Description

本发明涉及一种使管子端缘带有沿径向向外突出的卷边的方法,该管子是用薄板制成的。本发明还涉及一种实施该方法的管件。
众所周知,对于采用薄板制造的管子,例如螺旋卷绕的管子来说,可以使其端缘部带有卷边或类似的突缘,通过它可以将二节管子紧紧地相互连接,所述的连接是通过夹紧装置或类似的装置实现的,该装置位于管子端缘部的卷边附近,将管边相互拉紧,或者使其紧紧地靠在夹紧装置的相应密封面上,在管子的端缘处要想制出这种卷边需要在工厂进行,要采用功率很大的特殊机器对管子的端部进行卷边,到目前为止,尚不能对已被截短的管子在其被截断之后再及时将卷边加在其端缘处,这是一个明显的缺陷。
本发明的目的是提供一种方法,使薄板制成的管子的端缘处具有卷边,从而避免上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种在由薄板制成的管子的端缘设置一个径向向外突出的卷边的方法,包括的步骤为:将一个在第一端缘带有第一径向向外突出的卷边的短管件插入管子,所述第一径向向外突出的卷边位于管子的端缘之外,在管件的第二端缘上和在管子上滚压出第二径向向外突出的卷边,从而牢固地将管件固定在管子的内部,其特征在于管件在插入管子之前带有至少两个附加并隔开的径向向外突出的卷边,所述附加卷边设置在管件的所述第一和第二端缘之间,并且附加卷边设置在与管子的内径大致对应的管件的外径上,并且在插入后附加卷边使管件牢固地卡紧并固定在管子内。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种实现上述方法所用的管件,用以在由薄板制成的管子的端缘设置一个径向向外突出的卷边,管件被插入管子内并带有一第一端缘和一第二端缘,第一端缘上设置有位于管子的端缘外面的第一径向向外突出的卷边,而第二卷边在插入后则与管子内侧上的卷边一起被滚压出第二径向向外突出的卷边,其特征在于管件在插入管子之前带有至少两个附加并隔开的径向向外突出的卷边,所述附加卷边设置在管件的所述第一和第二端缘之间,并且附加卷边设置在与管子的内径大致对应的管件的外径上,并且在插入后附加卷边使管件牢固地卡紧并固定在管子内。
使用一端具有卷边的已被截短的管件时,只需在建筑工地将该管件插入一根短管中,接下来,即可采用一种传统的卷边机对位于管子内部的所述管件的端部卷边进行辊压,这样,在管壁上同样可产生一卷边,而且这二个相互重叠在一起的卷边的相互结合可以将所述的管件牢牢地固定在管子内部。
本方法还具有另一个优点,所述的卷边辊压在管子和管件之间产生一个平滑的转移,从而避免了管子中材料转移时所产生的噪音和压力损失。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在将管件插入管子中之前,管件上可以至少带有二个沿径向向外突出的卷边,这样,在插入之后,这些卷边就可以使管件紧紧地夹持并紧固在管子内部。
制造卷边时应使管件上卷边顶部的直径基本上相当于管子的内径,当管件插入管内时即可确保一种紧配关系,各卷边之间留有一定间隙,该间隙要足够大,从而允许管件被同轴地导入管子之中。
在另一实施例中,管件在插入之后可以点焊在管子中,或者在管子及管件上压出一些沿径向向外凸起的压纹,从而使管件更牢固地固定在管中。
在另一实施例中,可以用一种密封材料对管件进行涂敷,这种材料可以是一种弹性材料,最好是橡胶或特氟隆,密封材料也可以是一种胶泥。
该密封材料可以事先放置在管件的外部。例如可以采用粘合或硫化的方法将一层橡胶固着在管件上,或者在管件与管子结合之前,将密封材料,例如胶泥喷涂在管件上。
另一个实施例的特点是将一种粘合剂涂在管件的部分外表面上,这样管件与管子间的结合强度就可提高。
本发明还涉及一种用于上述方法中的管件,该管件的特征在于在其一个端部的外缘处具有一个沿径向向外突出的卷边。
本发明有关该管件的一些具体实施例被记载于权利要求10-15之中。
现在采用一个实施例并结合附图对本发明作更为详细的解释,附图中:
图1是本发明的一个管件的纵向剖视图,其中该管件正在被插入管子的内部;
图2是类似图1的纵向剖面图,其中管件已完全插入管内并按照本发明的方法与管子结合成一体;以及
图3是一幅放大了的局部剖面图,它表示了本发明中位于一个管子结合部位处的沿径向向外突出的凸起部。
在图1中,管件1是用薄板制成的,该管件可以是从一根长管上切下的一部分,该长管的端部边缘本来就带有卷边,也可以是一种标准管组合件,例如T型件或弯头的一部分。图中还示出了一种管件2,此时它是用薄板制成的,管件2的一端缘处4带有卷边3,而管件2的另一端5是被平直切下的。该管件2还带有二个沿径向向外伸出的卷边9和10。它们之间具有一定间距,在管件2的插入过程中,这种间距可以使管件2同轴地被导入管子1中。
一层橡胶13被放置在卷边9和10之间,此时橡胶是粘在管子上的。当管件插入管子1内时,密封元件的外直径应与管1的内壁相接触,从而将管件2和管子1之间的间距密封住。
图2表示了管件2插入管1内之后,在管件5的端缘处从管件2和管子1中分别对卷边7和8进行辊压,在此情形下所进行的辊压,管件2中的卷边7仅有半个,它可以确保卷边7和8之间的良好锁合,同时又可以使管1内表面和管件2之间产生一种平滑的平移。
图3表示了管件2和管1中的凸起部12,该凸起部可以用公知手工工具制出。

