发明内容
含柚子芳香美味的食品,采用柚皮、(各地生产)柚皮橘红、(化州产)大豆蛋白、三七、骨碎补、杜仲、猪骨、牛骨、燕麦、牛磺酸、β-环状糊精和甜菊苷等原料制备而成。不但有宽中理气、消食、止咳平喘的功效,还有补骨强骨,增加骨密度、利于钙的吸收、降血压和降血脂的作用。

1.本发明巧用柚皮做成保健食品及日常的食品改良剂,甘香美味。柚皮和化州小果实制得的柚皮橘红富含柚皮苷,柚皮苷有增加骨密度功能,促进钙质吸收的效果。还有止咳化痰平喘、抗氧化、抗炎作用。
2.采用大豆蛋白能改善骨质疏松,提高骨中的矿物质含量和骨密度,促进骨质代谢,调节血脂、降低血脂。骨碎补有补肝肾、强筋骨和降血压的功效,也含有柚皮苷,与柚皮及柚皮橘红中的柚皮苷一起组合使用,更增强坚骨、骨密度的功能。牛磺酸能促进胆汁分泌、利于钙的吸收和消化、提高免疫力、降血糖、保肝和解毒作用。
3.猪骨和牛骨对人体的骨健康生长有良好的诱导作用。三七根中含多种人参皂苷成分,还含有三七多糖、槲皮素及其衍生物黄酮等,具有抗疲劳、强身、壮筋骨和耐缺氧功能,能抗心、脑、肝缺血,增加血流量和血流速度,还有降血脂、抗炎、抗心律失常、解毒等作用。

柚皮橘红:又名化橘红、化州橘红。主要成分,化州柚制得的“正毛化橘红”含柚皮苷3.15%-3.32%。红橘红胎由化州柚的直径1-2公分的幼小果实制得者含柚皮苷28.98%-29.34%,直径5-6公分者含柚皮苷7.25%-8.35%,含挥发油约0.3%。柚果皮中所含黄酮类物质除柚皮苷外,还含橙皮苷等。生理功能,1.止咳祛痰清咽。2.抗氧化。3.抗炎作用。4.增加骨密度。柚皮苷有促进钙质吸收,增强骨密度功效。

