背景技术
赤果(TorreyaArn),即榧子,又称香榧、玉山果、玉榧、野极子等,为红豆杉科榧属,植物全世界有8种和8个栽培品种,除佛罗里达榧和加州榧产于美国和日本榧产于日本之外,我国有4种,8个栽培品种及1个引进栽培种,该属植物种子均富含优质脂肪油,可供食用或工业用。其中,赤果始载于《神农本草经》,历版《中国药典》均收载,具有杀虫、清积、润肠、通便之功效;云南榧子以“木榧子”之名收录于《云南省药品标准》;日本榧种子油能通过麻痹蛙和豚鼠体内寄生虫的神经而在5min~10min内将其杀灭;栽培品种香榧子为我国珍贵的著名干果,炒熟后香酥甘醇,风味独特,品质甚佳,营养丰富。
赤果营养成分丰富,主要包含以下几类:(1)脂肪酸:赤果种子种仁含油率高是其香脆的重要原因之一,香榧种子种仁含油率为54.62%~61.47%,平均达57.02%,香榧种仁油脂含有7种脂肪酸,以亚油酸、油酸等不饱和脂肪酸为主,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总数的79.41%;(2)蛋白质与氨基酸:研究发现赤果含有大约19种氨基酸;(3)矿物元素:赤果种子种仁中含有19种矿物元素,生命必需元素钙、钾、镁、铁、锰、铬、锌、铜、镍、氟、硒等全部具备,其中钾、钙、铁、锌、硒等元素含量丰富,具有很高的营养价值,香榧种子种仁钾质量分数高达7.0~11.8g/kg~1,是所有干果中最高的,香榧种子种仁中镁质量分数为0.50~3.14g/kg~1,绝大多数样品均在2.50g/kg~1以上,属于含镁丰富的干果;(4)维生素:赤果种仁中含有5种维生素:VB1、VB2、VD3、烟酸和叶酸。
关于赤果的药理功效,传统中医药学认为,赤果具有消除疳积、润肺滑肠、化痰止咳之功能,适用于多种便秘、疝气、痔疮、消化不良、食积和咳痰症状。赤果可以用于多种肠道寄生虫病的治疗,如小儿蛔虫、蛲虫、钩虫等。赤果中脂肪酸和维生素E含量较高,经常食用可润泽肌肤、延缓衰老,食用赤果对保护视力有益,因为它含有较多的维生素A等有益眼睛的成分,对眼睛干涩、易流泪、夜盲等症状有预防和缓解的功效。
由于赤果香气过于浓烈,味道偏大,添加到食品中会影响食品的口感,现有技术中将赤果应用于保健食品的研究较少。因此,充分利用赤果的营养价值,开发具有优异保健功效的保健产品,满足和丰富人们日益增长的物质需求,具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种全新的赤果保健片,其以赤果提取物为主要活性成分,具有优异的缓解眼疲劳功效。
本发明解决该技术问题的技术方案是:
一种缓解眼疲劳的赤果保健片,原料按重量百分比组成如下:赤果提取物1~5%,二水硫酸钙30~40%,60%蔗糖溶液10~20%,聚乙烯醇5~10%,交联羧甲基纤维素钠10~20%,海藻酸钠2~5%,氢化植物油1~2%,三氯叔丁醇0.1~0.2%,桔子香精适量,纯化水至100%。
优选的,原料按重量百分比组成如下:赤果提取物3%,二水硫酸钙30%,60%蔗糖溶液12%,聚乙烯醇8%,交联羧甲基纤维素钠15%,海藻酸钠5%,氢化植物油2%,三氯叔丁醇0.1%,桔子香精适量,纯化水至100%。
所述赤果提取物的制备方法为:取赤果粉碎,过100目筛,按料液比1:(20~30)加入蒸馏水,浸提约1~2h,然后采用水蒸气蒸馏提取5h,除去水分,即得。优选的,所述料液比优选为1:25,浸提时间优选为2h。
本发明同时提供了上述缓解眼疲劳的赤果保健片的制备方法,其操作步骤为:先将赤果提取物,二水硫酸钙,聚乙烯醇和交联羧甲基纤维素钠混合均匀,过80目筛,加入海藻酸钠,60%蔗糖溶液、桔子香精、三氯叔丁醇和纯化水,制软材,过18目筛,干燥,整粒,加入氢化植物油,混合均匀后压片即得。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了赤果提取物的制备方法,由此获得了富含缓解眼疲劳功效的活性成分,同时,本发明通过处方筛选确定了各种添加剂的最佳选择以及各组分的最佳配比,很好的控制了赤果提取物香味浓烈的技术问题,由此获得了消费者体验好,易于接受的保健产品。
(2)本发明采用片剂的形式制备保健食品,方便携带,使用便利,起到了较好的缓解眼疲劳效果,同时使用桔子香精掩盖了其他组分的不良味道,从而使得保健片易于让消费者接受。