Claims (13)

1.在由薄板制成的管子(1)的端缘(6)设置一个径向向外突出的卷边的方法,包括的步骤为:将一个在第一端缘(4)带有第一径向向外突出的卷边(3)的短管件(2)插入管子(1),所述第一径向向外突出的卷边(3)位于管子(1)的端缘(6)之外,在管件(2)的第二端缘(5)上和在管子(1)上滚压出第二径向向外突出的卷边(7,8),从而牢固地将管件(2)固定在管子(1)的内部,其特征在于管件(2)在插入管子(1)之前带有至少两个附加并隔开的径向向外突出的卷边(9,10),所述附加卷边(9,10〕设置在管件(2)的所述第一和第二端缘(4和5)之间,并且附加卷边(9,10)设置在与管子(1)的内径大致对应的管件(2)的外径上,并且在插入后附加卷边(9,10)使管件(2)牢固地卡紧并固定在管子(1)内。

7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于在管件(2)的一部分外表面上施加黏合剂。
8.实现权利要求1所述方法所用的管件,用以在由薄板制成的管子(1)的端缘(6)设置一个径向向外突出的卷边,管件(2)被插入管子(1)内并带有一第一端缘(4)和一第二端缘(5),第一端缘(4)上设置有位于管子(1)的端缘(6)外面的第一径向向外突出的卷边(3),而第二卷边(5)在插入后则与管子(1)内侧上的卷边(8)一起被滚压出第二径向向外突出的卷边(7),其特征在于管件(2)在插入管子(1)之前带有至少两个附加并隔开的径向向外突出的卷边(9,10),所述附加卷边(9,10〕设置在管件(2)的所述第一和第二端缘(4和5)之间,并且附加卷边(9,10)设置在与管子(1)的内径大致对应的管件(2)的外径上,并且在插入后附加卷边(9,10)使管件(2)牢固地卡紧并固定在管子(1)内。
9.如权利要求8所述的管件,其特征在于其部分外表面上涂敷有密封材料(13)。
10.如权利要求9所述的管件,其特征在于密封材料是橡胶或特氟隆之类的弹性材料(13),。