三七:又名参三七、田七。主要成分三七根中含多种人参皂苷成分。还含有三七多糖、槲皮素及其衍生物黄酮等。生理功能1.抗疲劳、强身、壮筋骨。所含人参皂苷与人参有相同作用。2.传统上用作止血剂及止痛。能抑制血小板聚集,降低血液粘度和血栓形成。3.耐缺氧功能,能抗心、脑、肝缺血,增加血流量和血流速度。4.中枢抑制作用,降低自主活动,有催眠、抗惊厥等作用。5.有降血脂、抗炎、抗心律失常、解毒等作用。
猪骨:药理1.抗炎、镇痛作用。2.骨诱生作用,猪骨基质明胶植入人工致兔胫骨缺损处,能诱导缺损区成骨。3.其他作用,大鼠代谢试验表明猪骨制取的骨钙盐,其骨钙能更有效地被动物利用。功用,止渴,补虚,解毒。主治,消渴,肺结核,产后乳少,下痢,疽毒,牛皮癣。
牛骨:药理,有骨诱导作用。新生小牛股骨经粉碎、脱脂、消化和部分脱蛋白后,植入家兔桡骨缺损处,有明显骨诱导作用。给6-7岁儿童牛骨髓骨粉酥糖食用,连续3个月,其龋齿的发生率明显低于对照组,而身高、体重的增长也优于对照组,更有减少感冒,使注意力集中,智商上升等优越性。
牛磺酸:又名2-氨基乙磺酸。主要功能促进胆汁分泌和吸收,有利于婴幼儿大脑发育、神经传导、视觉机能的完善、钙的吸收及脂类物质的消化吸收。生理功能1.对用脑过度、运动及工作过劳者能消除疲劳。2.维持人体大脑正常的生理功能。3.维持正常的视觉机能。4.抗氧化,延缓衰老作用。5.促进人体对脂类物质的消化吸收,并参与胆汁酿盐代谢。6.提高免疫力。7.降血糖。同时保护胰岛细胞。8.有保肝和解毒作用,能够促进急性肝炎恢复正常。
燕麦:营养成分蛋白质含量13.6%-16.01%,脂肪4.28%-8.80%,脂肪中亚油酸含量41.4%-49.5%,均远比其他粮食作物都高。膳食纤维、钙、铁等含量也较其他粮食制品丰富。含特有的燕麦蒽酰胺类抗氧化物质,还含有阿魏酸、咖啡酸、香豆酸、儿茶酚等酚类抗氧化物质。有降血脂、降血糖、抗氧化的生理功能。
β-环状糊精:又称麦芽七糖、环七糊精。是由淀粉经微生物酶作用后提取制成的由7个葡萄糖残基以β-1,4-糖苷健结合构成的环状物。相对分子质量1135。性质,白色或几乎白色的结晶粉末,无臭,略有甜味,溶于水,难溶于甲醇、乙醇、丙酮等。本品在碱性水溶液中稳定,遇酿则缓慢水解。可与多种化合物形成包合物,使其稳定、增溶、缓释、乳化、抗氧化、抗分解、保温、防潮,具有掩饰异味的作用。可用于去除苦味、腥味、豆腥味等异味。
甜菊苷;又名甜菊糖苷,甜菊糖。本品以植物甜菊叶为原料,通过絮凝、过滤、吸附树脂提取、脱盐、脱色等而制得。甜菊苷的热值仅为蔗糖1/300适合于制作糖尿病、肥胖症、心血管病患者食用的保健食品。用于糖果,还有防龋齿的作用。口感清甜,后味清凉。甜度为蔗糖的180倍以上。
Claims (8)
1.含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.005-0.015份、杜仲15-150份、柚皮橘红10-100份、骨碎补16-160份、猪骨20-200份、燕麦36-360份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量,
将2000份柚皮干燥后烧成炭灰,将柚皮炭灰筛选,得柚皮灰,将2000份柚皮切碎榨汁,得浓厚芳香带苦味的柚皮汁,将适量β-环状糊精加入柚皮汁中拌匀,分解其苦味,再加入适量甜菊苷中和柚皮汁的苦味,得浓厚芳香无苦味柚皮汁,将猪骨烘干粉碎成末,将杜仲、柚皮橘红、骨碎补和燕麦筛选净化,粉碎成末后混合,加入猪骨粉末一起混合,并加入粉碎末药物总重量15-18%的柚皮灰混合拌匀,加入大豆蛋白和适量牛磺酸拌匀,再加入适量柚皮汁充分拌匀,压制成片,即成为含柚子芳香美味的食品。
2.根据权利要求1所述含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.005份、杜仲15份、柚皮橘红10份、骨碎补16份、猪骨20份、燕麦36份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.010份、杜仲75份、柚皮橘红50份、骨碎补80份、猪骨100份、燕麦180份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量。
4.根据权利要求1所述含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.015份、杜仲150份、柚皮橘红100份、骨碎补160份、猪骨200份、燕麦360份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量。
5.含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.006-0.018份、三七12-120份、杜仲15-150份、柚皮橘红12-120份、骨碎补18-180份、牛骨20-200份、燕麦40-400份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量,

6.根据权利要求5所述含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.006份、三七12份、杜仲15份、柚皮橘红12份、骨碎补18份、牛骨20份、燕麦40份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量。
7.根据权利要求5所述含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.012份、三七60份、杜仲75份、柚皮橘红60份、骨碎补90份、牛骨100份、燕麦200份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量。
8.根据权利要求5所述含柚子芳香美味的食品,其特征在于,由按重量份数的组分组成:大豆蛋白0.018份、三七120份、杜仲150份、柚皮橘红120份、骨碎补180份、牛骨200份、燕麦400份、柚皮4000份、牛磺酸适量、β-环状糊精适量、甜菊苷适量。