取赤果粉碎,过100目筛,按料液比1:20加入蒸馏水,浸提约2h,然后采用水蒸气蒸馏提取5h,除去水分,即得赤果提取物;按如下重量百分比称取各原料:赤果提取物1%,二水硫酸钙40%,60%蔗糖溶液20%,聚乙烯醇5%,交联羧甲基纤维素钠10%,海藻酸钠5%,氢化植物油1.2%,三氯叔丁醇0.2%,桔子香精适量,纯化水至100%,先将赤果提取物,二水硫酸钙,聚乙烯醇和交联羧甲基纤维素钠混合均匀,过80目筛,加入海藻酸钠,60%蔗糖溶液、桔子香精、三氯叔丁醇和纯化水,制软材,过18目筛,干燥,整粒,加入氢化植物油,混合均匀后压片即得。
实施例2:

取赤果粉碎,过100目筛,按料液比1:30加入蒸馏水,浸提约1h,然后采用水蒸气蒸馏提取5h,除去水分,即得赤果提取物;按如下重量百分比称取各原料:赤果提取物5%,二水硫酸钙35%,60%蔗糖溶液12%,聚乙烯醇10%,交联羧甲基纤维素钠20%,海藻酸钠3%,氢化植物油2%,三氯叔丁醇0.15%,桔子香精适量,纯化水至100%,先将赤果提取物,二水硫酸钙,聚乙烯醇和交联羧甲基纤维素钠混合均匀,过80目筛,加入海藻酸钠,60%蔗糖溶液、桔子香精、三氯叔丁醇和纯化水,制软材,过18目筛,干燥,整粒,加入氢化植物油,混合均匀后压片即得。
实施例4:赤果缓解眼疲劳保健片的药效研究
选自A、B两个实验人群:
A组实验人群:在校高中生50人,其中男25人,女25人,年龄:15~18岁。症状:因学习压力较大,导致肝火炽盛,出现眼睛干涩疲劳,流泪,视力有所下降,视物较模糊。
B组实验人群:在职工作人员50人,其中男25人,女25人,年龄:25~45岁。症状:因工作压力较大,生活作息不规律,每日长时间使用电脑,导致肝火炽盛,出现眼涩、易疲劳,视力减退,视物较模糊,偶尔出现眼睛肿胀、肿痛、红赤流泪、头昏头痛。
A、B两组实验人群每日3次服用本发明实施例2的赤果缓解疲劳保健片,每次服用4片,用温水送服,连续服用一个月。
疗效评定标准:
无效:症状无缓解或效果不明显。
显效:眼睛干涩疲劳感、肿胀感有所消失,视力较饮用本发明之前有所提高,及其他症状有所减轻
有效:症状缓解显著,视物清晰,视力有所恢复。
结果如表1所示:

结果显示,本发明的赤果缓解眼疲劳保健片缓解眼部疲劳效果卓越,产生了显著的技术效果,具有广阔的应用前景。

Claims (5)
1.一种缓解眼疲劳的赤果保健片,其特征在于,原料按重量百分比组成如下:赤果提取物1~5%,二水硫酸钙30~40%,60%蔗糖溶液10~20%,聚乙烯醇5~10%,交联羧甲基纤维素钠10~20%,海藻酸钠2~5%,氢化植物油1~2%,三氯叔丁醇0.1~0.2%,桔子香精适量,纯化水至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解眼疲劳的赤果保健片,其特征在于,原料按重量百分比组成如下:赤果提取物3%,二水硫酸钙30%,60%蔗糖溶液12%,聚乙烯醇8%,交联羧甲基纤维素钠15%,海藻酸钠5%,氢化植物油2%,三氯叔丁醇0.1%,桔子香精适量,纯化水至100%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓解眼疲劳的赤果保健片,其特征在于,所述赤果提取物的制备方法为:取赤果粉碎,过100目筛,按料液比1:(20~30)加入蒸馏水,浸提约1~2h,然后采用水蒸气蒸馏提取5h,除去水分,即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的缓解眼疲劳的赤果保健片,其特征在于,所述料液比优选为1:25,浸提时间优选为2h。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的缓解眼疲劳的赤果保健片的制备方法,其特征在于,其操作步骤为:先将赤果提取物,二水硫酸钙,聚乙烯醇和交联羧甲基纤维素钠混合均匀,过80目筛,加入海藻酸钠,60%蔗糖溶液、桔子香精、三氯叔丁醇和纯化水,制软材,过18目筛,干燥,整粒,加入氢化植物油,混合均匀后压片即得。
