Abstract

一种三通管旋压冷拔工艺,其特征是经过钻预加工孔,放入旋压体,连接机床,旋压、拉拔工艺步骤。在连接杆延预加工孔轴向外拉时,旋压套在弹簧的作用下向下压紧管体并且限制新管路的管口上抬的位置,从而使新管路沿着旋压套内壁向上延伸,产出的管件管体锥度小,管口平整,不易产生裂纹,产出费品少,操作简便,有效降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管件冷拔加工工艺,特别是一种三通管旋压冷拔工艺。
背景技术
现在,在制冷系统和石化工业中普遍使用的三通管件多采用冷拔或液体胀形的方法,在主管体上加工出新的管路,采用传统冷拔工艺或者液体胀形的方法加工出来的新的管路的管体锥度大,管口容易出现高低不平的现象,并且常常出现裂纹,易产出废品,加大生产成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种采用旋压与冷拔工艺结合的,产出的管件管体锥度小、管口平整、不易产生裂纹的三通管旋压冷拔工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1.钻预加工孔:按照新管路的管体高度和管口直径,在待加工的管件上钻预加工孔;
2.放入旋压体:把截面直径大于预加工孔的旋压体从管件一端置入于预加工孔下并且使旋压体的连接孔对准预加工孔,使两孔同心;
3.连接机床:在预加工孔上设置一个顶部封口且内壁为平面的管状旋压套,并且在旋压套上部加装弹簧,将机床连接杆的膨胀头依次穿过弹簧、管状旋压套顶面和预加工孔与旋压体的连接孔紧密连接;
4.旋压、拉拔:将连接杆延预加工孔轴向外拉,同时旋转成型后即可。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,在连接杆延预加工孔轴向外拉时,旋压套在弹簧的作用下向下压紧管体并且限制新管路的管口上抬的位置,从而使新管路沿着旋压套内壁向上延伸,产出的管件管体锥度小,管口平整,不易产生裂纹,产出费品少,操作简便,有效降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种三通管旋压冷拔工艺,具体工艺步骤如下
1.按照新管路2的管体高度和管口直径,在待加工的管件1上钻预加工孔;
2.把截面直径大于预加工孔的旋压体3从管件1一端置入于预加工孔下并且使旋压体3的连接孔对准预加工孔,使两孔同心;
3.在预加工孔上设置一个顶部封口且内壁为平面的管状旋压套5,并且在旋压套5上部加装弹簧6,将机床连接杆4的膨胀头依次穿过弹簧6、管状旋压套5顶面和预加工孔与旋压体3的连接孔紧密连接;
4.将连接杆4延预加工孔轴向外拉,同时旋转成型后即可。

1.一种三通管旋压冷拔工艺,其特征是经过如下工艺步骤:
钻预加工孔:按照新管路的管体高度和管口直径,在待加工的管件上钻预加工孔;
放入旋压体:把截面直径大于预加工孔的旋压体从管件一端置入于预加工孔下并且使旋压体的连接孔对准预加工孔,使两孔同心;
连接机床:在预加工孔上设置一个顶部封口且内壁为平面的管状旋压套,并且在旋压套上部加装弹簧,将机床连接杆的膨胀头依次穿过弹簧、管状旋压套顶面和预加工孔与旋压体的连接孔紧密连接;
旋压、拉拔:将连接杆延预加工孔轴向外拉,同时旋转成型后即可。
