克、珍珠母10克、红丹参30克、醋炙延胡索15克,茯苓25克、甘草8克。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4.一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,各原料药组分按重量配比为:黄芪25克、柿叶35克、罗布麻11克、钩藤8克、葛根12克、菊花8克、夏枯草12克、焦三仙18克、淫羊藿8克、地龙7克、生槐花11克、枳壳8克、郁金8克、薤白8克、瓜蒌14克、百合8克、生地15克、珍珠母12克、红丹参45克、醋炙延胡索18克,茯苓22克、甘草7克。
制备方法同实施例1。
本发明用于治疗高血压并发冠心病疗效确切,并经临床试验取得了满意效果。经确诊对80例高血压并发冠心病患者进行治疗,总有效率92.5%,而且在用药治疗期间无发现有任何不良反应和毒副作用,表明用药安全、有效。
1、资料与方法
1.1般资料:选择我院2009年10月一2012年12月期间收治的80例高血压合并冠心病患者的临床资料作为研究对象,所有患者在入院后经临床专家诊断均确诊为高血压合并冠心病,男61例,女39例,年龄45-76岁,平均58岁。在这80例患者中,有33例患者出现总胆固醇异常,14例患者出现三酰甘油异常以及39例患者出现低密度脂蛋白胆固醇异常。根据患者入院的先后随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例患者。两组患者在年龄、性别等方而差异无统计学意义((P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2方法:给对照组患者采用常规治疗高血压合并冠心病的药物进行治疗,而治疗组患者则采用本发明中药进行治疗,服用剂量为一日一剂,对两组患者连续用药治疗8周,并且在此期间对患者的血压血脂情况进行观察测量。
1.3疗效评定:显效:患者的总胆固醇下降的幅度超过20%,三酰甘油下降的幅度超过40%或低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的下降幅度超过20%;有效:患者的总胆固醇下降的幅度在10%-20%之间,三酰甘油下降的幅度在20%-40%之间或者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的下降幅度在10%一20%之间;无效:患者在治疗后没有达到上述两种情况。
1.4统计学分析:采用合适的统计学软件对本次研究的结果进行统计学分析,对分析所得结果以均数±标准差表示,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。
2结果
通过对两组高血压合并冠心病患者进行为期8个月的药物治疗后发现,两组患者的临床症状均在一定程度上出现好转,但是通过比较两组的结果发现:采用本发明中药进行治疗的患者在血压方面的状况明显优于对照组,此外,结果显示相比于对照组患者,在总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面的测量值均在一定程度上下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。详见表1和表2。对照组患者中,有5例患者在治疗期间出现头晕、恶心等症状,还有2例患者出现胃肠道不良反应。治疗组未出现不良反应。

由统计结果可以看出,本发明药物治疗高血压合并冠心病方面效果显著。不仅能够有效改善患者血管,稳定患者血压,而且比其他降压药物更为持久,下面结合病例做进一步说明。
病例介绍:王某,男,56岁。2006年因间断性胸闷痛3年就诊。3年前无明显诱因出现胸闷痛、阵发性发作。查心电图示:前壁心肌缺血。血压165/95mmHg,间断口服复方降压胶囊、速效救心丸、复方丹参滴丸等药,症状改善不佳,来我院就诊。症见阵发性胸闷痛,头晕耳鸣,腰酸膝软,夜寐欠安,五心烦热,舌红苔少,脉细数结代。诊断:冠心病、心绞痛、高血压病Ⅱ级。给予本发明中药治疗,每日1剂,水煎取汁,分早晚2次温服。服药两周后症状减轻,胸闷痛发作次数减少,程度减轻,头晕、烦热症状明显好转,睡眠有所改善,舌红苔少,脉结代。继续服用一个月后诸症减轻,胸闷痛基本消失,头晕、心烦症状未作,睡眠明显改善,症状好转。继续服用1个月后诸症消失,血压140/80mmHg,复查心电图:前壁心肌缺血明显好转。

1.一种治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,其特征是,各原料药组分按重量份配比为:黄芪20-30份、柿叶20-40份、罗布麻10-15份、钩藤2-13份、葛根9-15份、菊花5-10份、夏枯草9-15份、焦三仙15-20份、淫羊藿3-9份、地龙5-10份、生槐花10-15份、枳壳3-9份、郁金3-9份、薤白3-9份、瓜蒌9-15份、百合6-10份、生地10-20份、珍珠母5-15份、红丹参10-50份、醋炙延胡索10-20份,茯苓20-30份、甘草5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物,其特征是,各原料药组分按重量份配比为:黄芪25份、柿叶30份、罗布麻12份、钩藤10份、葛根10份、菊花8份、夏枯草10份、焦三仙18份、淫羊藿6份、地龙8份、生槐花12份、枳壳6份、郁金6份、薤白6份、瓜蒌12份、百合8份、生地15份、珍珠母10份、红丹参30份、醋炙延胡索15份,茯苓25份、甘草8份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的治疗高血压合并冠心病的中药组合物制成的制剂,其特征是,制备方法是:按重量份称取原料药加大枣5枚,清水1000毫升,浸泡30分钟,煮沸后文火煎30分钟,煎煮2次,合并药液为1剂。
