技术领域
本发明涉及一种磨床芯棒,主要用于筒状零件的外圆加工,属于机加工设备技术领域。
背景技术
轴套是套在转轴上的筒状机械零件,在设备中可起到支承、定位、导向或保护轴的作用。目前,轴套加工用夹具一般采用一芯轴与轴套配合定位,轴套的锁紧通常都是用一螺母或一垫片加一螺母直接压紧轴套端面。为了保证轴套加工时的稳定性,通常轴套与芯轴配合的很死,因此工件拆卸起来十分不便,大大降低了生产效率,同时也容易造成芯轴和轴套表面磨损,从而对工件加工质量造成影响,增加了产品的加工成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种磨床芯棒,其拆卸起来十分方便,大大提高了生产效率,同时保证了产品的加工质量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种磨床芯棒,它包括连接段和安装段,所述安装段外表面呈锥形,其锥度为1:5000,所述安装段外表面上开设有一条螺旋槽,所述螺旋槽的长度贯穿整个安装段,所述螺旋槽两端封闭,所述安装段内部开设有液压油通道,所述螺旋槽内开设在有液压油孔,所述液压油通道与液压油孔相连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种磨床芯棒,其安装段外表面开设有一条螺旋槽,在轴套装夹时,轴套内壁上的赃物可进入螺旋槽内,从而防止加工时对轴套内壁造成损伤,影响最终产品质量;另外拆卸时往液压油通道内注入液压油,使得轴套与芯轴分离,方便了轴套的拆卸,大大提高了生产效率,同时也减少了轴套和芯轴的磨损,节省了生产成本。
